JJayanta BaruaWe are from Assam and visited Prayagraj to attend the Maha Kumbha Mela.We booked Hotel Shree Kanha Residency from 9th January to 13th January,2025.We were given the number of CMD Shri Shashwat and he pleasantly gave us the location and guided us and also arranged for Manager Shri Nikhil Pandey to contact us.Shri Pandey arranged transportation from Railway Station to hotel late at night.
Arriving at the hotel we found our room very spacious and comfortable.All arrangements were available and working. The bed sheets, bathrooms and other facilities were near and clean.The hotel staff were very courteous and helpful. I must also mention Manager Shri Ajay Singh who delivered all requests promptly. Another Manager Shri Abhishek ji also gave us good local knowledge about the Kumbha Mela and other important details.
The hotel also has a superb restaurant Zimana where you can get varieties of delicious vegetarian dishes. All in all it is a fantastic hotel, situated very near Railway Station,in a quiet locality. I recommend anyone visiting Prayagraj to contact the hotel and stay there.Wish the Hotel all the best and may they maintain the high standards.

리리뷰어Located in posh neighborhoods. Staff is courteous and friendly. Came for mahakumbh and we were guided nicely. We had a great time at the mehfil with live music with vikrant singh, great singer with amazing talent !

리리뷰어Location is good, wifi not provided, and it was mentioned on mmt that checkout time is before 12. 00 pm (so according to this i can checkout at 11. 45 or 11. 50) but these people asked me to checkout at 11. 00. My flight was at 3. 00 pm so i was sitting in reception area for 1 hour approx, that's not correct. Rooms are ok, not very spacious.

리리뷰어We had a bad experience in hotel castillo. I became sick at castillo hotel, but they didn't care for me, that too at my cost. I vehemently condemn the service and behaviour of the staff. We are extremely dissatisfied of the service of the staff towards a customer who fell sick at your hotel castillo varanasi. We netted out indifferent attitude of the staff. It's in-humanitarian attitude of the staff at hotel castillo, varanasi.

리리뷰어It was a good stay at hotel vashitha. Staff was very good and helpful. There is proper cleanliness of rooms and all the accessories they have provided. Only the thing lacking was that at the time trip there staff that prepares food was not present, so you have depend on zomato or sweegy for this. Rest its okay very near to railway station.

리리뷰어Location though was easy bang opposite Hotel needs to correct that. Very misleading info. The hotel reception staff that day was awful. Though rooms are average but it seems property is quite old. Room wall papers are peeling. Staff talks in loud voice in the corridor outside which disturbs the ppl inside the rooms. The room otherwise would have merited not more than 2000 on other than Kumbh days. Food was average and averagely priced too. Beds were clean and bathroom too was average clean. One can say that was the only saving grace.
