JJason8The location is great, the front entrance can lead to the water taxi and river, whereas other side entrance is the shopping area where the patrons can go shopping and a great variety of cafe and restaurant, though the supermarket is about 10-15 minutes walking distance. The lift is too small which only two people with luggage.

I called the hotel front desk to inform them that two pieces of clothing had been left in the closet of the room, but was told that after the hotel housekeeping searched for them indicated that they were not there. I think that if the hotel's housekeeping staff had followed the process of checking the closet and safe, they should have noticed it first. Now if they didn't, then I think it was your housekeeping staff that took my clothes away and it is the hotel's responsibility to make a sincere apology, but NOT!

I specifically chose to stay at this hotel for the King size bed.
When I checked in at exactly 3pm check-in time, the front desk clerk told me they no longer had anymore King size beds.
They offered no solutions and kept telling me this is what happens when you book with ”Trip.com”, now you have to deal with them, and we can't help you!!!
I reached out to Trip.com and a service agent by the name of MARIE KRIS S said she would take care of it.
I checked my email today and saw that an inconvenience offers of $15, I refused this offer for all the embarrassment and disappointment that is not even acceptable.
Honestly the entire stay should be reimbursed or at least offer a night at my next booking at no charge.

DDutchiesDuring our trip through Florida, we had the pleasure of staying one night at the Ocean Reef Hotel, and it was truly a great experience. Upon arrival, we found the reception closed, but it wasn’t long before a very friendly lady came to assist us with check-in. She had just gone out to grab a bite to eat, which is completely understandable – everyone needs food! Once we got to our hotel room, we were pleased to find it clean, well-maintained, and above average in size. Although there were a few minor maintenance issues, what mattered most was that the beds were extremely comfortable and everything was spotless.
After checking in, we went out for a meal, but upon returning, we discovered that the parking lot was nearly full, making it difficult to find a spot. Without even needing to ask, a very helpful staff member on the night shift immediately resolved the issue by assigning us a great parking space near the entrance. This thoughtful service made a huge difference. Throughout the night, this gentleman also conducted a round of checks, which gave us a great sense of security. The hotel itself was quiet, and we had a restful night's sleep. The bathroom facilities, including the toilet and shower, were also impeccably clean.
In the morning, when we checked out, the same lady who helped us with check-in was there again, and once more, we were greeted with kindness and a friendly smile.
This hotel is definitely a place I would return to during a Florida road trip. I highly recommend it and want to thank the staff for their excellent care. It’s absolutely a place to revisit.
