'The hotel room itself was lovely – clean, spacious, and thoughtfully prepared. We felt warmly welcomed by the sweet touch of two towel swans arranged on the bed upon arrival.
However, the breakfast experience was disappointing. Despite offering only a very simple set menu, we waited nearly an hour to be served.
Additionally, when we politely asked the front desk for late checkout due to breakfast delay. We had to fight for a mere 30-min extension.
On the positive side, the hotel’s location is excellent for exploring the beautiful small town, which was truly charming.'
