酒店是老牌奢華，裝修設計有點過氣了。房間裝修十分簡易，簡易一定要住升級到奢華房。 酒店飲食十分好，我們是一價全包。酒，飲料全體暢飲，完全物超所值，酒店的餐館景色超美，食物也很精美。 最後提一句，酒店所有餐館晚餐都需提前預訂，十分難定的，建議入住前就預訂。如果沒定，入住後千萬要堅持跟酒店協商，不然日日自助餐是很無趣的。

We had the most amazing experience this May while visiting the White palace. Everybody working in the hotel was polite, eager to assist and make our stay exceptional. They even remembered that I was looking for kiwis every morning and the fruits were there on my table before expressing my request. They just did everything in their powers to create the absolute amazing experience for us. The rooms was undoubtedly very clean, everything was well organized and well thought of. The rooms were decorated with taste, the food was overwhelmingly high in quality and offered in bid quantities. There was nothing you would need and could not find it. Your desire their order. Congratulations to everybody, to the management, to the training department, to the FnB, to the cleaning department keep up with such a high level of services and your guests will always refer to you as the hotel that capture their heart.

Lovely hotel, a good 4 out of 5 from me The hotel is impressive looking, especially at night. The pools are lovely and staff great. I was especially touched by the effort Irina, Debi and Demitris put into make sure my partner had a very special 60th birthday at the resort. The hotel group also own a farm which you can visit and enjoy a fabulous meal as part of the package. A sister hotel has a water park which we enjoyed too. Our room was a fabulous location with a little garden leading right out to the pool. It was a little dated but perfectly functional. The swim up rooms looked amazing but i rarely saw people in the water. Not sure how suited they would be for kids. My one frustration was the a la carte restaurants. You have to book 6 days in advance and you are limited as to how many times you can use them. Although the buffet was by far one of the best we have experienced, we much prefer to have an a la carte dinner. We maxed out our booking slots (accepting we would have a handful of buffet meals, but did this before we knew about the hotel entertainment schedule. We had to forgo two a la carte restaurants in order to enjoy the entertainment. Also worth noting for families that one restaurant is only available for 12+ guests and another published on the website is only open in high season so we had a greek, Italian and asain available to us. The hotel has a lovely chocolate shop and does fabulous desserts (although very chocolate based). There is a crepe and waffle place open till 6pm. the buffet closes after mealtimes. I understand the bar offers late night snacks. The drinks are good quality although I have to say the drinks from the long bar by the restaurants are by far superior. Shame there isn’t a lounge area to sit at there. Would I go again, probably. I must admit though the offer at Mitsis with the creperie open til 2am and the a la carte ‘street food’ by the pool is a bit more suited to our tastes.

We stayed at Grecotel Luxme White Palace for our honeymoon. Incredible staff, fantastic food and beautiful hotel and facilities. We loved our stay here and would definitely visit again. It would have been even better if there were more sun beds available around the main pool area however there were lots of other places to chill and sunbathe that it didn’t really affect our holiday.

The Grecotel White Palace is a beautiful facility with incredibly warm, attentive and thoughtful staff. The restaurants on site, particularly White Restaurant, are great and the location allows for many adventures around Crete, as it is located in the central part of the island.

There is no other word other than amazing….. from the staff, the service, the rooms, the pools and of course the food. The food restaurants you should book in advance and they are a must. The alcohol is all premium and the snacks aka crepes and waffles are delicious…. The ice cream is even carte dor. There is not much to do outside of the hotel but if I’m genuinely honest, there is no reason to leave the hotel as the food and drinks ate better in the hotel anyway. We had a great holiday at this resort with friends. Service is excellent, particularly Nikolam at the pool and the bar tenders in the main bar. Rooms are good, bathrooms need updating. Restaurants great, particularly The White and Asian White.

Wonderful hotel! Would highly recommend. All the staff are so helpful and accommodating. The hotel is very child friendly and they cater so well to young children. You can request any baby food and it will be cooked fresh, and we were allowed to take food back to the room for my toddler when we requested this too. The kids club is great, the pools are fantastic, the food is very good quality, the beach is lovely and so accessible, and the hotel is beautiful. Fantastic all round.
