Location excellent, great view of city.. no heavy traffic.shopping stores nearby walking distance,, great restaurants in area

This will be the fourth year Neuro I have stayed here. During the winter time. The room was disappointing, it needed a deep clean in the bathroom. It was showing signs of where all throughout the hotel room. The staff was very good. the breakfast was more than adequate.

Great stay for one night. Nice location and friendly staff. It was quite loud, maybe due to older building.

I liked that they have transportation from hotel to ****** waiting outside almost 24/7. I didnt actually go to the ****** oncthis stay but its nice to know there is thag option. What i didnt like, is that the rooms coulda been a little cleaner. Not that they were horrible, but you could tell whoever does the cleaning only cleans if it "appears" dirty

Enjoyed the ****** shuttle what I didn't like was I was harrassed but what I assume was a homeless person outside the door and in the lobby. She also slept on the bench in the lobby and verbally attacked me for walking by her. She wasn't something I expected from a reputable hotel in the area. I was uncomfortable. The desk personel seems used to her and wasn't phased she just verbally attacked me. Infact the desk clerk didn't say anything. I don't think I'd stay there again.

The hotel was quiet, v clean, nice place for us for a night. Breakfast offered cereal, pancakes, omelets, etc. Very competitive price.

Nice enough place to stay. Got over it being far from the gaming floor. Allowed me to see the lovely city of Petoskey.

The regular rooms are very small, but clean. The first room we were in had a horrible shower head that sprayed in a thousand directions and the window seal leaked so the wall and window sill were constantly wet, as was the floor by the window. It was obvious that they had tried and failed to repair this properly. However, when I brought up these two items to the manager, he was more than accommodating and upgraded us to a different room at no extra charge. Moving was a little bit of a pain, but we appreciated the sentiment all the same. The suite was much bigger and everything worked properly so we were very happy with that and appreciated his generosity.

The staff are great! Good breakfast. Nice pool & hot tub . Rooms & Tvs need upgrades, but over all Very nice
