House Rules:If you do decide to stay at our lovely home, we do charge the following fees separately after you book:1) Refundable Security Deposit - $500. We recommend paying this with a credit card since it will only be a hold placed on your card during your reservation. If you pay with a debit card or direct ACH transfer, the money will be withdrawn from your account 3 days before check-in and refunded 3 days afterwards upon successful inspection of the premises. 2) Dogs - $100/dog per reservation. We allow up to three dogs per reservation to be paid after booking. Please note this is NOT reflected in your reservation price and is an additional charge. 3) We also require all of our guests to upload a photo ID to their precheck-in portal to confirm their identity before we will give access to the property.If you are bringing any dogs, they must be listed on your booking and you are responsible for any dropping left in the yard. We do allow small events such as weddings, baby showers, and other gatherings on the property. However, we typically charge an additional fee to do so and require all guests gain written permission before hosting any such event on the premises. You are also responsible for any visitors that enter the rental property. While this is a family friendly home, it is not child proof. If you have any children with you during your stay, please mind them at all times.Please respect the home as if it were your own and leave it as you find it.For makeup removal, please USE BLACK towels provided.Report any issues, damages and breakages immediately.Garbage must be tied tight and placed in the garbage bin on the driveway. Strictly no trash is to be left inside, and all trash must be placed inside of the bin on the driveway.Smoking of any kind (includes vaping) is strictly prohibited in the home; if smoking outside, please pick up and dispose of all remnants. Gas grill is for your use - please make sure the gas is turned off and the grill cleaned before you leave.Please only use candles in case of a power outage, and make sure they're attended. This welcoming open floor plan also provides you with a private patio downstairs, as well as a private balcony upstairs to enjoy your ocean view. Only minutes away from local gift shops, restaurants, NC Aquarium, Emerald Isle and Atlantic Beach. Being this beach property is considered residential, it’s less crowed on the beaches allowing families to comfortably space out. So, run away and come relax on the beach! Take a dip in the pool, sunbathe on the top deck or take in the evening sunset, the list goes on! As our guest, you get to enjoy the luxury of our entire townhouse all to yourself.Our place offers two bedrooms and a full bathroom upstairs as well as a specious living room and a full kitchen with a half bathroom downstairs. The master bedroom offers a queen size bed with a balcony where you can soak up the sun and enjoy ocean side view. The second bedroom offers a twin over full bunkbed that can sleep up to 3 children conformably. Downstairs you will find a specious living room where everyone can enjoy games or even relax with a movie night. For easy access, the television is preset to offer free access to Netflix, Hulu, Disney Plus, HBO MAX and basic cable for additional enjoyment. The living room also includes a sleeper sofa for extra space. A maximum of 6 guest is recommended. This unit also does not allow pets. There is no smoking allowed inside the townhouse.  Linens and towels will be provided for your convenience but you will have to provide your own beach towels. A washer and dryer are also available in the unit.  There are two parking spaces available, located directly in front of the unit. Beach chairs, a tent and an umbrella are available for your enjoyment.
