인 온 더 허드슨(Inn on the Hudson)

We were afraid that the constant train noises were going to keep us up but they did not. Great views. Only downside was when someone in another room set off their fire alarm at 5:00 a.m.

There is a train that goes by, but they offer ear plugs. Once we went to bed, we never heard it til morning. The staff was pleasant, breakfast was bagged and individually wrapped.

The staff labeled me as a difficult customer. They, in turn, were hostile. The manager's hours were restricted and not readily available to solve issues. The housekeeping hours are not flexible for travel plans. Snow removal not adequate for parking area. Will not return, even for the good price!

Our stay was ok. If you’re looking for a quick stay for the night it’s a good deal. Hotel room definitely not like pics. Chipped paint.. broken furniture etc . Sheets were clean and there were no bed bugs so it worked. Heating system buzzed ALL night so forget about peace and quiet! John- at the front desk was super nice. Breakfast is a brown bag w water, muffin and granola bar. Room is super small. Pictures make it look large and updated. Definitely not the case. Not big enough for a family. Bathroom is tiny. Definitely not good for more than two people. We stayed to avoid driving the turnpike after midnight. The view is nice.

Lobby staff was nice and helpful. Stay was comfortable (we have bad backs already) but otherwise a pleasant experience. Thank you!

The place was just ok, outdated. There was a pair of underwear sticking out from under the bed, gross. I kicked them out to the balcony and they were still there when we returned the next day after service to the room. A bit of trouble with the tv that I had to figure out on my own, calling the front was no help. This part wasn't the hotel's fault but woke up to no running water due to a main break. Luckily we had a few bottles of water with us to get us through and it was back on when we returned later that evening. I would look for other options in the area if I returned.

This place is in desperate need for repairs, broken furniture, cracks in the ceiling, rusted and dilapidated bathtub, no blackoutcurtains. Over all for the price please stay somewhere else.

My stay was very nice. The view from my room was so scenic. Would definetly come back again.

The property and furnishings are worn and shabby. The noise from the adjoining highway and train tracks is distracting and constant. The staff were considerate but can only do so much.
