호텔의 의사 소통은 신속하거나 효과적이지 않습니다. 또한 호텔에서 예약을 확인한 후 호텔 주소를 새 주소로 변경했습니다. 호텔 해변에서 거리는 5 분에서 12 분으로 바뀌었고 24-hour 리셉션의 약속은 리셉션이 아닌 것으로 변경되었습니다. 체크인 후 액세스 코드가 즉시 보내지지 않았지만 Trip이 호텔에 연락 한 후 호텔에서만 받았습니다. 아파트는 개방형 주방으로 새롭게 단장되었습니다. 욕실에는 4-day 숙박을위한 각 사람에게는 수건이 하나뿐입니다. 추가 수건 비용은 €10입니다. 수압은 강하고 빠른 뜨거운 물입니다. 주방에는 필요한 모든 것이 있지만 식기는 보이지 않습니다. 주전자는 있지만 커피 메이커는 없습니다. 거실과 침실에는 창문이 있지만 우리는 거리의 사람들과 같은 수준입니다. 우리는 창문을 열고 사적이고 편안하지 않거나 창문을 열고 그늘 커튼을 닫아도 느끼지 않습니다. 세탁 및 건조기는 옥상에서 다른 여행자와 공유됩니다. 청소 기능은 좋지만 건조가 잘 작동하지 않습니다. 옷걸이는 청소부가 나에게 보여주고 마지막 날에만 발견되었습니다. 호텔은 내가 데이터 시뮬레이션에만 있고 전화를 걸 수 없는 동안 전화를 걸라고 요청하는 것보다 내가 그들에게 요청한 첫날에 말해야 합니다. 세탁 공이 제공됩니다. 해변 우산도 우리가 체크 아웃하는 날까지 볼 수없는 로비에 보관됩니다. 나는 그것이 모든 것을 가지고 있다고 말하고 싶지만 호텔의 의사 소통 기술은 개선 할 여지가 있습니다.

What a fantastic place - we'll be back! We stayed for one night in a superior room with breathtaking views over the reservoir, it was super-clean and actually inside the castle itself. The bed was incredibly comfortable with aircon in every room, although there was a beautiful cool breeze flowing through the large picture window. We had a salon, with a TV but, oddly, just one armchair, a mezzanine floor with a couch and nothing else at all - also odd and a separate bedroom, I had to ask at reception for another chair to be brought in, as only one of us could sit down to admire the view and have a drink, but that was done immediately, without any fuss or delay. The two staff members were extremely courteous and helpful, really nice guys for whom nothing was too much trouble, the barman was also the waiter at the restaurant, located 30m out of the entrance in another building, but very close. Breakfast was served on-site and was very decent, only hot selection was a very good Spanish omelette (tortilla de patatas) and some pleasant mini cocktail sausages, the rest was fresh hams, bread, butter, toast, spreads & jams, cereals, yoghurts plus a lot of very fresh fruit - with the usual coffee and fresh orange juice,, so very good all-in-all. The downsides: 1. There is little or no Wifi coverage in the room (our one at least), plus almost zero cellphone coverage in the rooms; 2. The parking is down the steep hill that leads up to the castle, so a hard trip with luggage up to the reception. 3. The El Ajibe restaurant, which is part of the Hotel, even though it's just along the lane was extremely average to poor, I couldn't really eat what I ordered as it was burnt and very dry, but there are other places to eat in the village; Other than these inconveniences, I would highly recommend this spectacular hotel, maybe not the restaurant, but the castle itself is beautiful with much of the original features being built into the modern feel of the place, overall, it was an awesome stay and we will be back again, without a doubt!

I needed a hotel for a night in Cádiz before I went to the port to catch the ferry to The Canary Islands , the hotel is right on the beach and close to bars, restaurants and shops , friendly staff on reception and a lovely clean and modern room with private balcony , its advertised as a spa but there is no pool. I didn’t use any facilities other than my room but there is also a restaurant and rooftop bar . Only thing I didn’t like was my room was at the end of a floor with a staff access elevator and the cleaners kept bringing stuff up and constantly making noise all evening till about 10:30pm , why they do it when people are trying to relax and sleep is beyond me , it ruins your stay , it wouldn’t of been an issue but I needed to get up at 6am to checkout for a walk to the ferry port , so don’t expect much sleep in this hotel as the doors are noisy and people are constantly banging and shutting them , also the walls are very thin I could hear someone snoring in the next room to mine, Overall tho a good stay 👍🏼

My friends and I really loved our stay in a 4 person tent, comfy double beds, a fridge & cute table to sit outside at. We were positioned at the end of a big row of tents so it was perfect, the tent was cool enough with the fan and also not as many bugs as expected but some ants in the tent but impossible not to have bugs outside camping!! The pool was nice but very crowded of course, would be good to open earlier than 12, breakfast at the onsite restaurant was good and cheap. They could do a delivery service and charge to the tent I think people would love it.

One main flaw: The roof was leaking after the storm, needed to apply for a refund on our 3rd night because we couldn’t stay there any longer. Other than that, staff were very polite and lovely, the hotel was kept clean mostly had amenities and could ask reception for more if needed I think. Location is good, few mins from local shops and the staff spoke some English which made it easier. Family have stayed here previously several times so it’s a nice hotel overall. Unfortunately due to the storm though, our roof leaked water all night and day, I had to resort to cups and bottles to collect the leaks and the floor was soaked. This is why we had to leave, as well as poor weather conditions in the city. I’ve written an email, hopefully we can be refunded for the night, the staff were kind enough to help us book a taxi to get to Malaga airport.

아빠는 이 호텔에 머무르는 것을 좋아합니다. 불행히도, 우리는 지브롤터를 방문하기 위해 2 박 동안 만 머물 렀습니다. 우리는 접수 원의 환영을 느꼈고 체크인은 원활했습니다. 우리가 머물렀던 방은 인터넷에서 본 것만큼 넓습니다. 호텔은 123년이 넘었기 때문에 호텔과 오래된 가구에서 알 수 있습니다. 에어컨이 약하고 밤에 땀을 흘렸기 때문에 보수가 필요하다고 생각합니다. 그리고 제 친구의 방은 냉장고처럼 차갑기 때문에 일부 방에서만 일어날 수 있다고 생각합니다. 이 문제는 쉽게 해결해야 하지만 우리는 다른 도시에서 돌아와서 너무 지쳐서 다시 다른 곳으로 옮기고 싶지 않고 그것을 견디기로 결정했습니다. 수압에는 문제가 없으며 즉각적인 온수가 있습니다. 이불과 침구는 깨끗하고 새롭습니다. 뷔페 아침 식사는 다양성과 품질이 훌륭했습니다. 우리는 동료로 새를 즐기며 밖에서 아침을 먹는 것을 좋아합니다. 수영장은 안전한 경비원이있는 좋은 크기입니다. 가격이 완전히 가치가 있기 때문에 다시오고 싶습니다. 호텔은 우리에게 택시를 불렀고 우리를 위해 거기에 도착하는 데 2 분 밖에 걸리지 않았습니다. 우리는 효율성에 만족합니다. 또한 우리는 여기에서 사람들을 만나는 것을 좋아합니다. 그들은 모두 매우 친절하고 호텔에서 친구를 사 것을 즐깁니다. 나는 여기에 머무르는 것이 내가 한 훌륭한 선택 중 하나라고 말할 것입니다.

Общее впечатление об отеле хорошее. Очень красивый вид из окна, вкусный и разнообразный завтрак. Удобные и широкие кровати в номере. Сыну понравилась дополнительная кровать. На территории есть большой бассейн. Минусы: в коридоре на стене увидела огромного таракана, и на ресепшен мы провели больше одного часа, чтобы заселится в номер (очень медленно, огромная очередь).

The hotel owner was super nice - he got my friend an iron and hair dryer on her request and even drove us to El Puerto de Santa Maria when we were waiting for the bus in the rain. The beds were comfy and the rooms were cleaned daily. That being said… the hotel is in a quiet, residential area and there are only a couple of grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance, toward the Valdelagrana beach. However, we were there in March, but I’m sure more is open during the summer months. It also gets quite cold in the rooms in March, so if you’re afraid of chilly room temperatures you might want to look for some place with central heating or space heaters on site. Also, transportation comes infrequently and shuts down early - like at 10, 11 pm - so allow some time and do some research when you’re ready to leave the area ot the hotel.

호텔과 기차역에서 가까운 쇼핑 센터인 La Bahia de San Fernando에 머무를 예정이라면 좋은 위치입니다. 아침 식사는 옵션 목록으로 정말 좋습니다. 객실은 보수가 필요합니다. 정말 오래된 편의 시설

Very clean and comfortable. Great location steps from the main squares with many dining options. No shared kitchen or refrigerator in room, but it’s very helpful that the room had a sink. Shared bathroom basic but clean, one shower and two toilets on the floor, but never had to wait.
