리리뷰어우리는 멋진 킹 워터뷰를 보았습니다. 침대는 매우 편안했지만 욕실은 우리가 머물렀던 다른 힐튼 호텔에 비해 매우 작았습니다. 1박에 389달러로 싸지는 않았지만 아침 식사는 포함되었습니다. 우리는 아침 식사를 많이 하지 않기 때문에 아침 식사를 포함하지 않았고 1인당 30~40달러의 뷔페는 우리에게 가치가 없었습니다. 포함되었기 때문에 먹었지만 바리스터 커피가 추가되어 작은 컵에 7달러가 들었다는 것을 알게 되어 실망했습니다. 이것은 비유제품 커피의 유일한 옵션이었습니다. 그러나 리셉션 직원은 매우 친절하고 효율적이었습니다. 방에 물이 없었고 물을 식힐 주전자도 없었습니다. 크고 평면 TV가 좋았고 스트리밍 서비스는 없었지만 무료 영화가 몇 개 있었습니다. 방에 USB 포트가 없었고 편안한 의자가 하나뿐이었습니다.

JJemannieNovotel Airport Darwin is a typical airport hotel. They run an on demand shuttle to & from the airport terminal which is very handy, and only a short distance away.
The rooms are simple, clean and functional. In room tea & coffee is provided, and there was fresh milk in the fridge.
I opted to include breakfast in my booking, which was very good. Lots of choices, including traditional cooked breakfast, lots of bread options (some gluten free), yogurt, fruit and pastries. If you're on the run they provide take away cups for hot beverages, which is a nice touch.
Overall I would happily stay here again.

JJazhcwI landed late so needed somewhere convenient to sleep and this place did that. There were staff working to check me in around 1am and that all went smoothly. The room was nice and spacious but a bit noisy as could hear everything outside. Gorgeous pool and cafe area but the breakfast and coffee was expensive

리리뷰어Poor communication with the shuttle service. They failed to communicate the shuttle service would be an unmarked car and did not provide the driver with my phone number. This resulted in a long wait at the airport around midnight, plus several phone calls.
The room we were given had hair in the bed and stained sheets. Thankfully, we were promptly given a new room, however, the person who gave me the new room key - passed the key to me and told me the room number and went to immediately leave. I had to ask him to show me the room and help move our bags. (I was travelling with my 8 year old child and by this time it was after 1am).
It was a very disappointing and frustrating experience.

VVana LobatoUpon first check in, the receptionist confirmed that we paid through Trip.com but after taking the bond payment he then straight away told us he hasn’t received any payment and asked us to show our proof of payments such as trip.com confirmation, bank transfer, & even statement of bank deduction. We showed confirmation, bank transfer, statements as he asked and then the receptionist refused and insisted we haven’t paid. He refused all the proofs and insisted us to make another payment with them. He refused us to talk to the supervisor because he said “they will say the same thing”. Unfortunately, we didn’t get his name, so we couldn’t specify who he was. Terrible services.
