"Check-in was a problem. When I got there and called to check-in the person I talked to said that my card had been declined and that I owed $30 some more and wanted me to give card information. I said that I had a printed confirmation in my hand from Trip.com that stated that it had been paid. After about 15-20 minutes and after I had given the booking confirmation number, the lady put me on hold and came back and said it was fine and gave me the room code. Otherwise, it was nice."

"We had a very lovely 3 night stay at Primland, traveling with 2 adults and 1 child. We had to change our original reservation at the last minute due to the death of one of our family members who was supposed to be traveling with us, and the reservations team and pre-arrival team were great at assisting with our changes and one room cancellation at no charge given the circumstances. The team on site were all incredibly kind and helpful and it was a peaceful setting to try to rest and relax after a difficult week."
