리리뷰어훌륭한 호텔과 직원. 놀라운 예술 작품과 장식으로 새로운 브랜드. 전망과 분위기는 단순히 아름답습니다. 내가 알고있는 유일한 문제는 내가 호텔에 마지막으로 운전 한 1/2은 말 그대로 약간의 거친 포장되지 않은 도로를 통해 움직이는 질병에 시달릴 수 있습니다. 내가 말한 것 외에도 카르타헤나에 있다면 휴식을 취하고 자연과 함께 방문해야합니다.

SShijielvxiangjiaEricCasa Santa Clara：雅高旗下的索菲特傳奇。也是城裡三家奢牌和當中規模最大的。圖中是花園，也是住進來歷史遺跡裏，可以在葱鬱的熱帶植物掩映，和斑駁的立柱古牆邊吃早餐，很妙！我這次也很感謝網友的推薦，也是雅高會員，所以就選了它。服務是預想的熱情老練，而且它是我第一家遇到的歡迎禮品送—一大袋哥倫比亞咖啡粉的酒店！感覺很用心！另外，好多人在卡塔赫納結婚呀，在這家也遇到盛裝出席的家族 見最後一張圖 哈哈哈

Están en obra,.por lo que se debe desplazar más de 500mts para tener acceso a una. Los precios de los productos de minibar altísimos. Lo califico en general con 4.5/5

CCHILLING$멋진 호텔과 객실은 바다 전망의 발코니가있는 거대합니다! 이 호텔에는 전용 해변이 없으므로 누구나 호텔 앞 해변에서 수영을 할 수 있습니다. 앞 해변에 가서 좌석과 우산을 얻으려면 COL PESO 30.000을 지불해야합니다! 해변 앞에는 5분마다 누군가가 당신을 귀찮게 할 음식 판매자 음료 판매자가 많이 있습니다. 유일한 문제였습니다! 나머지 호텔은 훌륭하고 특히 수영장은 훌륭했습니다! 아침 식사는 충분합니다! 가족과 친구 그룹에 좋습니다!

리리뷰어전체적으로 탄탄한데 약간 뼈가 뭉툭합니다.
객실에는 슬리퍼, 가운, 물이 없습니다. TV 리모콘 2개와 빈 바 냉장고만 있는 것 같은 느낌이 들었습니다. 욕실용품도 기본입니다.
위치는 공항과 장소 이동에 편리하지만 호텔 자체 주변에는 많지 않습니다.
아침 식사는 맛이 좋았지만 현장은 정신없었습니다. 물건은 계속 부족했고, 오믈렛 줄은 느렸고, 테이블은 대부분 깨끗하지 않았고 수저도 없었습니다.
듣기에는 별로일 수도 있지만 꽤 만족스러웠습니다.

리리뷰어قمت بحجز غرفه لمدة عشر ايام بخيار عدم الغاء وعند اكمال نصف المدة حاولت الغاء الحجز ول يكن هناك تجاوب من ادارة الفندق وهو من ابسط حقوقهم كنت اتمنى لو كان هناك بعض المرونة في التعامل
الفندق جميل والغرفة واسعه ويوجد احتمالة كبيرة في حال زياره المدينة مرة اخرى ساقوم بالحجز فيه مجددا ولكن مع خيار الغاء او تعديل الحجز
وجبة الافطار متنوعه ولذيذة والفندق مريح ومكانه كان ممتاز

익익명 사용자The experience was a mix of both positive experiences and areas of opportunity, in the positive aspects the service provided by the staff was great, kudos to the restaurant staff as they were very welcoming and friendly with us. Reception, a couple of things to mention: We had a delay on our check-in due to the room having some issues related to the door, we were requested to wait for 15 minutes after the 15:00 check-in, and we did, after this time I had to reach back to the reception to check if the room was ready, still, had to wait for another 15 minutes. It was a total of 30 minutes out of schedule from the initial check-in due hotel's fault, we arrived with more than an hour of anticipation. There was nothing but an apology, not even a slight interest in offering compensation for the wait time, which could have been a plus in the customer service experience. On the other hand. we had several technical issues entering our room, as everytime we where off the room for a while the card wouldn't work, this was a consistent inconvenience in every single day, at the point that at our last 2 days staying at the hotel we directly reached reception to get the card fixed as we were already tired from previous days to reach the 5th floor for our room and then having to go down to reception to report the issue with the card, reach 5th floor again and AGAIN visit reception because the card wouldn't work, this could have been activelly addressed with either a room change or a technical review, however, it surprised us that instead of the receptionist offering at least an apologize we were told it was because WE used the card on another electreonic device, which never happened, another thing to point out was that at their main elevator someone popped a pimple at the elevator's mirror, and that disgusting pimple stayed there for more than 4 days, which indicates that the facility cleaning is not optimal, following this though at our room the blackout was stained at a corner, and even with having staff cleaning the room that stain remained from day 1 untill we left, probably someone spilled a drink at the balcony and it dropped at the blackout. Positive things: Restaurant service and overall attitude from the staff, ubication was good, close to the beach and with a nice view. AOO: A more customer-oriented thinking, at least showing interest in going the extra mile with their customers, cleaning.

리리뷰어Would not recommend depending on what you are looking for during your trip. The hotel is old, eveything is dated. The pool is filthy. That said, the staff is great. So you won't want to spend more time than necessary there but it is well located. The beach is across the street and there are plenty of restaurants. It's a busy area.
