Received an excellent experience staying at ”Ayara Kamala Resort” with the perfect location, the hotel is clean and provides great hospitality.The hotel staffs are very helpful; Khun Kai, the admin reservation is so kind and absolutely trustworthy and Khun Tammy at the reception, she is extremely polite, professional and knowledgeable. She willing to guide us throughout our stay. The hotel provides us almost every facilities from great rooms to relaxation environment, Spa, pool area etc. The only area of improvement is Dinner restaurant staffs. They are lack of knowledge, food are not attractive. Overall experience was awesome.I would recommend this hotel to every couple and families . You won't regret just be here 😉

Please stay away from this hotel if you don’t want your holidays being ruined. The hotel was actually acquired by Hyatt from others so none of the hardware is up to Hyatt’s standard: 1. The hotel is aged and lack of maintenance. Eg toilet board in my room is loosened (it is me who did the fixing on my own), there are sign of ageing everywhere. The games room in the Mexican restaurant has no air conditioning , they told me its out of order. They just simple accept the condition without any proactive action to do repair even when our family purposely go up there for the games provided. Traces of Poor workmanship is everywhere. 2. Poor design planning and layout: we stayed in the family room number 5xxx. You have to walk to take buggy uphill a bit. That’s not a problem . The real problem is that you have to pass through a very narrow journey with step and corridor, something like a back of house or back lane which is very dark and narrow. The arrival experience is very bad. Right in front of your door is the back of other rooms with all the air conditioning units emitting hot air and super noisy sound to your entrance door which you have to experience the nuisance every time you go out and return!!! The toilet cubicle is way beyond human ergonomics. The length of it is just too short: when your sit on the loo, your knee is just 10 cm away from the other side if the wall. What a wrong design ! The view from our room is blocked by some big trees in front! 3. Hygiene problems : marks and stained are everywhere , poor maintenance is so obvious when you just look around, When we first entered the room , we found that the slippers were already laid out but they are old ones which has sign of being used before !!! The room has flies , and i have killed 3. There are unclean marks everywhere which suggest that the cleaning and maintenance is not well taken care of. The pool area is always dirty with little scraps of food everywhere. Not to mention the kids area near the slide, so messy with all sort of food remains and candy wraps …. You name it…. In the restaurant, many utensils eh bowls are not completely dry. Some spoon for dessert are sticky with i out being thoroughly cleaned. 4. Room service is the worst amongst all the international 5 starts group: every time my request was wrongly delivered either missing something or wrong. The other day we went out for swimming and came back around noon but the room was left unattended for cleaning. The toilet was blocked this morning, the guy came in with the “pump” and surprising he didn’t bring it with a plastic bag or something to carry it so you can imagine the dripping from the pump after service from the bathroom all along until he reached the door, i gave him a towel to wrap the pump up to stop the dripping. How can a 5 star hotels miss this basic attention to service ? Last nite , i asked for some tissue paper around 10pm. You just can’t imagine the guy came to my door and knocked loudly

Hotel itself is beautiful. Location is amazing, however leaving without transportation is nearly impossible. Using grab is very expensive since you are on the top of a cliff. Everything is far away from this location, which we wouldn’t mind, however there is nothing going on at the resort itself. Our private pool was always dirty from the trees & the trees blocked the ocean view as well as our sunrise and sunset views. The spa was nice. But nothing spectacular, and was very expensive. The cheap massages at the beach were practically the same! If you want to just chill in your room without doing anything i recommend this place. If you like adventure and convenience of being close to things, I would not recommend this place.

這個位置的西海岸海景太無敵，別墅很漂亮，有4層，泳池也夠大。不出別墅直接到下海這點很驚喜。給免費配了泰國女傭，就是溝通有點難，衹會簡單的英文。房子很好，床品也非常優秀，房子每間都很乾凈，還可以煮飯。每間房間早上醒來拉開窗帘可以躺床上直接看到大海，體驗感非常棒！另外別墅附近吃東西也很方便，711也很近。最重要是房東很細心，會提前跟我說們說哪裡好玩，避免了很多坑，房東是一個非常nice的人，如有機會再來普吉會再定這間別墅！再看照片這是我很美的一段記憶！

우리는 호텔에서 정말 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 직원들은 매우 친절하고 도움이 되었습니다. 우리는 허니문 스위트룸을 예약했는데, 훌륭하고 매우 넓으며 필요한 모든 것이 갖춰져 있고 호텔에서 보이는 전망이 정말 아름답습니다. 완비된 미니바가 마련되어 있습니다. 객실에서 QR 코드를 스캔하면 룸서비스도 제공되지만, 이상하게 음료가 제공되지 않아 주문하려면 객실 전화로 전화해야 합니다. 욕실에서 향을 피우는 저녁 서비스가 제공됩니다. 하우스키핑 직원이 들어오고 싶지 않은 경우 방해 금지 표지판을 주의 깊게 켜십시오! 메인 수영장은 식사 공간 중앙에 있는데, 우리는 그것이 이상하다는 것을 알았습니다. 우리는 Sienna Rocks 카페에 연결된 길 아래의 수영장을 선호했습니다. 우리가 피하고 싶은 크고 바쁜 호텔입니다. 이곳은 카말라(Kamala)의 주요 지역 바로 옆 언덕 꼭대기에 위치해 있는데, 주요 지역에서 떨어져 있는 것을 좋아하는 저희에게는 좋았습니다. 이 호텔은 계단이 불편한 분들에게 적합하지 않습니다. 계단이 많고 엘리베이터에 오르기 전에 여행 가방을 들고 1층 위아래로 이동해야 했습니다. 체육관에는 다양한 장비가 있지만 아침에는 바쁘기 때문에 대체 동작이 필요할 수도 있습니다. 우리가 갔을 때 장비를 닦을 수건이 전혀 없었습니다. 풀사이드 레스토랑의 음식과 음료는 훌륭했고 바닐라 스카이 바도 좋았습니다. 채식주의 옵션이 없었기 때문에 우리는 스테이크하우스 레스토랑에 가지 않았습니다. 아침 식사는 정말 훌륭하고 다양한 옵션이 있으며 오믈렛 스테이션도 훌륭합니다! 그러나 아침 식사는 항상 매우 바빴고 대부분의 시간 동안 사람들을 피하고 있었습니다. 카말라는 매우 바쁜 해변입니다. 우리는 그것이 마음에 들지 않았기 때문에 수린 해변으로 여행을 떠났고 몇 시간 동안 더 조용한 다른 해변으로 보트를 탔습니다. 숙박이 끝날 때 그랩 택시를 타고 공항으로 돌아가는 데 어려움을 겪었지만 호텔 컨시어지가 5분도 안 되어 우리를 데려왔습니다. 전반적으로 사랑스러운 숙박이었고 정말 즐거웠지만 혼잡함을 조심하세요.
