우리는 카트만두에서 8일을 머물렀고 매우 편안하고 잘 관리되는 느낌을 받았습니다. 객실은 훌륭하게 꾸며져 있고 크기도 적절했습니다. 침대와 침구는 편안했고 장식은 현대적이고 세련되었습니다. 모든 직원은 친절하고 친절했으며 필요한 모든 것을 준비하는 데 도움을 주었습니다. 바리스타인 디페쉬 씨가 매일 아침 맛있는 커피를 준비해 주셨고, 근처에 있는 아유르베다 마사지를 추천해 주셔서 예약을 도와주셨어요. 정말 놀라운 마사지였습니다. 저녁에는 바텐더인 Bijay가 뛰어난 칵테일을 만들어 우리에게 아주 좋은 서비스를 제공했습니다. 우리는 확실히 돌아와서 다시 머물 것입니다.

A fantastic hotel with beautiful architecture and wooden detailing. Incredibly friendly and accommodating staff. Free yoga in the morning on the rooftop and a walking tour is provided upon request. The rooms are large with lots of light. The bathroom is functional with good water pressure. For winter, an electric blanket, portable heater and hot water bottles are supplied. Delicious and well priced breakfast. Amazing value for money.

비슷한 가격대에 다른 곳에서도 묵었는데, 단연 룸컨디션 좋았구요, 직원 응대도 좋습니다. 수영장 물이 따뜻해서 저녁에 하기 좋았구요, 사우나 시설은 한국과 비교해서 있다는데 의미를 두는 정도.. GYM은 이용한 친구가 괜찮은 편이라고 하고요.. 12층 조식먹다 11층 화장실가는데 요가강습하는데 사람들 많이 참여하고 있었어요. 깨끗한 호텔이 여행자거리 중심에 있어 좋습니다. 네팔 여행중에 예상치 않게 좋았던 곳은 박타푸르 골목 돌아다닌 시간이었습니다.

If you're staying in Kathmandu, this hotel is a good choice. The best thing about it is that it's a new hotel (opening in 2024). I'm sorry to say that other hotels tend to be a little older, with broken, slightly dirty, or non-working electronic devices. While it's true that that can't compare to newer facilities. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was greeted with warm smiles and refreshing drinks. My room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and offered a stunning view — every detail was thoughtfully arranged for comfort and relaxation. The hotel’s amenities exceeded my expectations. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a wide selection of fresh, flavorful options to suit every taste. The housekeeping team maintained everything perfectly throughout my stay. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the excellent Wi-Fi connection, making it ideal for both leisure and work. What truly sets this hotel apart is the level of hospitality. Every team member went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant stay — from recommending local attractions to assisting with transportation. Overall, this hotel combines luxury, comfort, and genuine care in the best way possible. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area and can’t wait to return again soon!

위치는 정말 좋습니다. 바로 아래층에 쇼핑할 곳이 있고, 공항에서도 멀지 않습니다(다만 네팔 교통이 좀 느려서 30분 정도 걸립니다). 현지 기준으로 보면 아주 좋은 호텔이고, 중국의 지 호텔이나 카이위안 호텔과 비교해도 손색이 없습니다.

위치좋음 치야센터랑도 바로가깝고 방에서시티뷰좋음 매우친절 특히 1층 일식 레스토랑 맛있음 람쉐프 친절 방이 매우 작음 특히 현관 바로 앞이 침대라 복도소리 옆방소리 잘 들림 체크아웃전에 직원이 벨누름 조식은 깔끔한스타일 갈때까지 직원들 매우 친절함 헬스장은작음 서비스 음료주셨는데 방값이 비싸서준듯ㅎ

The room made a decent first impression and did the bare minimum. But, it quickly became clear that it’s best suited for a very short stay. The bed was comfortable enough. Overall, the room is fine if you’re just passing through, but anything longer starts to feel like stretching it. Staff presence around the hotel was limited. They clearly run on a lean operation, which can go either way. The guard in front of the elevator stood out in the best possible way and added a genuinely warm, human touch, which helped balance things out. At check-in, I was given two complimentary cocktail coupons for the upstairs bar, which immediately lifted my spirits. This was a place I had enjoyed many times before and often recommended to friends and family. I had good memories of the atmosphere, the food, and the general vibe, so I went in with high hopes. In the past I had written raving 5-star reviews of their restaurant food and amazing service! Unfortunately, the experience that followed didn’t live up to those expectations. What should have been a simple, enjoyable night out unraveled into confusion and unwelcoming interactions. Small moments piled up, the mood shifted, and it became clear that the experience had gone off the rails. Rather than force it, my group and I decided to take our time and money elsewhere. Sometimes you read the room and move on. I returned to the hotel later that night and stayed over. Took a hot shower in the morning, loved the smell of their body wash, btw! Another brief interaction during checkout reinforced the same theme: rigid, abrupt, and lacking the kind of hospitality that makes guests feel welcome. All in all, it’s disappointing to see a place I once enjoyed and freely recommended lose its consistency and warmth. I’m no longer comfortable recommending it, and I’m not sure I would choose to return. As for the unused cocktail coupon, I still have it. Any takers?

Excellent emplacement en plein coeur de Thamel, très bon rapport qualité-prix et vue magnifique sur les montagnes de Katmandou et la ville depuis le roof top. En revanche, il y avait deux cafards dans la chambre, qui était relativement propre toutefois (mais pas impeccable)

I stayed for 2 nights, it didn't feel safe for me as a solo woman traveller. One the first night around 11pm there were 3-4 men shouting and laughing and knocked my door. I was scared and called the reception. The phone wire was not connected to the phone, i have to hold it tight to the phone while i was speaking. It was a terrifying experience. When in emergency even the phone wasn't working! the receptionist took 30 min to for the men to calm down. The next day morning the receptionist told me they men moved out. But i saw them in the evening in the hotel. Didn't feel safe. Again, the men, shouting and aloud. Still i couldn't sleep there, awake whole two nights i stayed there, didn't feel safe. The place was clean. Location was good.
