솔직하고 객관적인 후기입니다. 네팔에 처음 왔는데 이 호텔에 묵으니 정말 편했습니다. 네팔은 처음이라 샤오홍슈에서 웅장한 호텔을 발견했습니다. 공항 픽업 서비스 때문에 예약했는데, 제가 예약을 잊었지 뭐예요! 그래서 꼭 하루 전에 예약해야 합니다. 그래야 도착해서 급하게 환전하거나 공항 앞에서 택시 찾느라 고생할 필요 없고, 흥정할 필요도 없어요. 여기에서 타멜 거리까지는 택시 기사들이 보통 1000루피부터 부르는데, 500루피로 흥정하면 됩니다. 네팔 통화 기준으로 말씀드리는 거예요. 호텔 픽업 서비스를 미리 예약하면 누군가가 직접 마중 나와 주기 때문에, 낯선 나라에 처음 도착하는 사람들은 걱정할 필요가 없습니다. 씨트립도 큰 플랫폼이라 문제가 생겨도 불만을 제기하기 좋습니다. 공항을 나서자마자 길이 너무 길게 느껴졌고, 마치 영화 속 인도 같은 느낌이었어요. 먼지도 많고 자동차 매연도 심해서 마음이 좀 불안했는데, 호텔에 도착하니 조금 안심이 되었습니다. 방은 깨끗하고 정돈되어 있었어요. 어떤 사람들은 침대 시트가 더럽다거나 수질이 안 좋고 냄새가 난다고 했는데, 제가 묵은 곳은 전혀 그렇지 않았습니다. 경험은 사람마다 다르니, 객관적으로 말하자면 위생은 기준에 부합했습니다. 서비스는 정말 좋았어요. 체크인도 순조로웠고, 프런트 직원도 중국어를 할 줄 알았으며, 태도도 온화하고 친절했습니다. 저는 이곳에 영어 배우러 왔는데, 먼저 호텔에서 푹 쉬고 다음날 학교를 찾아볼 생각이었어요. 운 좋게도 여기서 공부하는 동포를 만났는데, 집안 사정으로 막 등록한 수업(하루 세 시간)을 양도해야 한다고 하더군요. 그녀가 저에게 먼저 시강을 해보고 결정하라고 해서, 다음날 체크아웃했습니다. 이틀 동안 머물면 하루에 180루피니까요. 그리고 제가 짐을 맡기고 나갔다가 저녁에 다시 찾으러 오겠다고 말했더니, 프런트 직원이 아주 친절하게 택시 부르는 법과 현지 앱 다운로드 방법을 알려주고, 무료로 블랙커피도 한 잔 주셨어요. 정말 따뜻하고 실용적이었습니다. 아쉽게도 늦잠을 자서 호텔 조식은 못 먹은 게 좀 아쉬웠습니다. 위치는 타멜 거리에서 불과 500m 떨어져 있어, 걸어서 몇 분이면 강남 약국에 도착합니다. 저는 1:22 환율로 환전했는데, 공항보다 좀 더 저렴했어요. 여기에 묵으면 아래로 몇백 미터만 걸어가면 유심칩을 살 수 있어서 매우 편리합니다. 전반적으로 네팔에 처음 온 저로서는 좋았다고 생각합니다. 픽업 서비스가 있어서 편하고, 서비스도 친절하며, 위치도 편리하고, 위생도 괜찮았습니다. 네팔에 처음 오시는 분들이 이곳에 묵으면 불필요한 고생을 많이 덜 수 있을 거예요. 번거로움을 피하고 싶은 분들께 진심으로 추천합니다.

시설: 매우 완벽하고 깨끗함 위생: 매우 깨끗함 환경: 우아함 서비스: 훌륭한 서비스 태도 2024년 8월 27일에 204호에 사는 시바의 중국인 중에 바닥을 두드리고 벽을 깨면서 춤을 추는 사람이 누구냐고 묻고 싶습니다. 다른 사람들이 새벽 2시나 3시의 디스코 같은 느낌을 갖기를 원하시나요? 웨이터가 직접 상기시켜 주었는데 너는 못 들은 척 했어, 작은 시바. 방은 매우 방음이 잘 되고 조용합니다. 화장실 창문은 비어 있습니다. 방에서 보이는 안뜰은 매우 아름답습니다. 사원은 변형되어 있고 분위기가 좋습니다. 주변 환경은 조용합니다. 조명은 매우 아름답고 세부 사항이 가득합니다. 독특한 네팔 분위기입니다. 타멜에 위치하고 있습니다. 돈을 돌려주는 가게 옆에 쓰촨 레스토랑과 카페도 있습니다. 위치가 매우 좋습니다. 호텔에서 아침에 요가를 합니다. 다시 머물 것입니다.

The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was greeted with warm smiles and refreshing drinks. My room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and offered a stunning view — every detail was thoughtfully arranged for comfort and relaxation. The hotel’s amenities exceeded my expectations. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a wide selection of fresh, flavorful options to suit every taste. The housekeeping team maintained everything perfectly throughout my stay. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the excellent Wi-Fi connection, making it ideal for both leisure and work. What truly sets this hotel apart is the level of hospitality. Every team member went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant stay — from recommending local attractions to assisting with transportation. Overall, this hotel combines luxury, comfort, and genuine care in the best way possible. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area and can’t wait to return again soon!

If you're staying in Kathmandu, this hotel is a good choice. The best thing about it is that it's a new hotel (opening in 2024). Everyone, including the staff, spa staff, and breakfast staff, is very cooperative. including the showers and toilets in the rooms, Wi-Fi, electronic key cards, and internet TV. I'm sorry to say that other hotels tend to be a little older, with broken, slightly dirty, or non-working electronic devices. While it's true that that can't compare to newer facilities. 비슷한 가격대에 다른 곳에서도 묵었는데, 단연 룸컨디션 좋았구요, 직원 응대도 좋습니다. 수영장 물이 따뜻해서 저녁에 하기 좋았구요, 사우나 시설은 한국과 비교해서 있다는데 의미를 두는 정도.. GYM은 이용한 친구가 괜찮은 편이라고 하고요.. 12층 조식먹다 11층 화장실가는데 요가강습하는데 사람들 많이 참여하고 있었어요. 깨끗한 호텔이 여행자거리 중심에 있어 좋습니다. 네팔 여행중에 예상치 않게 좋았던 곳은 박타푸르 골목 돌아다닌 시간이었습니다.

저는 2024년 11월에 Lo Mustang에서 가장 멋진 경험을 했습니다. 저는 결혼식을 위해 네팔에 왔고 프런트 데스크의 Anisha는 정말 최선을 다했습니다. 고객 서비스는 10/10이었습니다. 저는 맞춤복, 보석, 드라이클리닝, 교통편이 포함된 현지 드레스에 대한 추천을 받았습니다. 프런트 데스크 매니저인 Deepika는 항상 제 요구 사항이 충족되고 제 숙박이 편안한지 확인해주는 환상적인 사람이었습니다. 호텔은 훌륭한 편의 시설을 갖춘 완벽한 위치에 있습니다. 저는 처음에 아름다운 전통 장식 때문에 이곳을 선택했습니다. 각 층에 벽화가 있어서 직접 보면 아름다웠습니다. 옥상 전망이 보이는 아침 식사는 환상적이었습니다. 너무 좋았기 때문에 집으로 돌아가는 길에 두 번째로 예약했습니다. 저는 혼자 여행을 했고 새로운 친구들과 함께 떠났습니다.

The room made a decent first impression and did the bare minimum. But, it quickly became clear that it’s best suited for a very short stay. The bed was comfortable enough. Overall, the room is fine if you’re just passing through, but anything longer starts to feel like stretching it. Staff presence around the hotel was limited. They clearly run on a lean operation, which can go either way. The guard in front of the elevator stood out in the best possible way and added a genuinely warm, human touch, which helped balance things out. At check-in, I was given two complimentary cocktail coupons for the upstairs bar, which immediately lifted my spirits. This was a place I had enjoyed many times before and often recommended to friends and family. I had good memories of the atmosphere, the food, and the general vibe, so I went in with high hopes. In the past I had written raving 5-star reviews of their restaurant food and amazing service! Unfortunately, the experience that followed didn’t live up to those expectations. What should have been a simple, enjoyable night out unraveled into confusion and unwelcoming interactions. Small moments piled up, the mood shifted, and it became clear that the experience had gone off the rails. Rather than force it, my group and I decided to take our time and money elsewhere. Sometimes you read the room and move on. I returned to the hotel later that night and stayed over. Took a hot shower in the morning, loved the smell of their body wash, btw! Another brief interaction during checkout reinforced the same theme: rigid, abrupt, and lacking the kind of hospitality that makes guests feel welcome. All in all, it’s disappointing to see a place I once enjoyed and freely recommended lose its consistency and warmth. I’m no longer comfortable recommending it, and I’m not sure I would choose to return. As for the unused cocktail coupon, I still have it. Any takers?

I stayed for 2 nights, it didn't feel safe for me as a solo woman traveller. One the first night around 11pm there were 3-4 men shouting and laughing and knocked my door. I was scared and called the reception. The phone wire was not connected to the phone, i have to hold it tight to the phone while i was speaking. It was a terrifying experience. When in emergency even the phone wasn't working! the receptionist took 30 min to for the men to calm down. The next day morning the receptionist told me they men moved out. But i saw them in the evening in the hotel. Didn't feel safe. Again, the men, shouting and aloud. Still i couldn't sleep there, awake whole two nights i stayed there, didn't feel safe. The place was clean. Location was good.
