The English name of the hotel dissuaded me from booking a few times, as it seems like a mistake, who would name their hotel this name?!???? But eventually made the right choice to book, with pickup from pier and dropoff included. Nice atmosphere and decor and toiletries.

Choosing this hotel was the best decision of our Beihai trip! We specifically picked a place near Silver Beach, and we absolutely made the right call. Opened in 2025, everything here feels brand new and spotlessly clean. The rooms are tidy and comfortable, the AC works great, and the bedding is soft — we slept really well. A special shoutout to the rooftop laundry area — the washing machine is brand new, clothes come out clean and dry fast, which is incredibly convenient for long-term travelers. The staff is genuinely thoughtful: they helped carry our luggage, brought us water daily, and even accepted parcels on our behalf. But what truly touched us was the hotel manager Lü Yuan — even though we're foreigners, he patiently helped us with everything. When we accidentally left our wallet behind after checkout, he immediately notified us and proactively mailed it back to us. That level of care and integrity is rare. The location is perfect — just 1 km walk to Silver Beach, with easy access to dining and transport. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Beihai, especially international guests — you'll feel completely at ease here!

The hotel exceeded our expectations, and it's all thanks to the family who owns and operates it. Their personal touch and dedication to providing exceptional service made all the difference. We were particularly impressed by the kindness shown to our daughter by one of son of the staff members, a young boy who took the time to play with her and make her feel welcome. 우리는 여기에 머무는 것을 정말 즐겼습니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 넓으며 귀여운 플러시 장난감으로 장식된 바다 테마 장식은 우리 아이들에게 큰 인기를 얻었습니다. 침대는 매우 편안했습니다. 야외 공간이 가장 좋습니다. 수영장은 잘 관리되어 있으며 모든 끈 조명으로 밤에 마법처럼 보입니다. 많은 라운지 의자와 휴식을 취할 수 있는 멋진 좌석 공간이 있습니다. 로비도 사랑스럽고 전통적인 중국 디자인과 매우 환영하는 분위기입니다. 직원들은 친절하고 도움이 되었으며 수영장의 보안 게이트와 명확한 안전 표지판으로 매우 안전하다고 느꼈습니다. 전반적으로 멋진 숙박. 가족에게 적극 추천합니다!

首先要誇一下老闆老林，給了我和爸爸媽媽特別好的住宿體驗和美好的回憶。在上潿洲島定民宿之前我也是看了一些酒店民宿的點評，發現這家老闆是遼寧人和我們是老鄉，抱着試試看態度，沒想到竟然一見如故，相處一個多星期，爸媽對林老闆評價也讚不絕口。我真沒想到會在潿洲島有這樣舒服的地方和讓我們感受到像回家了一樣温暖美好的感覺。老闆是個大廚，衹要我們有想吃的，他都能不辭辛苦的去買菜去為每一個住客準備晚餐。從遊玩到出行再到東西該不該買，應該花什麼價位，林老闆都會給出特別中肯的建議，而且沒有任何套路！民宿雖然在村子裏，但是一點都不偏僻，去哪裡都很方便。因為我發現即便住在海景房，島上出行也還是要租車方便。前三天林老闆幫忙租了小三輪，後來幾天我和爸媽就分別騎着小電動溜溜噠噠。從潿洲島回瀋陽一個星期了，才有時間來這裏叨叨，想説的話太多，最後簡單一句：林老闆人很實在，特別特別好，相信不期爾遇，一定會給大家最好的潿洲島之旅。讓我們不期爾遇 江湖再見👋 設施：整潔。民宿裏應有盡有，房間裏準備了一次性的毛巾，很貼心，有大投影，有拖鞋，燒水壺，空調，晾衣架，最重要的就是洗澡熱水特別充足。 衞生：乾淨。非常乾淨。老闆是一個特別注重細節的人，我和爸媽住在一樓家庭房，房間內沒有任何灰塵，床品也很清香。每天都會有退房的客人，老闆都是親自換洗房間內的物品，真的是為每一位住客負責！ 環境：非常寧靜的地方。白天在院子裏聽着鳥鳴，夜晚喝着茶聽着音樂看着院子裏的氛圍燈，好一個愜意自在的日子。 服務：服務態度超級好。老闆對每一位住宿客人都非常的熱情和耐心。服務很周到，給客人解決所有的問題和需求。衹要你提出來，林老闆都能幫忙。

老闆人很好，下了訂單就把攻略發給我了，而且標記的很清楚，民宿還有泳池，到海邊走路兩分鐘就可以看到很美的日落。房間老闆免費幫我們升級成了套房、可以看海而且不用開空調穿堂風就很涼快，晚上坐在小陽台上吹吹海風真的很舒服。民宿也有餐廳、可以自己買海鮮回來化工、味道還不錯不用在外面餐廳排隊等。下次帶父母來還住這裏，位置好去哪都方便，每天都去一次南灣街～對了，老闆這裡有冰塊，哈哈、我倆每天都蹭✌️

방이 넓고 시설도 훌륭합니다. 해변과 가장 가까운 숙소입니다. 방이 넓고, 욕조도 있고, 화장실도 2개 있어서 매우 편리합니다. 매우 편안합니다. 침대에 누워서 바다를 보고 숨을 쉴 수 있습니다. 바다 냄새, 1층의 다양한 부모와 자식 활동, 아이들은 매우 행복하고 수중 세계와 매우 가깝고 오래된 것과 가깝습니다. 가장 훈훈한 점은 미리 체크인을 했고, 집주인이 시간에 맞춰 준비해주셨고, 다음날 체크아웃도 연기되어 추가 비용이 없었다는 점입니다. 감사합니다🙏

We had a great stay at South Bay Seaview Hotel. The location is excellent, with beautiful sea views and convenient access to the island’s attractions. The view from our room was absolutely amazing and one of the highlights of our stay. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of food. A special thanks to the chef preparing fresh noodle soup every morning—it was delicious and made breakfast even better. A big plus is that you can rent scooters and electric cars directly from the hotel, which makes exploring Weizhou Island very convenient. The hotel does have a few minor issues. Some of the rooms are starting to show their age. In our bathroom, the shower waterproofing needs some attention, and the towel rack could be fixed more securely. However, these are small maintenance issues that did not affect our overall experience. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Weizhou Island.

방이 아주 좋고 공간이 넓고 바다 전망이 매우 편리합니다 휴가 아파트에는 모든 시설이 갖추어져 있으며 천연 가스, 에어컨, 온수 등이 모두 매우 편리합니다. 외출도 편리합니다. 먹고 여행하기 위해 저녁에는 아래층에 바비큐 가판대가 있습니다.

Quickly booked in. 1st room Chinese toilet, one with sitting toilet smelled like smoke, then 5007. Then kettle's plug's 1 point was broken off. Give other kettle. Still very nice ... Cheapest on my trip from Dongxing on Vietnam border along coast to Zhuhai, but most comfortable! Very long duvet for me as I am 1.83m tall. Plenty of nice hot water! Clean bedding. Spacious room with large place to make tea etc, to charge devices and put luggage on... Bathroom also has place next to basin to put your vanity case or bag.... (I travel with my own toiletries as I am allergic to many stuff). Everything is clean. There is a lift - convenient for 5aking luggage to room. Parking in backyard very convenient. Only draw back: Glasses didn't look clean. Carpet could be vacuum cleaned. One bed light didn't work. @
