"We discovered the homestay in 2023 and returned this year for a seven night stay. The setting is delightful, a smart architect-designed complex set among rice paddies with a mountain range as the backdrop. Rural bliss. The owners do a great job in looking after their guests, with well-trained staff in support. The bedrooms are simple but stylish, with views over the gardens or to the mountains, and are spotlessly clean. The dinner menu offers a good range of well-prepared thai and western dishes served in a stunning roof-top setting. For us, our week was wonderful, and excellent value for money."

"저는 대만 출신의 63세 은퇴자이며, 태국 북부 지방을 독립적으로 여행하고 있습니다. 제가 예약한 프래에 있는 호텔은 제게 딱 맞는 곳이었습니다. 호텔은 영어로 소통이 가능한 친절한 부부가 운영합니다. 두 분에게는 자녀가 둘 있습니다. 아침 식사 자리에서 두 분을 봤는데, 아주 똑똑해서 학교에서도 잘할 것 같았습니다. 호텔 주인분은 몇 달 전에 대만을 방문했었다며, 기회가 된다면 다시 방문해 달라고 하셨습니다."

"저는 12월 28일, 트립닷컴을 통해 호텔 객실 두 개를 예약했습니다. 결제는 완료되었지만, 혹시 몰라 호텔(주인 휴대전화 번호)에 다시 한번 확인 전화를 했습니다. 호텔 측에서는 문제가 없으며 트립닷컴에 다시 한번 확인 후 연락을 주겠다고 했습니다. 저희는 저녁 8시에 호텔에 도착했는데, 객실 하나는 이미 다른 사람이 사용하고 있었습니다. 나머지 한 객실은 이용할 수 없다고 했습니다. 미얀마인 직원이 라인으로 방콕에 있는 호텔 주인에게 연락했고, 저희도 주인에게 전화를 걸었습니다. 다섯 번이나 통화한 끝에 주인은 어떻게 해야 할지 모르겠다며 예약 번호와 연락처를 요구했습니다. 저희는 스크린샷을 보내주었습니다. 결국 직원의 아내가 회의실에 있는 방을 사용하라고 제안했습니다. 그들은 이미 저녁 8시였고 손님들이 도착할 것 같지 않아서 다른 사람에게 객실을 팔았다고 했습니다. 이 모든 일이 성수기에 발생했습니다. 트립닷컴에서 저희에게 보상하거나 이 문제를 해결해 주기를 바랍니다."
