좋은 호텔. 단기여행이라면 좋다

Tout était très bien sauf que à mon arrivée, le réceptionniste ne trouvait pas ma réservation. Du coup je vous ai écrit et la personne qui m’a répondu a très vite pris les choses en main et réglé le problème.

Excellent location if traveling by train or bus. Although a little dated, it worked well for my Stay. Breakfast is OK. Barely worth paying extra for but nice to have in the building. I would stay there again.

Definitely NOT a Palace. Definitely not 3 and a half stars Let’s stay by saying this hotel Ambra Palace is definitely not a palace. I should have listened to the other reviewers. It’s a dump completely with rude staff at reception. Whilst Agoda (don’t get me started on them) and the hotel website boast about having airconditioning this is not the case. Well the rude gentleman first said there is no aircon but when he is shown it in writing on the website and on Agoda the story changes to ‘seasonally available’. Well not at certain times of the year anyway. 29 degrees during our stay but aircon already turned off for the year. The rude gentleman who lost the ability to speak English advised through his female colleagues that their website can’t be changed to define when aircon isn’t available. Nor apparently can it be changed on Agoda according to him. So bottom line no aircon year round, yet they advise there is. Unacceptable. Now the shower? Shall we talk about the fact the shower head won’t stay in place making it a hand held shower. Unacceptable. So back down to my friend on the counter and in fairness he does arrange a room change. But changing rooms is never fun. Shower should have been in working order. New room has twin beds. We need a double but who could be bothered complaining again. Small rooms with very dated furniture and dated bathrooms. Very thin walls and we heard fellow guests in next room all night. The solution on the second night was to leave the window open and listen to all the street noise. Breakfast was okay. Location was okay. Don’t go to this hotel. Listen to the reviews We will never be back to this ‘Palace’

Beautiful big green sign.but the bed was horrible, 3 inches mattress, felt like straws,we couldn't stay for the 2 nights duration, no plugs to plug in our phone chargers,the only one available was over the toilet .PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE YOU WILL LEAVE CRIPPLE.

Great staff always there to help breakfast really good. Shops just around the corner. Clean rooms very much enjoyed my stay there.

Very pleasant stay , close to bus and train. Good restaurants near by and walking distance to sea.

Great staff and good breakfast, excellent location for shopping or walking on the beach.

I just really enjoy this charming hotel.. & to me home is where your heart rest & to me, it feels like home! Thanks AMBRA Palace in Pescara.
