서비스: 프런트 데스크 서비스는 사려 깊고 손님의 요구를 충족하기 위해 최선을 다합니다. 그들은 무료로 객실 유형을 업그레이드했고 아침 식사도 제공했습니다. 룸서비스는 좋았고, 물품 보충은 무료였습니다. 물품을 배달하러 온 이모는 우리에게 더블 포션까지 가져다 주었습니다. 또한, 로봇이 집까지 음식을 배달해 주는데 매우 편리합니다. 환경: 위치가 매우 좋고, 지하철역 바로 옆에 있으며, 택시를 타기에도 매우 편리합니다. 제가 그곳에 머물렀던 날은 새해 첫날이었고 하늘 전체에 불꽃놀이가 펼쳐지는 것을 볼 수 있었습니다. (사진 첨부) 시설: 2004년 신규 오픈하여 모든 시설이 새것입니다.

Stayed in the hotel in September 2025 for four nights. Room was modern and had an open concept design. Hot water and WiFi worked well, and cleaning was done very well. Buffet had good spread of mainly Shanxi local delicacies. I must especially praise the restaurant service staff, especially 杨杨, for being so accommodating, friendly, and personable. On my first day with breakfast, 杨杨, personally explained the different food options to me and made sure all of my needs were cared for. She was exceptionally bubbly and approachable, and was not only the highlight of the hotel, but gave me one of the best services of any accommodation across the world. Regarding location, the hotel was located around 10-15 minutes by taxi from the main high-speed rail station. The only critique I would note is that the air-conditioning in the room was somewhat weak. Overall, the hotel offered good value for money and excellent service, and I am happy to stay again.

환경: 이번 산시 여행에서 가장 편안하게 머물렀던 호텔이라고 할 수 있어요. 원래는 하룻밤만 묵으려고 했는데, 하루 더 연장해서 묵었어요. 호텔 환경이 정말 좋고, 로비는 밝고 공기는 신선하며, 층별 통로도 넓어요. 시설: 호텔은 개업한 지 몇 년 안 된 것 같아요. 모든 시설이 새것 같고, 방에는 정수기가 있어서 바로 마시고 데우기 편리해요. 유일한 작은 문제는 방 스위치에 쓰인 글자와 스위치 패널 색깔이 너무 비슷해서, 가까이서 잘 봐야 틀리지 않고 누를 수 있다는 점이에요. 위생: 방은 매우 깨끗했고, 소파에도 얼룩이 없었어요. 서비스: 호텔 서비스가 정말 훌륭해요. 프런트 데스크부터 객실 서비스까지 모두 완벽했고, 저녁에는 턴다운 서비스도 있었어요. 체크인할 때 무료로 방을 업그레이드해 주셔서 정말 행운이었어요~ 스타벅스 커피 쿠폰 두 장도 주셨는데, 체크아웃 전까지 언제든지 교환할 수 있어서 정말 세심하다고 느꼈어요. 매일 제공되는 환영 과일도 신선했고, 바나나가 정말 컸어요. 마지막으로 호텔 조식 뷔페에 대해 말하자면, 정말 풍성했어요. 두툼한 스테이크와 연어구이를 배불리 먹었어요😄 이 호텔은 투숙률이 높아서 조식 시간에 사람도 많고, 자리가 없거나 합석해야 하는 경우가 많았어요. 9시 이후에는 사람이 좀 적은 것 같아요. 정말 마음에 드는 호텔이라서, 나중에 타이위안에 오면 또 여기에 묵을 거예요😊

급하게 호텔을 예약했는데, 기대 이상이었어요. 이 가격에 넓은 방에 묵을 수 있었고, 객실 타입도 업그레이드해 주셨어요. 방은 넓고 높은 층에 있어서 정말 편안했어요. 음성 인식 기능도 있어서 정말 편리했어요. 체크아웃할 때 호텔 기념품도 주었는데, 마침 제가 필요했던 커피잔이 포함되어 있어서 정말 만족스러웠어요.

酒店環境非常好!房間乾淨整潔!衞生也很好，設施設備也好，阿姨都會主動來清潔房間衞生，還有電視也非常棒!還有免費的可樂雪碧可以喝礦泉水無限飲，住的太舒服都不想回去了不帶一點誇張，酒店工作人員也都非常的有耐心和責任滴，其次最讓我喜歡的是洗浴和廁所是分開的!誰懂啊完全不會因為洗完澡濕鞋濕馬桶!而且智能馬桶是加熱的，哈哈哈坐上去非常温暖，全智能化超級方便! 還有夜間智能美顏鏡燈光真的很戳我!而且酒店很方便出行，旁邊有很多飯館，酒店位置對於坐飛機下飛機的人非常友好離的機場特別滴近，還有免費接送機場和南站服務，總的來説真的物超所值!前台真的很熱情，下次絕對還會回來住的!

호텔은 시내 중심부에 위치하여 교통이 편리하고 모든 편의시설을 갖추고 있으며, 주변에 관광 명소가 많습니다. 객실은 따뜻하고 세심하게 꾸며져 있으며, 조식은 다양한 메뉴를 제공하고, 점심 뷔페는 가격 대비 훌륭합니다. 프런트 데스크의 저우 매니저는 뛰어난 서비스를 제공했을 뿐만 아니라 제가 잊어버린 개인 소지품을 찾는 데 적극적으로 도와주었습니다. 정말 만족스러웠습니다!

Everything is good Breakfast is good In the rooms that is cigarette smell through we booked for non-smoking room. Because it is the period of the time that the hotel don't send the cold air to the air conditioner . After we checked in and turned on air conditioner even low medium high for a few hours and it's still hot because rooms are on the side facing the sun in the afternoon. Eventually we called the hotel staff and knew that the air conditioner does not send cold air. The hotel staff is helpful to let us view many rooms on the other side of the building which is not as hot and stuffy, only small window in room can be opened but not outside air flow in. It is helpful to move to the other side and we can open the small window and help get some corners from outside though no wind. Fortunately , during the few days that we stayed, it was raining and the temperature is not as high as the last day or our stay when the temperature was rising and strong sunlight. Thank you very much to be so kind and understood us and helped us move to the cooler room.

호텔과 직원은 특히 정말 놀랍습니다. 장소와 위치를 좋아했지만 정말 특별하게 만든 것은 직원입니다. 나는 Taiyuan에서의 첫날에 지갑을 잃어버렸고 그것을 찾은 사람은 키 카드가 있었기 때문에 호텔을 불렀습니다. 호텔 직원이 지갑 반환을 조직했습니다. 그래서 예. 그것을 사랑.

I had a wonderful experience staying at the Grand Metropark Wanshi Hotel. The hotel offers great comfort at an affordable price, complete with a bathtub in the room. I playfully requested flower decorations on the bed, honeymoon-style—and to my surprise, the hotel fulfilled the request for free! My wife was ecstatic, and I was genuinely impressed by their willingness to go the extra mile. The breakfast and lunch were delicious, with halal food options available. The hotel is in a convenient location, with easy access to various destinations. There's even a Bank of China next door, perfect for foreign currency exchange or cash withdrawals. Across the hotel, you'll find Ming Supermarket, which offers snacks at very low prices—great for souvenirs. There are also plenty of halal food vendors, including a Muslim-run lamb skewer stall and other street snacks, so you'll never go hungry. While the hotel staff's English skills are limited, communication was smooth using Google Translate. The front desk even taught me how to order food online using *******. A highlight of our stay was their delivery robot, which brought food from the lobby directly to our room. It was impressive and fun to experience! I highly recommend Grand Metropark Wanshi Hotel for travelers seeking a delightful, hassle-free stay in Taiyuan. Their warm service and thoughtful amenities made our trip unforgettable.
