리리뷰어에스플러네이드, 레스토랑, 상점, 나이트라이프와 가까운 좋은 위치에 있는 좋은 호텔입니다. 방은 넓고 침대는 4인 가족이 머물기에 충분히 컸습니다. 직원들은 친절하고 서비스 정신이 뛰어나며, 마지막 순간의 변경 사항도 도와주었습니다. 밖에서 먹을 수 있는 좋은 아침 식사. 유일한 단점은 수영장이 약간 작다는 것입니다.

리리뷰어아들은 수영장 때문에 그곳에 머무는 것을 좋아합니다. 안타깝게도 수영장은 닫혀 있었습니다. 그래서 대신 Garden Hilton에 가야 합니다.
우리는 이전 숙박 때 항상 프런트 데스크 직원들이 좋았습니다. 이번에도 예외 없이 그는 매우 훌륭했습니다. 하지만 그의 이름은 기억나지 않습니다.
우리는 예약과 함께 아침 식사를 지불했습니다. 하지만 우리가 레스토랑에 갔을 때 직원들이 우리 방 번호를 찾을 수 없었습니다. 우리는 프런트 데스크에 갔고, 그 여인은 우리가 아침 식사를 지불하지 않았다고 말했습니다. 결국, 나는 그녀에게 우리의 예약 세부 정보를 보여줘야 했습니다. 제 생각에는 호텔이 제대로 일했다면 이런 일은 피해야 할 것입니다.
전반적으로 우리는 우리의 숙박을 즐겼습니다.

리리뷰어The hotel is located walking distance to City Center and smith street mall. Even waterfront restaurants and bars are just 15 mins. walk apart. The taxi transfer airport to hotel takes less than 20 minutes.
Friendly reception staff arranged a change of our desired bed configuration upon notice. Rooms are basic but spacious.
Nice restaurant on premises available for lunch, dinner and its where you got the complementary breakfast.
Will stay here again definitely, when in town next time.

JJemannieNovotel Airport Darwin is a typical airport hotel. They run an on demand shuttle to & from the airport terminal which is very handy, and only a short distance away.
The rooms are simple, clean and functional. In room tea & coffee is provided, and there was fresh milk in the fridge.
I opted to include breakfast in my booking, which was very good. Lots of choices, including traditional cooked breakfast, lots of bread options (some gluten free), yogurt, fruit and pastries. If you're on the run they provide take away cups for hot beverages, which is a nice touch.
Overall I would happily stay here again.

리리뷰어훌륭한 위치. 편안한 침대가 있는 기본적인 객실. 아침 식사 옵션은 제한적이었습니다. 결국 Novotel의 ”풀 뷰” 카페(수영장은 건조함)를 알게 되었는데, 토스트만 먹고 싶어 하는 어린아이들이 있어서 Mercure의 뷔페 아침 식사는 싫었기 때문에 더 나은 아침 식사 옵션이 있었습니다. (5세 이상(손자는 6세)은 15달러라고 들었는데, 다른 사람들은 무료라고 들었다고 했습니다. 주차가 약간 문제가 있었습니다. 유료 투숙객은 객실당 최소 1대의 주차 공간이 할당되어야 하지만, 그렇지 않아서 길 건너편 ”오버플로” 구역에 주차하고 짐을 옮겨야 했습니다. 어디든 가려면 차나 차량이 꼭 필요합니다. 새로 생긴 수영장은 훌륭하지만, 더운 날에는 인조 잔디 위에 서 있지 마세요. 발이 데일 수 있습니다! 지역 주민이라면 ”테리토리안 요금”을 요청하는 것을 잊지 마세요. 운전면허증을 제시하면 할인을 받을 수 있습니다.

리리뷰어Poor communication with the shuttle service. They failed to communicate the shuttle service would be an unmarked car and did not provide the driver with my phone number. This resulted in a long wait at the airport around midnight, plus several phone calls.
The room we were given had hair in the bed and stained sheets. Thankfully, we were promptly given a new room, however, the person who gave me the new room key - passed the key to me and told me the room number and went to immediately leave. I had to ask him to show me the room and help move our bags. (I was travelling with my 8 year old child and by this time it was after 1am).
It was a very disappointing and frustrating experience.

VVana LobatoUpon first check in, the receptionist confirmed that we paid through Trip.com but after taking the bond payment he then straight away told us he hasn’t received any payment and asked us to show our proof of payments such as trip.com confirmation, bank transfer, & even statement of bank deduction. We showed confirmation, bank transfer, statements as he asked and then the receptionist refused and insisted we haven’t paid. He refused all the proofs and insisted us to make another payment with them. He refused us to talk to the supervisor because he said “they will say the same thing”. Unfortunately, we didn’t get his name, so we couldn’t specify who he was. Terrible services.
