The staff are great. Really good service. Rooms are showing a bit of age… but they are clean. Comfortable. It’s good for RAJKOT. Food is good in the restaurant. Although RAJKOT food is pure vegetarian. And fried. Cooked. Curried and oily. There is an awesome pizza place near the hotel called LIETO ( Artisan pizza and more ) it’s the best in all of RAJKOT. Great location but ask for a room that is NOT facing the street as the road noise and honking is unbearable

Rooms - good, clean and smartly made. Good sofa and the table. Perfect for corporates and even for families, singles and couples. They don’t have a kitchen, the complimentary breakfast they offer comes from outside at 8 am. Breakfast : basic tea + veg poha, parantha etc etc (no omlette ) service : was very prompt and helpful, zomato was the option, they don’t ask you to come down, that’s rare. They have delivered again n again at the room without asking or requesting. The reception management had a very noticeable humble, polite behaviour. Rate wise : value for money recommended for sure

Staff is so supportive food was owsome stay cool and clam to clean and room service so good overall its look like 7 star property service with treatment like family

As a business traveller, i expected clean room / mattresses & nice location. In all parameters hotel city inn excellent. Strongly recommending all to stay.

Room was good. Improvements required - 1. No dining available. 2. There was no extension phone available in room, no proper staff to attend issues. 3. Hand towels (Napkins) not provided. 4. No tissue paper in room and no toilet paper in toilet. 5. TV connection not available, staff not aware about how to solve this. 6. Found cockroach on bed. 7. Breakfast have no quality and is served in room as dining not available. As per feedback by them, hotel is just renewed so there are some issues.
