CCatherine Lee SYStaying at Chill Village was one of the most comforting and memorable parts of our trip. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt warm, peaceful, and welcoming — exactly what you hope for after a long day of travel. The design of the space is simple yet thoughtful, creating a sense of calm that makes you slow down and truly enjoy the moment.
One of the things we appreciated most was how comfortable the accommodation was. The beds were cozy, the living area was spacious, and everything felt clean and well cared for. It didn’t feel like a hotel room — it felt like a real home. The quiet surroundings made it easy to rest well, and waking up to such a serene environment was incredibly refreshing.
The kitchen was a big highlight for us. Being able to cook our own meals added so much warmth to the stay. Whether it was preparing a simple breakfast in the morning or enjoying a homemade dinner together, the kitchen was well-equipped and easy to use. Sharing meals in such a comfortable setting made the experience even more special, especially for families.

王王慧眞들어오자마자 신발을 벗고 실내를 돌아다니는데, 바닥이 정말 깨끗하다는 것을 느낄 수 있었어요. 방에 개인 노천탕이 있어서, 한겨울에 눈 내리는 풍경을 보면서 온천을 즐기는 특별한 경험을 했습니다. 저녁 식사와 아침 식사 모두 맛있었고, 모든 직원분들이 손님들을 정말 정성껏 응대해주셔서 이번 숙박 경험이 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 시라히게 폭포까지도 매우 가까워서 걸어서 10분이면 도착할 수 있어요. 위치가 정말 좋습니다.

리리뷰어비에이에 갔을 때 눈이 엄청 와서 정말 좋은 추억을 갖고 왔습니다. 시설은 조금 낡은 감이 있고 2층이라 작은 느낌이지만 매우 편하고 아늑하게 잘 묵고 왔습니다. 특히 조식이 매우 정성스럽고 맛있어서 집밥 먹는 기분이었어요. 친절한 응대는 기본이고 역이랑 비에이 마을을 돌아보기에도 좋은 위치에 있습니다. 렌터카로 갔는데 주차장도 건물 바로 옆에 있어서 매우 편했어요. 다음에 비에이 갈 일이 있으면 꼭 다시 갈게요!

Yyen5560368케이블카 역에서 약 600미터 떨어진 곳에 위치한 정말 완벽한 온천 호텔이었어요. 산에 오르기 전에 주유를 안 해서 호텔에 도착했을 때는 기름이 거의 바닥났었거든요 🥺. 다행히 프런트 데스크 직원이 다른 부서에서 일하는 대만인 직원분을 소개해 주셔서 정비팀에 연락해 주시고 20리터를 채워주셨어요. 정말 큰 도움이 됐습니다! 호텔에서는 저녁에 재미있는 빙고 게임도 열었고, 아침과 저녁 식사도 푸짐하게 제공됐으며, 음료도 무제한으로 즐길 수 있었어요. 딱 하나 아쉬운 점이 있다면, 이틀 동안 묵었는데 아침과 저녁 메뉴가 이틀 내내 똑같았다는 거예요. 심지어 자리까지 똑같았죠 😜. 체크아웃할 때쯤 눈 때문에 타이어가 얼어붙어서 알아챘는데, 직원분들이 얼어붙은 타이어를 빼주셔서 정말 감사했습니다. 호텔에는 온천탕이 세 개 있는데, 그중 두 개는 경치가 아름답지만 아쉽게도 눈이 너무 많이 내리고 안개가 자욱해서 아무것도 볼 수 없었어요 😄

EEng YeowA Convenient and Comfortable Retreat
There are 4 units in this building. One parking slot per unit is provided at the corner near unit 101.
This apartment offers a truly practical and comfortable base for exploring the area. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the basic utensils and cutlery for easy meal prep, and the welcome inclusion of instant slippers, toothbrushes, and toothpaste. The microwave was also super handy for quick snacks and reheats.
Comfort is well-managed with one air-conditioner that kept the unit at a pleasant temperature throughout our stay. The washing machine was a huge plus, and we found the designated drying area right above it in the toilet very efficient. The separate dining table was also a nice touch, providing a comfortable space for meals. 2 dryers are outside the building.
With two double beds, this unit is well-suited for small groups or families. We also enjoyed being able to link our Netflix account to the TV, which was great for unwinding in the evenings

Things to Note About the Location
The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, offering a peaceful atmosphere. While there aren't many eateries directly nearby, there are two convenience stores within easy reach. Do keep in mind that local supermarkets tend to close around 7 PM, so plan accordingly for groceries.
We found the area to be quite pleasant for getting around, with not many cars on the road. This makes it particularly fun to explore the town by bicycle, and there are several bicycle rental stores available if you're keen to pedal around.

리리뷰어This is a little gem in Biei. It gave me cute little cozy wooden hut in the snow kind of vibe. Iooking out from the dining area and our room, the view was fantastic and breathtaking. Few things to highlight
1. Affordable cost.
2. Quite and peaceful space where you can sink in and enjoy at your own pace
3. Beautiful snowy farm view
4. Clean and spacious room
5. Polite and thoughtful staffs who can communicate in Mandarin is a plus point
6. Complimentary breakfast made by the chef was yummy. Thanks to the chef who also specially prepared a vegan set meal for my mother
7. Coffee beans, coffee grinder and tools for drip coffee making is prepared in the room for guests
8. Spacious parking space
However, for old people who are weak and unfit to carry heavy luggages up and down the stairs might suffer a little as the hotel doesn't have a lift access to the bedrooms on the second floor..
The hotel bed is not as comfortable as other hotels in Japan.
Overall, I love my stay in this hotel and would be glad to revisit this place.

리리뷰어방은 편안했어요. 뷔페는 괜찮았지만, 식당 위치 안내가 명확하지 않았어요. 리셉션 직원 중 한 명에게 물어봤는데, 그 직원은 중국인을 싫어하는 것 같았고, 저희에게 매우 무례하게 대했어요. 그는 약간 통통했고 안경을 쓰고 있었습니다.

QQingliu가장 아쉬웠던 점은 객실이 위치한 층이 담배 냄새로 가득 차 있었고, 우리는 금연실을 예약했습니다. 그래서 저는 즉시 프런트에 연락하여 층과 객실을 바꿔달라고 요청했습니다. 프런트 데스크에서는 사과를 하고 즉시 변경해 주었습니다. 서비스가 빠르네요.
하지만 호텔 레스토랑 음식은 맛있어요! 저녁 식사로는 구리판 바베큐, 작은 냄비 요리, 밥을 즐기실 수 있습니다. 다른 바 음식도 놀랍고 인상적입니다. 저는 임신 중이어서 메스꺼움이 심했는데, 그곳에서 먹은 식사는 제가 여행 내내 먹은 식사 중 가장 배부르게 먹은 식사였습니다!
다음에는 맛있는 식사를 하러 다시 갈 것 같아요, 하하하.
근처 케이블카를 타고 산에 올라갔는데, 5월 중순인데도 아직 눈이 남아 있는 게 정말 놀라웠어요!

KKobe FukaeThe hotel description did not capture the situation enough. I was confused due to lack of room pictures. They also posted several listing for different rooms under different hotel name section. But this room is perfect for us. The location is a bit far (if you are not used to walking) from the station but it is only around 7-9 minutes walking. The surrounding area is a quiet neighborhood. The building is new and very clean. It was also warm inside even when the weather forecast said -14 celcius outside. The japanese food they served was also very good. They provided free coffee/tea and water in common area. They also let us lent their microwave. The bathroom is only one but very clean and comfy. The room has its own mini fridge, ac, and tv. If you are wondering where to stay in Biei, I definitely recommend this place.
