And for those days when the sand gets a little too much, there’s a rooftop pool! 🏊♂️ After a long day of exploring, cooling off up there is a treat. The staff? Super friendly! 😊 They even helped arrange our transport to Gili T, making the whole experience stress-free. If you want a convenient, comfortable place to stay in Senggigi, this one’s worth checking out! ✅

I have stayed a few days in a few of the places in lombok as well as Senggigi. Look no further, just boook this place. It's the best choice! Services was too notched. Some other resorts or villas that's we've stayed around the area was not as good as Jeeva santai even though some priced higher than Jeeva. Breakfast was superb. Although it's ala carte, u can keep refill till you're full enough. Try their fried rice! Room was spacious and love their roomy bathroom! Will definitely come back again!

3일 2박 동안 머물렀는데, 전망이 정말 아름다웠습니다. 체크인 절차는 순조로웠고, 프런트 데스크 서비스는 친절하고 유익한 정보를 제공했으며, 아침 식사를 제공하는 레스토랑은 단 하나뿐이었습니다. 레스토랑 직원, 특히 여성 직원들은 현지인과 외국인 손님을 매우 다르게 대하지만, 지금까지의 경험은 괜찮습니다. 제가 개선해야 한다고 생각하는 건 레스토랑의 서비스뿐입니다. 초대를 받고 아침 식사 테이블에 앉았는데 그 후에 다른 손님들이 남긴 음식을 확인하고 치우는 걸 잊어버려서 전화해서 물어봐야 했어요. 외국인 손님들과 그냥 서서 수다를 떨고 있는 직원들이 몇 명 있었는데도요 😄.

높은 가성비, 총 5개의 객실과 아름다운 수영장을 갖춘 작은 부티크 호텔은 상상하기 어렵습니다. 수영장 파티를 위해 정말 싸고 싶습니다. 객실은 잘 지어져 있습니다. 기반 시설이든 에어컨 목욕이든 아침 식사는 맛있고 푸짐합니다. 다음에는 친구들과 가서 프라이빗 파티로 마무리해야겠어요. 사장님의 도움과 조언 감사합니다 이번에는 급하게 서두르게 되었어요 다음에 또 오세요

완벽한 경험이었어요. 선셋 스위트룸 뷰가 정말 멋지고, 객실 시설도 훌륭하며, 인테리어 디자인 감각이 매우 뛰어납니다. 리조트 직원들도 매우 친절하고 소통하기를 즐기며 서비스가 정말 좋았습니다. 레스토랑 조식은 단품 주문 방식이고, 각자 메인 요리 하나씩에 과일, 차, 음료가 나옵니다. 어린이 조식은 50% 할인되어 다른 호텔보다 훨씬 저렴했습니다. 그리고 가장 중요한 것은, 이곳에서 지낸 며칠 동안 인도네시아를 여러 번 여행하면서 먹어본 음식 중에 가장 맛있었다는 점입니다. 조식이든 메인 식사든 셰프의 요리가 정말 정성스럽고 아름다웠습니다. 호텔 해변에서는 서핑을 할 수 있고, 1대1 강습은 시간당 350K입니다. 스노클링도 가능하며, 안쪽으로 조금만 들어가면 거대한 산호초 지대가 있는데, 그 안에 온갖 열대어와 게 등이 있어서 정말 아름답습니다. 호텔은 크지 않고 객실 수도 많지 않아서 정말 조용합니다. 다음에 롬복에 온다면 이곳이 저의 유일한 선택이 될 것입니다.

생각보다 조용히 가족 휴양하기 좋은 위치와 시설, 서비스였습니다. 조식도 깔끔하였고 룸서비스 음식도 가성비 좋게 맛있게 먹었습니다. 프라이빗 비치에서 거북이 방생 프로그램은 아이와 함께 좋은 추억 만들기에 큰 도움이 되었고, 저녁 석양과 바다를 보면서 해변에서 저녁식사를 할 수 있어 감사했습니다. 덤으로 조식때 수준급 피아노 연주를 들으면서 식사할 수 있어 더욱 좋은 기억으로 잘 쉬다 왔습니다. 롬복 여행시에 가족 호텔로 추천드립니다.

Sengigi 근처의 사랑스럽고 아늑하며 깨끗한 호텔입니다. 친절하고 정중 한 직원. 3일 동안 호텔을 예약했는데 숙박을 연장하기로 결정했습니다. 호텔에는 자체 검은 모래 해변이 있습니다. 바다가 내려다보이는 아름다운 수영장. 호텔 지역은 깨끗하고 녹색입니다. 호텔 내부는 인도네시아 스타일로 꾸며져 있습니다. 객실은 매우 깨끗하고 넓습니다. 해변에 있는 레스토랑에서 맛있는 음식을 맛보세요. 호텔 선택에 매우 만족합니다. 나는 꼭 다시 여기로 돌아올 것이다.

The hotel is in good location. The staff is the kindest in all Indonesia , they are so helpful and polite! 10/10. Unfortunately we were transferred to another room where the door was not closing properly so we got a huge COCKROACH in our room. Then in the night my husband got bitten by some animals in the bed and he got full red points on his arms, legs, chest and back… probably bed bugs or something else…. The walls had some mold. The shower head holder in the bathroom almost fell on my head cause it was not fixed on the wall…. (Around 1kg) This made our stay a bad experience. The ants that are coming to the hotels are also very annoying. However, the breakfast was excellent, really delicious and good quality! We met the owner who was really kind and he gave us a small compensation for their restaurant.

Saya memesan kamar untuk teman saya dan resepsionisnya kenal dgn saya dan dia mengadu ke kluarga sya bahwa sya memesan kamar untuk diri sya dgn org. Privasi pelanggan itu yg paling utama dan itu yg harus dijaga oleh pihak hotel bukan malah menceritakan kesana kesini .

Mixed feelings The room I initially booked (paid extra for AC and hot water) was just dirty and I could not control the AC bc remote wasn’t working so it was always on I could clearly see that no one had cleaned it (see first three pictures) and tbh bathroom felt unsafe with electric cables next to shower I asked to change and they tried to give to charge me extra for another room - I told them either I have what I paid for (AC and clean bedsheets) either it’s ok they pay me back and I leave The staff said I’d need to talk to the manager and when I said ok bring me the manager they never got them and offered me third room without paying extra (feels dishonest that they didn’t show me this one first) Bedsheets were okayish (so many weird stains, see pictures) but this one had no hot water - and they clearly said that I got downgraded. They wanted me to pay extra for the upgrade but do you think they paid me back the difference for the downgrade? Of course not (feels dishonest to charge extra for things you paid for initially but no pay back when you provide less than was paid for) I don’t know how much a hotel like this needs a pool (which was really nice by the way) when they’re so close to the beach. Maybe they should put the pool budget into clean rooms and hot water lol
