퍼스, 해머 보호지역 근처 호텔

우리는 창문이 없다고 적혀 있는 숙소를 얻었고 적당한 가격을 제공하는 다른 숙소가 없고 이곳이 적당하게 가격이 책정된 유일한 숙소이기 때문에 우리는 1박을 시도했고 결과에 매우 놀랐습니다. 그것은 멋지고 창문이 없어도 지금까지 우리가 머물렀던 가장 깨끗하고 멋진 호텔 중 하나입니다. 주차장 바로 옆에 있고 모퉁이에 자리잡고 있지만 우리를 괴롭히지는 않았습니다. 우리는 실제로 그것을 좋아합니다. 1층에 있어서 계단을 오르거나 엘리베이터를 기다릴 필요도 없었습니다. 자동 체크인으로 체크인이 원활하게 진행되었습니다. 편의시설이 훌륭합니다. 역에서 거리가 조금 멀지만 운동도 하고 산책도 하기 딱 좋아요!

시티중심에 위치해 엘리자베스키까지는 충분히 걸어갈 수 있고, 킹스파크나 왠만한 랜드마크는 30분내에 갈 수 있습니다. 호스텔치곤 비싼편임에도 그리 청결하진 않지만, 대부분 밖에서 놀다가 밤에 들어오고 들어와서도 1층 카페에 있으니 크게 무리는 없습니다. 조리할수있는 부엌이 있긴하지만… 안하는게 나을수도 있습니다.

지난 12 시간 동안 4 번째 체류입니다. 나는 동 퍼스의 중심이 얼마나 마음에 듭니다. 객실은 넓은 욕실과 전자 레인지가있는 간이 주방 공간이 있습니다. 5 분 거리에 좋은 IGA가 있습니다. 구내 주차장이 있습니다.

Lots of the reviews here, I believe, are reviewing Mercure on Hay (the newer, more upmarket hotel and possibly better of the two although I haven’t seen it), whereas lots of reviews in Mercure Perth on Hay are referring to Mercure on Irwin. I’ve compared the photos and the hotel details and official photos are definitely that way round. SO… this one, Mercure Perth (which is on Irwin St) is the bad one. It’s awful. It’s tired, badly fitted out, dingy and I hope never to stay here again. My room was down a corridor of *****ed (and stained) carpet that made me feel nauseous to look at. The room was ok, the bed comfortable, but more stained carpet, and lots of things didn’t work. Several light bulbs were broken, lots of curtain hooks missing, the room safe didn’t work, the bath had a rusty patch in it. The aircon was too cold for me and I followed the instructions to turn up the temperature but it didn’t warm up. Two phone calls and three hours later, someone attended my room, told me the air con wasn’t adjustable as it’s one temperature for the whole building so the instructions were incorrect. He turned it off (supposedly) and I then spent my stay with no aircon although the room was still cold and not stuffy and the control panel didn’t say ‘off’ so I think the whole thing was just BS and they couldn’t be bothered to deal with it or give me another room. Staff care factor of the attendant was zero, and of the front desk staff, close to zero. I got woken up in the early hours of the morning several times by skip bins being moved around in the laneway outside (very loud chains being dropped in the skip bins and noise reverberation). The next night the fridge started making such a loud noise in the middle of the night that I had to turn it off and use the spare towels to absorb the water as it defrosted. I’m just curious why Mercure keep this one running. Perhaps it’s set at a different price range but it’s not doing their brand any favours with two Mercure hotels so close together, especially with all the reviews mixed up.

We upgraded to an executive room, which was very comfortable. We could not get near enough to the hotel on arrival to park and check in. There is a small very narrow lane way that runs from Wellington St to Murray St with no indication of which way the traffic flows. We parked up eventually on Murray St in a multi storey and fortunately our one suit case was easily wheeled the 100 metres or so to the hotel. The hotel info was all available on the room tv screen. I checked breakfast times and saw it was served up to 10-30 am on a weekend. Next morning we arrived at breakfast at 9-45 am. The waiter looked somewhat taken aback. There was only enough orange juice for 1 person, the tank on the tea maker was dry, there was no butter or bacon. The water tank was refilled, butter produced. The chef lifted the lid of the scrambled eggs and they looked disgusting. I asked the waiter if we could have a fried egg. He had to go find the chef. He cooked the eggs, burnt on the bottom runny white on the top. My breakfast at a cost of $30 consisted of one slice of toast 3 mushrooms, half a scoop of congealed baked beans and half of a very sad looking tomato, plus the delicious burnt egg, one cup of black tea. I heard the waiter and chef grumbling together about breakfast times and their attitude prevented me from complaining and asking for fresh food. It transpired that breakfast time had been changed to finish at 10am. The receptionist enlightened me as we checked out next day. There was still a sign on reception saying that breakfast on a weekend lasted until 10 -30am. Needless to say we breakfasted elsewhere next day. It's a soul less hotel, with about as much vibe as a grave yard. We used the fantastic bar of the new Novotel directly behind Rydges. I also found we could have stayed there at a cheaper rate! Will not be returning.

결혼 기념일을 위한 특별한 날과 Hilton Parmelia 직원이 잘 돌봐 주었고 오랜 시간 직원과 새로운 만남을 보는 것은 항상 좋습니다. 다이아몬드 HH 동안 우리는 주말 동안 아름다운 Kings 응접실로 업그레이드되었고 우리 방에서 놀라운 아침 식사를 먹었고 항상 이그제큐티브 라운지가 편안한 곳으로 즐겁고 제공되는 음식은 종종 다양합니다. 우리는 Samuels 레스토랑과 바 음식 메뉴를 즐깁니다. 그러나 나는 covid 이전 시대의 Caesar 샐러드를 그리워합니다. 예전에는 최고였습니다. 우리는 DT를 포함한 다른 퍼스 호텔에 머물렀지만 Parmelia는 여전히 우리를 위해 최고입니다. 주말을 특별하게 만들어 주셔서 감사합니다.

My wife & I had a wonderful staycation last week, from start to end the service both friendly and impeccable. At check-in my Ambassador level was well acknowledged. Our room was clean, comfortable, very quiet, modern, and well appointed. Breakfast at the Hotel's ground floor restaurant, Ivy & Jack, was excellent overall, great service too. However, my wife felt more asian breakfast food would be good, think noodles and cooked asian vegetables with the Fried Rice being vegetarian rather than containing meat. Can well recommend the hotel and it's location.

와! 우리는 Perth의 3개 다른 장소와 Busselton의 1개에 머물렀습니다. 이 장소는 우리가 머물렀던 상위 3개 호텔에 있었습니다! 조용하고 고급스럽고 매우 친절한 서비스, 일일 하우스키핑, 빠른 리프트, 매우 쉬운 발렛 주차, 훌륭한 위치 및 놀라운 가격에 모두. 우리가 여기에 머물렀던 3 박에 대해 충분히 말할 수 없습니다. 더 길었으면 합니다.

더블트리 힐튼에서 처음은 아니었지만 이번은 다소 실망스러웠습니다. 우리는 오후 7시쯤 호텔에 도착했는데, 도와줄 포터가 없다는 점을 제외하면 체크인은 매우 쉬웠습니다. 짐이 많지만 다행히 접수원이 친절합니다. 제시카는 남편이 주차하고 돌아오기 전에 짐 운반을 도와주었습니다. 주차는 조금 걸어서 갈 수 있는 거리이고 별로 불편하지 않습니다. 아침 식사를 놓치지 마세요. 우리 방에는 아침 식사가 제공되었지만 아침 식사가 너무 나빴습니다! 모든 것이 딱딱하고 차가웠으며, 캡 같은 커피나 플랫 화이트도 없었습니다. 웨이터에게 요청했을 때 알려주지 않았지만 커피 요금은 객실 요금으로 청구되었습니다. 😋 솔직히 방 배치는 마음에 들지만 하우스키핑에는 개선의 여지가 있습니다. 당일 떠나기 전에 '방 청소 부탁드립니다' 버튼을 켰는데, 돌아와서 전화할 때까지 방이 청소되지 않았습니다. 요청 시에만 방을 청소해 준다고 들었습니다! (그러나 우리는 하루 종일 요청했습니다). 전화를 받은 접수원은 수건만 교체해 주겠다고 했지만 저는 방을 청소하라고 했습니다. 하우스키핑팀이 도착했을 때 수건만 갈아주고(메인 목욕타올은 잊어버렸음) 진공청소기는 전혀 하지 않았습니다. 누군가가 병에 물을 추가했을 수 있으므로 컨디셔너가 꺼져 있었지만 하우스 키핑 팀도 제대로 확인하고 리필하지 않았습니다. (307) 위치는 편리합니다. 많은 멋진 식당과 가깝지만 일부 성인 상점 바로 맞은편에 있습니다.
