"I stayed here for business, when I arrived I saw 2 huge self check in screens, I was hoping a member of staff would soon come over... and one did. A very polite, helpful and welcoming young lady, I didn't catch her name, but she had purple hair. I ate in the restaurant and the food was lovely, location is great and the room is as expected! Just make sure you put your car reg into a tablet in reception and it's free! You only get charged if you don't put it in, there is signs everywhere but as the young lady checked me in she double checked I had put my car reg in, so thank you to her again, she also let me know about evening meals and that it's booking only, so if you are wanting to eat there, book when you check in or ask, luckily the young lady asked me therefore I managed to get a slot. All the staff seem happy with their jobs, and all will do anything they can to help ensure you have a good day! Will stay again"

"Today I was informed that a concert we were attending had been cancelled. Once home from work I contacted the Crossways to cancel my room. I was informed to contact ******* to do this. So onto my emails... I had while 23:00 this evening to cancel at no cost. So promptly emailed to cancel my reservation. Whilst I was doing this I received an email telling me my payment had been made to The Crossways. I emailed The Crossways to ask why this had happened. I then rang my bank to cancel the payment. Then I rang The Crossways to ascertain the reason. The gentleman who I spoke to was very rude to me. He said he would get back to me in the next few days... I asked who had taken the payment and he didn't seem to know. I explained that I had only phoned less than half an hour before to cancel and was told that the hotel was not responsible as my booking was through *******. To say that I am perplexed is an understatement! I fully understand that the hotel is losing trade due to the cancellation but to blatantly mislead me is very wrong. Unfortunately I will not be spending any of my money with this hotel. A very disgruntled person."

"Rocklands에 대한 우리의 세 번째 방문과 다시 한 번 모든 것이 훌륭했습니다. 공기를 채우는 야생 동물의 소리와 함께 설정은 매우 평화 롭습니다. 온수 욕조는 완벽한 온도였으며 일부는 염소가 과하지 않은 것처럼 보였습니다. 우리는 이번에 롯지 2에 머물렀고 유일한 약간의 부정적인 점은 온수 욕조 공간이 우리가 전에 머물렀던 롯지 1과 3만큼 사적이지 않다는 것입니다. 나는 솔직히 우리가 4 번째 방문을 위해 확실히 돌아올 것이라고 말할 수 있습니다."
