Selected this home stay for a family weekend before attending the wedding. The Homestead is very newly built. You can see the bathroom the kitchen and the sofa are all new. Most importantly the owner is very friendly. The owner help us to arrange a taxi to Manila airport, even we change the time, couple of time. She still remain very patient. The facility come with the outdoor spa the outdoor BBQ and they have everything you need for a weekend family trip inside the house well equipped kitchen all kind of board games, et cetera.

Highly recommendable po it was quite place at napakaganda ng ambiance.

Location is great! The room is very spacious but not clean. There was actually a cold coffee left in the fridge. The flooring in the toilet is likewise not clean. We just took it as it is because we wanted peace for the duration of our stay, Holy Thursday til Black Saturday. It's very upsetting to hear guests running, dragging stuff above our room. There we found out when we complained that the flooring up is wood only. We will definitely not come back again.

처음에는 지하 1층에 높은 침실과 낮은 침실을 주었고(가족이 좋아하지 않았습니다) 매니저에게 2층 트윈룸으로 갈아달라고 요청하고 작은 침대를 추가했습니다. 매일 방을 청소하고 기본 서비스는 괜찮습니다. 1인당 550php의 아침 식사를 시도하는 것은 매우 일반적이며 다음날 추가되지 않습니다. 수영장 시설은 비교적 새롭고 마사지 500-600php / 시간, 마닐라의 비슷한 가격의 절반도 미만이며 시도해 볼 가치가 있습니다. 호텔 주차장에서 우회전하여 150m 주요 도로를보고 좌회전하여 1500m를 걸어 경치를 감상하십시오. 스타 벅스 (사진 참조, 휴가 기간 동안 대기 할 수 없음) 호텔 주차장에서 좌회전하여 T자 교차로에서 150m 떨어진 시장에는 많은 패스트 푸드 레스토랑(McDonald's, KFC, Greenwich Pizza)과 과일과 야채가 있는 슈퍼마켓이 있습니다. 본관 부분을 볼 수 있습니다. 객실 시설이 조금 낡았고, 욕실 샤워실은 전기 온수 보물, 온도 ~ 35도? (충분히 뜨겁지 않음), 샤워 바닥 경사면이 물을 축적하기에 충분하지 않습니다. 물론, 작은 마을과 같은 표준 서비스 호텔의 가격 대비 성능 비율은 괜찮습니다.

생일은 여기에서 잘 보냈습니다. 방은 훌륭하고 친절한 직원, 훌륭하고 맛있는 음식뿐만 아니라 장소는 평화 롭습니다. 도시의 혼돈에서 완벽한 휴양지. 내가 가장 좋아하는 부분은 특히 밤에 Facio 카페입니다. 모든 손님들은 수다를 떨고 있었고 그 장소가 대화를 장려하기 때문에 둘 다 전화를 들고 있지 않았습니다. 나는 분위기와 부드러운 음악을 좋아합니다. 유일한 단점은 수영장입니다. 깨끗하든 아니든 모르겠지만 FD 직원이 매일 깨끗하고 타일이 어둡다는 것을 확인하여 다른 느낌을 줍니다. 수영을 시도한 적이 없습니다.조용한 숙박을 원하신다면 여전히 좋은 곳입니다. 🍃

One for the budget solo traveller. Basic room, with tv and aircon. I noticed that you can hear noise when someone walks along or arrived at the hallway. Tagaytay weather is very cold, no hot and cold shower but the room has electric kettle, so i boiled water before taking a bath :) There are few eateries outside serving goto and lomi. From the hiway ,its a slight long walk from the bus stop to this transient home. Overall enjoyed my stay because its budget friendly
