"처음 봤을 때는 방 침대가 넓어 보였지만, 낡은 싱글 매트리스 두 개를 붙여 놓은 것에 불과했습니다. 매트리스 하나는 심하게 꺼져 있어서 진작에 버렸어야 했습니다. 차라리 바닥에서 자는 게 나았을 정도였습니다. 아쉽게도 저는 돗자리와 침낭을 가져오지 않았습니다. 샤워실은 타일 줄눈이 변색되어 있어 다소 낡아 보였습니다. 변기에는 긁힌 자국과 얼룩이 있었는데, 아마도 석회질 때문인 것 같았습니다. 영어 방송 채널은 하나도 찾을 수 없었는데, 그런 의미에서 국제적인 호텔은 아니었습니다. 로비와 바에서 나는 소음이 자정이나 새벽 1시까지 계속되었습니다. 도로는 차량 통행이 많지 않았지만, 호텔이 도로와 가까워서 밤새도록 차량 소음이 거슬렸습니다."

"이것이 건설적인 비판이길 바랍니다. 이 부동산은 엄청난 잠재력을 가지고 있습니다. 페루자와 주변 지역을 방문하기에 좋은 위치에 있으며, 매우 아름다운 야외 공간이 있고 직원들은 친절하고 도움이 많이 됩니다(글루텐 프리 아침 식사 덕분에). 그러나 시스템, 가구 및 세부 사항 측면에서 상당히 "업데이트"되고 개조되어야 합니다. 우리는 다락방 아파트에 머물렀고 솔직히 이 가격 수준에서는 거의 모든 것을 무시하는 것이 용납되지 않습니다. 채광창은 브리스톨 보드를 테이프로 고정하여 어두워졌고(사진 참조) 전기 개구부가 작동하지 않습니다. "기술자가 수리했는데 항상 고장나네요..."라는 말을 들었습니다. (매우 더운) 밤 동안 나는 그것을 열기 위해 의자 위로 올라가야 했습니다. 낡고, 망가지고, 값싼 암막 커튼, 냄새나는 욕실, 누렇게 변한 플라스틱이 있는 오래된 시스템. 당황스러운 "전용 테라스"(다시 말하지만 사진을 보세요). 현장에 있는 방 사진과 실제 방의 사진이 너무 달라서 매우 짜증이 났습니다. 솔직히 이런 상황에서는 지출한 돈이 전혀 가치가 없습니다. 모든 것이 너무 지저분합니다. 이런 곳을 개조하지 않는 것은 정말 큰 죄입니다."

"What a great base to explore Umbria. Federico was a brilliant host, attentive and informative. When we expressed interest he went out of his way and took time to show us the property and all of the precious antiques, some dating from the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries. The room was very large, the bed was really king sized and very comfortable, and the shower was the best we have had in all of Italy. We appreciated the secure off road parking. The common areas were very comfortable and the breakfast was fine, the sweets were made fresh every day by Federico's mother Mariella and served by his father Leandro! The location was perfect for exploring the beautiful Umbrian countryside, from Assisi to Orvieto to Spoleto and everything in between. We stayed four nights and would have loved to stay longer. A highlight of our trip!"

"A decent hotel but personally not worth the price. The bar was constantly closed and we had to ask the front desk just to make a coffee, even over the weekend when you think they would want to make money. Location is no man’s land with some groceries and a highway next to you VERY far from center. WiFi was ok, some issues going out and in. The pool was the highlight as we had it to ourselves for both days. Room cleaning was nice and prompt, what we would expect. Personally both days we woke up with horrible allergies likely from their poor ventilation system. Could not open windows due to a sign from hotel suggesting Beatles would get in seasonally. Not justified for the price, just ok."

"After a long time without taking a vacation, I had chosen this property online, which already looked promising from the photos. Already after the first phone calls for the reservation, the kindness and professionalism of Mrs. Francesca made me anticipate the future stay. On the day of check-in, everything represented in the photos materialized before my eyes: a wonderful Nature with a dense forest adjacent, a lawn and various flowering plants that surround the property. The additional surprise was the terrace in front of the hall from which you have a spectacular view of Perugia and where we had breakfast every morning. Every day that we visited a location we returned to the property to rest before dinner; it had become our oasis of peace ... in fact, to tell the truth, more than one morning we risked being late for breakfast due to the excellent night's sleep. Cleanliness, friendliness but above all experience and professionalism are guaranteed! As I specified in the title, unlike many misleading photos of locations here we had a truly satisfying experience and we will definitely return if we ever come to Umbria again. See you soon 👋👋🤗"

"We stayed for three nights at this wonderful Locanda, located just outside Perugia. It offers a convenient driving distance to various Umbrian attractions and is only 10 minutes from Perugia Airport. The views from our room, overlooking the valley and Perugia, were magnificent. Our room (number 13) was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The common areas, including a kitchen with a coffee machine and a fridge, added to the convenience. Breakfast was fantastic — tasty and abundant. We also dined each night at the lovely restaurant Stella. The food and wine were excellent and the benefit of not having to drive back allowed us to enjoy the wine fully. Silvia is a wonderful host. This is a hidden gem and we will definitely be returning."

"Information on this hotel stated that it is 0.6 miles into Perugia and the receptionist advised it was a 10 minute walk. The walk entailed walking down a very busy dangerous road, through a wooded area on an unmade path, up and down a few alleyways which brought us to the worst part of Perugia. Being in our late 70’s this proved a nightmare. After a long journey we were looking forward to coffee only to be told there is no coffee, only tea and no milk. Explained to the receptionist on booking that we needed a ground floor room because of our walking difficulties (all rooms are on the ground floor) she omitted to tell us that the breakfast room was down 2 flights of stairs. There is no restaurant or bar at this hotel or the surrounding area. If you wanted a morning/afternoon coffee or a lunch time meal there is nothing, only bottled water in the fridge. So it was quite expensive to taxi into town for lunch and dinner. There is a terrace where you can have breakfast but it is dirty and overgrown with weeds. We checked out 3 days early and came home. No bathrobes."
