리리뷰어Great staff. Be careful, the hotel isn't near the bus station (a new bus station was built two years ago a few kilometers away and the previous one is no longer operating). It is a okay hotel but the details are not taken care of. Acoustic isolation is very poor and in the night I was woken up by the noise of... the elevator. What can I say... The door is too small for the frame. You can see the corridor under it and there also goes the noise through.

MMs. TRAVELLERThe best thing about this hotel is its location. Even though its old the hotel is well maintained & it is clean. Room’s size acceptable . Furniture old but clean, bedsheets, pillows and towels all clean.
I only stayed for one night so it was ok. Important to me it was a clean hotel & it’s location was fantastic!

리리뷰어Friendly helpful staff. Clean and spacious room with comfortable bed and air conditioner. Nice hot shower. Good breakfast. The major thing that needs to be noted is the fact that the hotel is surrounded by mechanics and can be noisy when working on vehicles. It is far out of town but walking distance to bus station and shopping mall. The walls are paper thin and can hear everything.

리리뷰어The room is quite clean. The housekeepers are helpful and courteous. However, the front office refused to cooperate with us when we brought to their attention that we booked a bigger room. We even evidenced it by showing them the details of the online booking. However, they kept gaslighting us and trying to make us believe that we were in a 22m2 room when it was clearly a 15m2 room. Don’t be in the hospitality sector if you don’t like to help your guests.

리리뷰어I arrived really early and the receptionist gave me a room anyway because I was so tired. Thank you :) its within 1 minute of the bus station, and A101 grocery is a stones throw away. Theres a restaurant directly downstairs if you need it. The room was clean, shower was hot and the bed was huge. Would definitely come back and stay here if I ever go back to Trabzon.

AAyoosh전반적으로 이 호텔에 머무는 동안 기복이 있었습니다. 주차장에 있는 사람은 믿을 수 없을 정도로 도움이 되었고 내 차를 잘 돌봐주셔서 긍정적인 출발이었습니다. 그러나 접수원의 미소는 잠재적으로 문화적이지만 약간의 차가운 인상을 남겼습니다. 체크인은 효율적이었고 206호실은 깨끗했지만 주전자나 다리미가 없어서 아쉬웠습니다. 밝은면에서 에어컨은 잘 작동했습니다. 샤워 헤드는 내 취향이 아니기 때문에 개선 될 수 있습니다. 또한 크고 작은 수건 하나만 제공하면 다소 적습니다.
긍정적 인 메모에서 호텔의 위치는 도보 거리에 상점이있어 편리했습니다. 체크 아웃은 간단했고 접수 원에게 열쇠를 넘겨주었습니다. 결론적으로 긍정적 인 측면이 있었지만 편의 시설과 서비스 태도의 몇 가지 개선은이 호텔의 전반적인 경험을 향상시킬 수 있습니다.
