삐에흐-베니뜨 호텔

방은 매우 편안했고 방은 매우 편안했습니다. 모켓 피로, 작은 테이블이지만 주문에는 없습니다. 욕실, 욕실, 헤어 드라이어 가격은 편리한 주차 공간이며 아침 식사를 닫습니다. 카페가 전혀 좋지 않다, 호텔은 병원과 가까우며 무료 주차가 호텔과 가깝다. 그러나 호텔과는 아무런 관련이 없다. 3 성급에는 계란이 없다.

나는 최근에 Eklo Lyon 호텔에 머물렀고 나는 완전히 감동했습니다. 호텔은 믿을 수 없을 정도로 깨끗하고 잘 관리되어 있으며 편안하고 매력적인 분위기를 조성하는 현대적이고 세련된 장식으로 꾸며져 있습니다. 그러나 나에게 정말 눈에 띄는 것은 친절하고 수용적인 직원이었습니다. 내가 상호 작용한 모든 사람들은 진정으로 환영했고 가능한 한 즐거운 체류를 만들고 싶어했습니다. 호텔의 위치는 호텔 바로 앞에 트램이 편리하게 위치해 있어 리옹을 탐험하기에 완벽합니다. 이것은 도심에 도착하여 리옹이 제공하는 모든 것을 탐험하는 것을 매우 쉽게 만듭니다. 또한 호텔은 편안하고 여유로운 분위기로 집에 있는 것처럼 느끼게 해줍니다. 호텔의 아침 식사도 하이라이트였습니다. 모든 취향에 맞는 옵션이 많이 있었습니다. 신선한 패스트리부터 계란까지 모든 것이 맛있고 잘 준비되었습니다. 전반적으로 Eklo Lyon 호텔을 적극 추천합니다. 깨끗하고 편안한 객실, 편리한 위치, 친절한 직원, 맛있는 아침 식사가 결합되어 리옹을 방문하는 모든 사람에게 환상적인 선택입니다.

호텔 찰리 마그네는 훌륭한 호텔입니다. 위치는 모든 대중 교통 노선에서 직접 에스 플라네이드 지구에있었습니다. 우리는 기차역까지 트램을 타고 관광 명소로가는 버스를 직접 운행했습니다. 이 지역에는 도보로 약 10 분 거리에 쇼핑몰이 있습니다. 길 건너편에는 세탁소가 포함되어있어 긴 여행에 매우 도움이됩니다. 피크 시간 외부의 일부 레스토랑 - 대부분 3-6. 직원분들도 매우 친절하시고 바텐더가 큰 모지토를 만들었습니다.

나는 5ft3, 55kg이고 그 욕실에서 밀실 공포증을 느꼈고 거의 움직일 수 없었습니다. 끔찍한. 우리는 가족으로서 여행 중에만 들를 때 기본 호텔에 머무르는 데 익숙하지만 이것은 기본을 넘어섰습니다. 작은 욕실 전에 말했듯이 우리 침대의 매트리스는 끔찍했습니다 (한쪽에서 무너짐). 우리는 우리 중 4 명을 위해 패밀리 룸을 예약했고 모든 침대가 만들어지면 말 그대로 방을 움직일 수 없었고 앉거나 걸을 공간이 없었습니다. 끔찍한. 깨끗해서 한 가지였습니다. 주차장은 문이 있었고 맥도날드까지 15분이면 갈 수 있었고 이 지역은 충분히 안전하다고 느꼈습니다. 직원들은 매우 유쾌했지만 저녁 직원은 영어를 제대로 할 수 없었습니다. 핸드 타월이나 바닥 매트는없는 1 인당 하나의 타월 만.

Après 3 nuits (payées d'avance)passées à l’hôtel du 5 au 8 juillet 2023 j'ai prolongé d'une nuit du 8 au 9 en accord avec l’hôtesse d'accueil paiement au départ avec les petits déjeuners Dans cette nuit du 8 au 9, alors que je dormais, je reçois un appel à minuit et demi du veilleur de nuit pour me spécifier que : comme je n'étais pas venu, il faudrait que je passe régler la chambre. Je lui précise qu'il me réveille et que je suis bien dans ma chambre entrain de dormir. Il m'intime l'ordre de descendre payer de suite ma chambre. Je lui rappelle qu'il vient de me réveiller et que je règlerai avant de partir, comme convenu lors de la demande de prolongation. Il réagit : ”si vous ne descendez pas payer de suite, je monte”. Une vingtaine de minutes plus tard, il vient tambouriner à ma porte. Je me réveille à nouveau et après avoir ouvert, je lui précise qu'il n'est pas question que je descende payer maintenant. Suite à ces incidents à répétition je ne retrouve pas le sommeil à cause de la surprise et de l’énervement liés à son attitude Le matin j'en parle à l'employée de l'accueil qui s'étonne d'un tel comportement. J'estime ne pas être redevable de cette nuit d’hôtel mais l'employée me dit que si je ne paie pas ce sera à elle de payer. Ne voulant pas la pénaliser je paie et elle me promet un appel du directeur Monsieur NOLHO qui ne manquera pas de me dédommager. J'attends toujours son appel malgré 2 relances téléphoniques de ma part. Une telle attitude est inadmissible.

I had previously left a negative review, as it was taking months for the hotel to refund us and I felt like I had run out of contact methods. The refund has finally been completed, thank you Helene. Hopefully once tourism begins to recover from COVID-19, we can build a relationship as we would like to bring groups to Lyon and stay with you.

The positive aspects of this hotel: the friendliness of the staff, the location and the free secure parking! Otherwise, the cleanliness of the room was terrible. Strong mold smell in the bathroom, the towels are impregnated with a strong cigarettes smell and they are of such poor quality. The mattress is such a thin layer of mousse that you feel the bumps of the spring. Honestly, it is of similar quality of a cheap motel and therefore 69 euros is too expensive for what you get! I have stayed in other Ibis budget properties and this one needs a serious check from management for the cleanliness standard.

나가서 우회전하면 Rhone 강이 있습니다. 야생 백조와 한 쌍의 만다린 오리는 강 어디에서나 볼 수 있습니다. 수질이 매우 좋습니다. 도로 우측에 가로수길이 있어 달리기를 좋아하는 친구들에게 아주 적합합니다.

Amazing hotel. Comfy beds. Amazing personal who realy like to take care for you. My college and I took to France to meet up with a wine farmer but unfortunate Someone broke into our car in a underground parkinglot and broke our backseat window. We had been at the police station to complain about the incident. The hour where near midnight and we had called many hotels to see if we could stay for one night with no hope... (We used to sleep in the car but with a window broken and glass everywhere in the car, it was a no go) We found The Ruck hotel on a booking site and booked us in for a night. Next day we booked us out as we thought everything will go smooth, speak with police, speak with the Danish ambassade, speak with insurance company. Apparently carglass had other things to do so our stay went from 1 day to 3 days at the hotel, before they could check up on our car. The hotel receptionist helped us get through to carglass and make an appointment for our car. The food on the hotel is professionel made and the servants realy want to assist in any way possible, you could not even drop your spoon on the ground before they where already over giving you a new spoon. Happy personal who realy give thier all to make you happy. If we could give more than 5 stars it would be a 10 star from us.
