I have stayed a few days in a few of the places in lombok as well as Senggigi. Look no further, just boook this place. It's the best choice! Services was too notched. Some other resorts or villas that's we've stayed around the area was not as good as Jeeva santai even though some priced higher than Jeeva. Breakfast was superb. Although it's ala carte, u can keep refill till you're full enough. Try their fried rice! Room was spacious and love their roomy bathroom! Will definitely come back again!

And for those days when the sand gets a little too much, there’s a rooftop pool! 🏊♂️ After a long day of exploring, cooling off up there is a treat. The staff? Super friendly! 😊 They even helped arrange our transport to Gili T, making the whole experience stress-free. If you want a convenient, comfortable place to stay in Senggigi, this one’s worth checking out! ✅

정말 좋아요. 객실 배치도 좋습니다. 호텔이 산 위에 있어서 날씨가 매우 시원하고 바람이 강해요. 모기가 전혀 없습니다. 전망도 매우 좋습니다. 수영장이 조금 작습니다. 하지만 발리의 호텔과 비교하면 가격 대비 성능비가 매우 높다고 생각합니다. 서비스도 매우 좋습니다. 호텔에서 수상 활동과 보트 티켓을 예약하는 데 도움을 주었습니다. 호텔 근처까지 셔틀버스가 운행됩니다. 훌륭해요. 다시 올 기회가 있었으면 좋겠습니다.

매우 저렴한 호텔, 좋은 위치, 성지의 핵심 위치, 좋은 서비스, 깨끗하고 위생적이며 비싼 객실 유형에 살았고 저렴한 객실 유형에 살았습니다. 유일하게 주목할만한 것은 인도네시아 무슬림이 많기 때문에 매일 아침 일찍 라디오 기도가 있기 때문에 수면을 방해합니다. 그러나이 문제는 거의 모든 롬복 호텔에있을 것입니다.

전반적인 평가: 괜찮은 호텔입니다. 장점: 호텔은 크지 않지만, 내부 정원 환경과 객실 배치가 세련되고 아름답습니다. 호텔 문 앞에 해변이 있어 서핑이나 스노클링을 즐기기 편리하며, 모래는 곱습니다 (하지만 짙은 회색이라 슬리퍼를 신고 객실로 돌아오면 더러워질 수 있습니다). 직원들은 친절하고 미소를 띠며, 일몰을 보기에 좋은 해변 의자가 있습니다. 외국인 투숙객이 많지만 비교적 조용합니다. 주변은 모두 호텔이며, 걸어서 갈 수 있는 길거리 식당은 많지 않습니다. 호텔 조식은 훌륭하며, 세트 메뉴가 풍성합니다. 옆에 있는 Quinci 호텔도 둘러봤는데, Quinci 호텔이 더 크고 (두 배 정도?) 현대적인 느낌이 강했습니다. 수다말라 호텔은 발리 스타일입니다. 개선할 점: 객실 문 앞에 스프링클러를 설치하여 발이나 신발을 씻기 편리하게 해주면 좋을 것 같습니다. 그렇지 않으면 검은 모래가 객실을 쉽게 더럽힐 수 있습니다. 샤워기에서 나오는 물줄기가 조금 따가워서 교체해야 할 것 같습니다. 체크인 절차가 좀 느렸습니다. 2시에 입실이 안 돼서 30분 정도 기다렸습니다. 셍기기의 호텔은 많지만, 이 지역에는 식당이나 상점이 집중되어 있지 않아서 이 지역에 숙박할 필요는 없을 것 같습니다. 서해안 지역은 대부분 비슷하며, 주로 호텔 내부를 선택하는 것이 좋습니다. 개인 평점: 4.5점

메루마타에서 열리는 달리기 행사 때문에 롬복에 왔어요. 하지만 쉐라톤을 더 선호하는 이유는 쉐라톤을 신뢰하고, 달리기 행사장과 가장 가까웠기 때문이에요. 객실은 만족스러웠고, 직원들은 모두 친절하고 도움을 많이 주셨어요. 아침 식사 메뉴도 괜찮았어요. 아침 식사 중에 메뉴 선택을 포기하게 된 유일한 이유는 냄비 뚜껑이 너무 무겁고 뜨거워서 열 수 없었기 때문이에요. 왜 식당에서 이 냄비를 선택했는지 궁금하네요. 냄비가 다루기 불편하고 무거워서 떨어지거나 깨질 위험이 있었어요. 수영장도 좋았고, 수영장과 연결된 해변도 깨끗하고 좋았어요.

The hotel is in good location. The staff is the kindest in all Indonesia , they are so helpful and polite! 10/10. Unfortunately we were transferred to another room where the door was not closing properly so we got a huge COCKROACH in our room. Then in the night my husband got bitten by some animals in the bed and he got full red points on his arms, legs, chest and back… probably bed bugs or something else…. The walls had some mold. The shower head holder in the bathroom almost fell on my head cause it was not fixed on the wall…. (Around 1kg) This made our stay a bad experience. The ants that are coming to the hotels are also very annoying. However, the breakfast was excellent, really delicious and good quality! We met the owner who was really kind and he gave us a small compensation for their restaurant.

Sengigi 근처의 사랑스럽고 아늑하며 깨끗한 호텔입니다. 친절하고 정중 한 직원. 3일 동안 호텔을 예약했는데 숙박을 연장하기로 결정했습니다. 호텔에는 자체 검은 모래 해변이 있습니다. 바다가 내려다보이는 아름다운 수영장. 호텔 지역은 깨끗하고 녹색입니다. 호텔 내부는 인도네시아 스타일로 꾸며져 있습니다. 객실은 매우 깨끗하고 넓습니다. 해변에 있는 레스토랑에서 맛있는 음식을 맛보세요. 호텔 선택에 매우 만족합니다. 나는 꼭 다시 여기로 돌아올 것이다.

Saya memesan kamar untuk teman saya dan resepsionisnya kenal dgn saya dan dia mengadu ke kluarga sya bahwa sya memesan kamar untuk diri sya dgn org. Privasi pelanggan itu yg paling utama dan itu yg harus dijaga oleh pihak hotel bukan malah menceritakan kesana kesini .

Mixed feelings The room I initially booked (paid extra for AC and hot water) was just dirty and I could not control the AC bc remote wasn’t working so it was always on I could clearly see that no one had cleaned it (see first three pictures) and tbh bathroom felt unsafe with electric cables next to shower I asked to change and they tried to give to charge me extra for another room - I told them either I have what I paid for (AC and clean bedsheets) either it’s ok they pay me back and I leave The staff said I’d need to talk to the manager and when I said ok bring me the manager they never got them and offered me third room without paying extra (feels dishonest that they didn’t show me this one first) Bedsheets were okayish (so many weird stains, see pictures) but this one had no hot water - and they clearly said that I got downgraded. They wanted me to pay extra for the upgrade but do you think they paid me back the difference for the downgrade? Of course not (feels dishonest to charge extra for things you paid for initially but no pay back when you provide less than was paid for) I don’t know how much a hotel like this needs a pool (which was really nice by the way) when they’re so close to the beach. Maybe they should put the pool budget into clean rooms and hot water lol
