확실히 4* 호텔은 아니고 겨우 3*이고 저는 3*가 있는 훨씬 더 좋은 호텔에 가봤습니다. 좋은 위치

The hotel is clean but the facilities are worn-out. Breakfast is just awful. The stuff is very polite and helpful. The location is fantastic. It was correct for the price, but definitely not a 4-star level. Could be a bit of noise from the road, but the windows are well-isolated. The air-condition works well. Not a bad choice for short stays!

地理位置優越，房間寬敞；床是兩個單人床拼接的大床，而且其中一個床腿還短了一截，床墊太軟，總之床不舒服；毛巾浴巾有點舊；Wi-Fi説是有，連上效果不佳。

Hotel situato in una zona centralissima vicino a tutto ,bus ,taxi e divertimento. Piscina al settimo piano un po’ piccola ma sufficiente . Servizio ottimo ,molto disponibile a tutte le ore anche di notte ,un merito a Ignacio persona fantastica e simpatica . Un consiglio anche se L hotel è un po’ datato andateci che non ve ne pentirete . La colazione è ottima ,cene non lo consiglio andate a Playa che avete l’imbarazzo su cosa mangiare . Ottimo e viene vacanze

El hotel está muy bien situado. El personal es muy atento y amable y todo está muy limpio. Sólo desayuné en el hotel y la verdad es que tenían un amplio surtido de productos para comer. Con respecto a la piscina es muy pequeña y en la zona que está ubicada no hay espacio ni para un pequeño bar que sirva bebidas o algún snack. Tenías que sacar las bebidas de una máquina expendedora. Nadie controla la zona de piscina con lo cual cualquier cosa puede ocurrir y no precisamente buena. No se me ocurrió sacar fotos del hotel. No me compensa la calidad/precio. Hay hoteles de la misma categoría por la zona con mejores instalaciones

Hotel ist schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. WLAN hat im Zimmer nicht funktioniert, hab aber zu spät bescheid gegeben... Frühstück war okay, aber die Säfte haben etwas künstlich geschmeckt. Duschgel gabs leider auch nur in kleinen Tüten. Bushaltestellen zum Flughafen ist um die Ecke, und zum Zentrum ist es auch nicht weit. Alles in allem schon okay, bei dem Preis hatte ich aber mehr erwartet...

WiFi in this hotel is poor ( be warned if it’s business trips ) . The breakfast is more the adequate but the evening meal is average at best . The hotel is spotless and the pool area is great on the roof . Rooms are spacious and the hotel and are very quiet . The hotel staff and maids are very friendly and I will deffo stay there again . Recommend it if you want a clean quiet hotel in a great area 100%

The place is terrible no bar advertising sound proofed rooms so untrue bathrooms disgusting you have to be in your room 5 mins before you have water Wfi terrible holes in linen and bath towels ect the place is dump had to ask for bedding to be changed after a week all they do is make bed wipe sink dirty cups n teaspoons lay in our room for 10 days couldn’t wait to leave

Booked this hotel for a group of colleagues going on our Christmas Party weekend away early December. Based on the reviews I’d read prior to going I was apprehensive about what the hotel would be like but was very pleased to find it much better than some of the reviews had portrayed. Positives - food selection (buffet and outdoor bbq), cleanliness, drinks are actually available to buy during mealtimes, the pool and rooftop setting, large bedrooms and comfiness of beds. Negatives - did find the reception and check in service slow (but friendly), temperature of food and selection of drinks on offer to buy, ease of grabbing a taxi from the hotel. Overall, this was better than expected, I received lots of positive feedback from the group and would recommend this place to other travellers. Thank you :)

We have been going to this hotel now for 4 years and each year it’s between 3-4 times in the year we go. The staff are amazing the hotel is clean the rooms are big there are no sun bed wars at the pool and if there is ever any issues the staff will fix it right away. The location is perfect close enough to the beach bars and restaurants we would highly recommend and hopefully see you all soon 😊 thanks for a great stay

Clean hotel no complaints apart from paper thin walls , 3am Monday morning to be woken up on floor 3 to extremely loud banging and innapropriate female screaming which went on for 45 mins. Pool area was nice and clean plenty sunbeds not too busy.

POINTS POSITIFS : la situation, la chambre très propre, spacieuse, linge de toilette changé tous les jours Calme de l'hôtel personnel sympathique au restaurant POINTS NEGATIFS : réception accueil glacial, personne ne parle français, pas de documentation ou d'infos française.... Hall d'entrée triste Hôtel d'affaires et non pas de "sejour" Désintérêt pour le client EVITER la demi pension : le dîner , buffet peu varié, légumes en boîte, peu de raffinement, desserts en gelée pour les anglais, viande molle et sans goût... Ce n'est pas la restauration d'un 4 étoiles.
