Rooms was ok, bifg apartment, restaurant also ok, nice staff, friendly workers. Only some issues with the security at entrance, who start around 23:00 o´clock. He approuched me in bad way, was little a bit arrogant, rude or maybe racist.

This place is absolutely fantastic, spotless, cleaners in your room every day, rooms at that are spacious and very tidy. I would highly recommend 👌

Its a bit far from the beach, but other wise is perfect value for the money!

Das Hotel hatte eine gute Lage, die Ausstattung war okay. Frühstücksauswahl war gut.

We stayed in room 119 for a weeks break . We had a corner room with private pool which was lovely . However , the appointment was two bed , two bath . The bedrooms were lovely and modern and had a ceiling fan and air conditioner which was great . The bathrooms are in need of a refurb . The en suite is smaller that the main bathroom and both had hairdryers although one didn’t work . The living area was large and the sofa would be turned into a bed I believe . In the kitchen was everything you needed , hob ( hard to work ) , kettle , toaster , large fridge with freezer ( very old and a bit grubby ) . The best part by far was our own pool with a small decking and grass area . The hotel itself looked clean and tidy with a small shop on site . It is a bit out for the main area but the staff will ring a taxi for you which came very quickly and only 6 euros into town . There is also a large supermarket a five minute walk away . The only negative I would say is that you can not ask for a late check out and are told the hotel is fully booked when we knew it was not . The staff were a bit rude about it to be honest . Yes there is a locked storage room for your cases and showers for you to use if you so wish but we would have loved the chance to have a late check out . Also a tiny moan but it was my birthday while there and this is the first hotel I have stayed in that has failed to do something nice on my birthday such as a cake or a bottle of something left in the room . Been away many times on my birthday and as I said this time I felt a bit let down . The pool are was nice and big with plenty of sun loungers but again could maybe do with a make over . Would I stay here again ? Yes but only for the private pool . Have booked to return next year but with a one bedroom apartment with pool .

I stayed at this hotel last week and on the first night I got bedbugs bites . And I also got scabies from the dirty bedsheets . Absolutely dirty hotel . Avoid this hotel at hall cost

Horrendous my wife and I wend for a weeks holiday on the first night we had to change rooms we noticed blood spots on the bed. We was told we would be able to have a late check out only to be told on the day we have not.Since coming home I am absolutely covered in bites from bed bugs do not waste your money coming here.

This was out second visit to this hotel and unfortunately, it has really gone down hill. Very disappointed. Pros Very helpful friendly staff and clean reception area. Great area for a base. Cons...... Bathroom Filthy, stained discoloured bath, floor , bath and sink was covered in black hair, stained towels, dead cockroach left in the corner. Light switch half painted over. Kitchen Cooker and knobs were left covered in sticky old food and over looked like it was from a student flat 🤮 Glasses with wine still in the bottom. Fridge drawer with scraps of food left. Bedroom Again black hair over the floor and dusty work tops. Stained white bedding and skirting boards that hadn't seen a cloth in years. Pool area Patio table is all stained with cigarette burns mark, patio area is filthy. Door frames covered in dirt. Loungers are dirty with cigarette burns. We did address the issues and a cleaning lady gave the apartment a wipe around but it needed a deep clean. Such a shame as it was a great experience lady year. This is allowing for the 3 stars this hotel has Certainly not worth the extra costs for the pool area. All this being said , we still had a great holiday, just didn't spend as much time in the apartment pool as we had planned.

Stayed here for 8 days and was pleasantly surprised how decent the loft apartment was. It had Aircon and a fan The room was spacious. The place itself was clean and all staff were helpful. The only fault was the entertainment. At night it was horrendous and during the day was non existent. However I would stay here again.

Booked as a last minute break with my 12 year old daughter. It was so-so. Not a lot going on at all and barely any night time entertainment. Luckily I had booked things for us to do so we didn't spend all of our time there. There was no air con which was disappointing and when I did ask they said the unit would cost 60€ per night. In the end I asked for a fan which slightly helped. There are a lot of 18-30 guests here which was not advertised, but we didn't hear them late at night and there were plenty of families as well. We ate out most evenings as the restaurant wasn't the best and had breakfast in the room and, I made packed lunches. The supermarket over the road is amazing and fairly priced. It's in a nice little area with a park, restaurants and shops. Most of the staff at the hotel were very helpful and accommodating (the bar people and food servers were amazing amd welcoming), and the cleaners keep the rooms spotless. It's about a 20 minute walk to the Golden Mile and beaches so it's not suitable for those with mobility problems. It was ok but we probably wouldn't stay here again as I'd like for us to be closer to the centre, and a room with air con Also, we were bit relentlessly! Never had a problem when we've gone away before. I don't know if it was because we had to sleep with the windows open, but when I checked the bedding and mattresses there were no signs of bed bugs. Not the worst place we've stayed but Jet2 and the hotel should be a bit more honest with their advertisements.

Honest review...arrived on 22nd September..took about an hour to get through passport control Finally arrived and we had a loft apartment..if you are tall avoid please Air conditioning was a fan on ceiling..air conditioning unit would not go below 17 degrees Poured a drink which we then discovered mites on the worktop..no staff on reception to complain so slept in clothes Went down at 7.30 to be told we would be reallocated to another loft apartment..to upgrade an extra 35 euros a night. Staff on reception rude except the lady with glasses One thing I can see bar staff really friendly Could not keep room despite not leaving till 6.30 from the hotel..said no straight away without even checking Safe to say won't be back Jet 2 rep was great when I show her regarding room..she was going to check it has been cleaned

I am just home after a 7 day stay. We had an enjoyable holiday however we did face a few issues with the hotel on arrival. Our allocated room had a staircase (to a blocked off upstairs) and the chain was broken on the door which allowed my 2 year old free access to outside. The fan in the bathroom was also broken. We did escalate this to the hotel who put a stairgate on the stairs, fixed the chain and replaced the fan. However, this was only once I escalated to the Easyjet rep. It was a poor start to our holiday as we expected a family friendly environment. That said, the pool area is very good, plenty of seats/loungers and the bar food is excellent. Good choice & value for money. Also the supermarket across the road saves a fortune on water/snacks/essentials. We enjoyed the location as we like walking, about 15min out but plenty of places in between. Overall an enjoyable holiday despite the poor start. A massive improvement would be air conditioning in all areas. Be careful of the firefly/ants our room was road facing but we still got badly bitten.
