리리뷰어My family loves this hotel for its cleanliness, spaciousness and serene environment. Staff were approachable and helpful, for examples, the Managers and their staff like Linden. The breakfast was fabulous. Within walking distance were the Shaws supermarket, CVS and bus stops. Will book this hotel if we are back in Newport.

리리뷰어Booked this room with my 13 yr old son and the bed was not long enough for him. Not sure what his bed was called but definitely not a twin. The larger bed that I was in had a “hole” on one side that made sleeping difficult. Facility was clean and otherwise found the room comfort. It didn’t have a desk but the bridge had a nice area to work.

리리뷰어Great trip, close to ” mansions” and Newport music festival...Staff was very helpful, kind. Room was clean. Plenty of parking.
There were certain fees for amenities
Etc; I wish they would give US the option as to whether WE WANTED THE ” amenities” and accordingly adjust the bill :)
Our access to Internet was non existent for one day...as, apparently, bad weather plays havoc on Internet/ wifi. Also wish they had more options for breakfast....I may have overlooked, but do they have a brochure re local restaurants/ activities. We were there for brothers birthday and concert so additional activities were not a requisite.
We' d stay there again but further discuss the ” upcharge” for ” stuff” we were either not going to use .

리리뷰어The inn is very clean and has no bad smell at all! The inn is once a farm house, according to the receptionist.
We have stayed in the one king bed room on the second floor. Bed is more to the soft side but ok. Didn't give me any back pain. The pillows are soft which I like a lot. Room is very clean that the tissue came out clean when I wipe the floor. Water is hot and no blockage in the bathtub. Air condition is a new model kind which worked well.
The breakfast area has 3 tables but normally no many people there. They have frozen muffins (with ham/egg etc), energy bars, yogurts and instant Oatmeals and bottle juices. 24 hours you have hot water and coffee and fruits in the breakfast area. Not fancy but you won't be hungry :)
I don't have any complaints. Will recommend my friends to this inn. They charged $50 for deposit on check in day. They said they will refund it. I am waiting for that.

리리뷰어Historic Hotel in the Center of Newport. Staff was Friendly and helpful. Rooms were Comfortable and Cozy. My only Complaint is the Hot Tub was Only That, a Hot Tub. There Were No Bubbles! The Pool was Nice regardless.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Breakfast was nothing fancy but was fine. They have waffles, hard-boiled eggs, yogurt, bagels, toast, cereal and danishes. Coffee was very good plus usual juices.
