The Baywatch Condo community is a family friendly environment, adjacent to the Gulf Islands National Seashore, and the Fort Pickens State Park Aquatic Preserve. An open balcony provides a magnificent view of the Santa Rosa Sound. The community offers access to the Baywatch swimming pool, pier, and the Pensacola Beach Trolley service. Covered parking is available for two cars with additional parking available in the Baywatch community parking lot. The unit offers a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, and balcony. Property is exactly as advertised, gorgeous views over the bay yet a short 5 minute walk to the beach. Condo felt very homely and was clean and well stocked. Owner friendly and quick to respond

Fun stay for the 4th My husband, our 21yo daughter, and I had a wonderful stay for the 4th of July weekend. The condo was great - we especially enjoyed eating and relaxing on the balcony. We would stay again!

Family Getaway My family and I enjoyed our stay. Our hosts were accommodating and responsive when we had questions. The location was in close proximity of the boardwalk and the trolley. We really enjoyed the view from our balcony. We hope to return in the future.

Wonderful condo - would book again! This condo is fantastic! It is in the Baywatch condominium complex. The condo itself was incredibly clean and comfortable. We mentioned to the owner that we could use a pack and play and she found one for us to use for the weekend. She not only had it set up, but also had baby wash for my granddaughter in the condo. I will definitely try to book again on my next visit. The owner of the unit is incredibly responsive in communication as well.

Nice property Absolutely as advertised. Nice 2BR unit. Faces the bay, updated and well maintained. Comfortable beds, good TV’s. No elevator. Short walk to beach. Excellent value.

Loved it! It may have been the time of year we stayed, but the complex was not busy at all!! It was such a cute and quiet complex! This unit is on the 2nd floor on the end! You have a great view of the bay and the beautiful pond in the middle. You also are a very short walk across the street to the gulf beach! May have been because it was early April, but it was basically a private beach. Maybe 2-4 other family’s on the beach with us at a time. We were able to find all kinds of shells and not worry about the kids bothering others! I definitely hope to return to this condo!
