I am the panda lover and my main reason to stay this hotel is because of its super fantastic location for me to visit Mianyang China Giant Panda Garden. It is super convenient for me to go there by just taking the panda base shuttle bus No. 1 within 5 minutes. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the hotel is great as well as the breakfast provided is delicious and variety of choice.

第一次來綿陽出差，也是第一次選的維也納酒店。酒店的設施、衞生、環境和服務都挺好的。房間空氣清新，很安靜，晚上睡得舒適，早上的自助早餐不錯，師傅做的粉絲值得一試，下次來還是選這個酒店了。

Celebrity Youngsun Hotel is a smaller sister hotel attached to the more premium Xinhua Hotel. Xinhua Hotel appears to be the main business while Celebrity Youngsun is the cheaper stay located in an inconvenient to access annexe building quite a walk away from the reception. Further, the annexe building itself has narrow stairs and corridors, no elevators provided (really troublesome if you have luggage) and the corridors and stairs are poorly lit and rather dark and a bit spooky for the faint of heart. Location thus gets a low score as the only plus point is that it is close to several bus stops and not too far from the Yuewang Tower. Amenities are decent and free breakfast is included in the stay with a decent spread provided. The hotel also has a rather popular restaurant, but as there was an event going on, did not have a chance to dine there.

I booked here last minute seeing that the hotel I originally arrived to didn’t meet what I was looking for. Stayed for 35 minutes before cancelling my stay and booking here. Within 10 minutes of booking and shortly after arriving, I found my whole new favorite hotel. Absolutely love it, will be coming back.

I had a great stay at this hotel and would recommend it. The room is designed with a lot of attention to detail. I really liked the easy controls for lights, curtains, and air conditioning. There are many charging ports, which is very convenient. The room also has good quality toiletries and excellent bathroom fixtures. I also enjoyed the tea and drip coffee in the room. The location in Mianyang is very convenient. A park, mall, restaurants, and a street with local food are all within walking distance. Overall, a very comfortable stay with a great location.

몐양의 노포 호텔이지만 외관이 전혀 낡지 않았습니다. 20년 전 몐양에서 대학을 다닐 때 이 호텔을 경험해보고 싶었는데, 이제야 소원을 이루었습니다. 위치는 기차역 맞은 편이고 완다 보행자 거리 뒤에 있습니다. 웨이터는 매우 친절합니다. 일부 객실은 약간 오래되었지만 매우 깨끗합니다. 아침 식사도 풍부하고 비용 효율적입니다!

방 크기도 적당하고 위생상태도 좋고, 근처에 먹거리 골목도 있어서 식사하기에도 매우 편리하고, 고속철도도 가까워요. 역에서 차로 몇 분밖에 안 걸리거든요.

We were slightly nervous about coming to this homestay as we’re backpackers with no transport, and we weren’t sure whether meals would be available during our stay. We needn’t have worried — the kitchen team were absolutely fantastic. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were all available, and every meal was superb. The chefs served up genuine Sichuan home cooking at its best. There’s also a small shop on-site where you can pick up snacks, beer and drinks. We loved our room, which had floor-to-ceiling glass across the front, looking straight out into the trees. It was comfortable, well fitted out, and a real pleasure to stay in. Finally, a special mention must go to the staff, who were absolutely wonderful and couldn’t do enough to help us — always service with a smile, and plenty of them! We pre-booked a Didi from Mianyang to take us to the Homestay which cost us about 150 Yuen.

이 호텔에 대해 먼저 말씀드리자면, 겉으로는 3성급이라고 홍보하지만 실제로는 2성급도 의문스러울 정도입니다. 이번에 묵었던 815호는 예전에 이 호텔에 묵은 적이 있어(사진 5 참조) 믿고 다시 선택했습니다. 처음에는 소위 '디(地)' 등급 방을 예약했는데, 방에 들어가니 너무 작고 답답해서 프런트에 연락해서 방을 바꿔달라고 요청했습니다. 예약했던 방을 취소하고 '천(天)' 등급 방을 다시 예약하겠다고 했더니, 프런트 직원이 제 예약 플랫폼을 확인하고 '천' 등급과 '디' 등급 가격이 똑같다고 하더군요. 그러면서 815호로 바꿔줬는데, 심지어 엘리베이터 옆방이라 정말 미칠 지경이었습니다. (미칠 지경이었던 이유는 밤에 잠을 자려고 모든 스위치를 껐는데도 화장실 천장의 환풍기가 계속 시끄럽게 돌아갔고, 침대에 누워 벽 하나를 사이에 두고도 그 소리가 들렸기 때문입니다!) 밤에는 욕조에서 목욕을 하려고 했는데, 5분 동안 뜨거운 물이 나오지 않았습니다. 프런트에 전화했더니 여직원이 10분 정도 더 틀어놓으라고 하더군요. 그래서 그녀의 말을 믿고 앞뒤로 거의 20분 동안 틀어놨지만 욕조에서는 뜨거운 물이 한 방울도 나오지 않았습니다! 게다가 방에 비치된 헤어드라이어도 고장 나서 다시 프런트에 전화해서 헤어드라이어를 가져다 달라고 했습니다(사진 3의 긴 선이 달린 흰색 헤어드라이어는 나중에 호텔에서 가져다준 것입니다). 결국 밤에는 샤워실에서 뜨거운 물로 대충 샤워를 해야만 했습니다! 화장실 천장 환풍기 소리 때문에(엘리베이터 근처라서 그런지는 모르겠지만) 밤새 한숨도 못 잤습니다. 아침에 일어나서 뜨거운 물로 샤워를 하려고 했더니 샤워실에서 뜨거운 물이 안 나오더군요. 10분 넘게 틀어놔도 여전히 뜨거운 물이 없었습니다. 조식도 너무 간단해서 더 이상 간단할 수 없을 정도였습니다. 그저 밥그릇에 담긴 죽(흰죽, 야채죽)과 접시에 담긴 '반찬', 그리고 볶음밥 조금이 전부였습니다. 종류도 너무 단조로웠습니다. 그런데 밥을 먹다가 호텔에 모기가 있다는 것을 발견했고, 제 손등에 '세 개의 큰 빨간 봉투'(모기 물린 자국, 사진 4 참조)를 선물해 주었습니다!
