'가격, 방 크기 (침실 2 개 및 주방) 및 편리한 주차 공간이있는 위치는 솔직히 가족을위한 매우 좋은 숙박 및 거래입니다. 해변은 말 그대로 바로 거기에 있으며 주차장은 방 문 앞에 있으며 수영장도 좋습니다. 즉, 다른 사람들이 그들의 의견에 언급한 것을 알아야 할 몇 가지 사항이 있습니다. 다른 언급된 나쁜 냄새는 사실입니다. 세탁기에 머물렀던 세탁물 냄새가 켜지고 꺼집니다. AC / 냉장고는 정말 시끄럽습니다. 전반적인 청결도는 그다지 좋지 않지만 침대와 시트가 깨끗했으며 결국 중요한 모든 것이라고 생각합니다.'

'We had a great stay at the Four Points. It was a last minute booking as a previous hotel had fallen through. Staff were so kind and attentive and really helped us get what we needed. The rooms were very spacious and clean, the microwave and fridge were great touches. We were near a lift which was quite noisy throughout the night. And for the price of the rooms I think it should include breakfast to compensate for having such a tiny swimming pool. Otherwise a great stay in good location. I’d definitely recommend.'

'Yes it’s a typical Penticton motel. But it was clean, the bed was so comfy and you can’t beat the location. For the money it was excellent!'

'We really did enjoy our stay in Balcomo, close to nearby stores (grocery, Starbucks, tim hortons) 5 minutes drive going to okanagan lake. Room is clean and I asked for extra towels so I don’t have to bother them, glad they gave us extra beforehand. Desk chair has a little damage keeps ruining my pants whenever I sit there. Wasn’t able to use their TV would be great if there’s netflix or disney. We enjoy the warm pool. I even witnessed aurora borealis during our 2nd night.'

'This hotel truly deserves a 5-star rating for its excellent cost-performance ratio! The 24-hour coffee and tea station in the common area is such a thoughtful touch, and the welcoming hot chocolate during the cold winter brought so much joy to my kids. The service staff were incredibly friendly and responsive. I also really enjoyed the friendly conversations with them—they made us feel at home. The breakfast was high quality, and my kids had so much fun making waffles using the waffle machine. For someone like me who needs to work out daily, the gym room was just perfect—spacious, clean, and energizing. The swimming pool and hot tub were also a hit with the kids, keeping them entertained and happy throughout our stay. Overall, it’s a fantastic place for families. We will definitely stay here again!'

'도심의 호수에서 경치는 좋고 편리합니다. 시설은 평균적이고 오래되었습니다. 저녁 식사는 호텔 레스토랑에서 매우 저렴합니다. 호숫가 바는 사전에 예약해야하며 조금 늦을 장소는 없습니다. 아침 식사는 침을 어야하고 뷔페 가격은 높으며 커피 차는 돈이 추가로 계산되며 총 5 ~ 6 가지가 있습니다 (간신히 음식), 먹기가 거의 살인과 동일하며 목에 칼이 두 번째로 먹지 않습니다.'

'Everyone was friendly and helpful.  Room was clean and pillows very comfortable which is unusual.  The breakfast food and room were really nice.  It would have been helpful for those with mobility issues if the facility was downstairs with no stairs to negotiate.  Will return on future visits Tom Penticton and recommend to friends.'
