I stayed at this hotel for four weeks in June and July. My experience here was disappointing, starting from the moment that I checked in. My reservation stated that fees and taxes were included and the final amount to be paid at the hotel was shown. I reserved “connecting studios for 4 people” and I was charged an extra 210 Euros at check-in without being told. When I questioned this later, I was told that there is a tax of $2.50 per person per night and the reservation amount only included this tax for one person, so I was charged for the other 3 people at check-in. However, I was still overcharged. One person was under 18 and should not have been charged at all. Another person was leaving early. I was able to eventually get a partial refund because of this. When I chose this hotel, I was looking for one that had air conditioning, and this feature is stated on the website for the hotel. When we arrived, it was very hot in both rooms and the temperature cannot be adjusted in the room. When I tried to get the air conditioning fixed, I was told that the temperature cannot be decreased under 26 degrees Celsius (78.8 Fahrenheit). The temperature cannot be controlled from the room. Most of the time, it seemed that the A/C wasn’t even on, and I was so hot that I was sweating. I did notice that the temperature in the lobby was always much cooler than in our rooms though. If you are looking for a hotel with air conditioning, you won’t be comfortable here. The customer service varied greatly depending on who was at the front desk. Some people were great and some definitely were not. The rooms are only cleaned once per week, but I didn’t mind that. The hotel uses thin, papery mattress covers that seem to be disposable and continually slip off of the mattress. I found myself constantly trying to put the mattress covers and sheets back in place to avoid sleeping on the bare mattress. The covers tear very easily, which made it difficult. This was very annoying. Overall, our stay wasn’t horrible, but we didn’t enjoy this hotel and were happy to check out. I won’t stay here the next time that I am in Paris for an extended stay.

TV의 전화 및 통신은 리셉션에서 요청됩니다. 우리가 걱정하는 한, 슈퍼 추천!

호텔 시설은 1994년에 오픈한 이래로 당시의 느낌이 많이 남아 있습니다. 객실은 성인 2명과 카트 4개가 들어갈 정도로 좁지 않습니다. 호텔은 5층 옥상을 마련했습니다. 창문을 열면 시인성이 좋습니다. 뒷뜰 전체가 잘 보입니다. 프론트 직원이 시간을 잘 지키고 15시에 체크인을 해야 하는데, 영어로 의사소통이 원활하게 진행되었습니다. 방의 카펫은 꽤 더러운 편이었지만 그 외에는 매우 깨끗했습니다. 레인 샤워기의 물 흐름이 비교적 적고 일회용 종이컵 외에는 일회용품이 제공되지 않아 매우 피곤했습니다. 파리의 다른 호텔보다 훨씬 나빴습니다. 예를 들어 사전에 정보가 제공되지 않았고, 무료 물도 제공되지 않았습니다.. 객실에 슬리퍼가 없으므로 꼭 챙겨오세요. 다행스럽게도 마지막 호텔 회사에서 일회용 슬리퍼를 제공했기 때문에 우리는 슬리퍼를 가져 왔습니다. 더블룸 침대는 싱글베드 2개를 합친 침대인데, 하하하 남편이 가운데 틈에서 자고 있어요. 디즈니와도 멀지 않고 차로 5분 거리지만, 디즈니랜드 내부 호텔에 묵는 걸 더 추천드려요. 이 호텔에서 제공하는 디즈니행 무료 버스는 여러 호텔이 공유하고 있고 이 호텔에서 출발하지 않기 때문에 일찍 일어나서 버스가 올 때까지 줄을 서서 기다렸다가 자리가 없어 서 있을 수 밖에 없었습니다. 사람들이 붐비고 버스도 꽉 찼습니다. 운전사는 다음 호텔에서 오는 관광객들이 계속 비집고 들어갈 수 있도록 차를 타고 다음 호텔로 가야 했습니다. 어쨌든, 결국에는 매우 혼잡해서 온라인 택시를 부르지 못한 것이 후회되었습니다. 계속해서 호텔 이야기를 하자면 아침 식사 시간은 7시부터인데 6시 55분에 줄을 서서 기다렸더니 7시 10분부터 직원들이 천천히 체크인을 시작했습니다. 아침 식사는 모두 유럽식인데, 가장 맛있는 것은 아기 감자인 것 같아요. 저번에 기차를 타야 해서 이틀 중 하루만 아침을 먹었습니다. 아침에 출발할 때 프런트 데스크에 사람이 없었고, 빠른 셀프 서비스 옵션이 있었습니다. 전반적으로 괜찮지만 다시는 여기를 선택하지 않겠습니다.

Velizy 쇼핑몰과 트램역과 가깝습니다. 호텔 내부의 주차 요금을 피하기 위해 외부에 무료로 주차할 수 있습니다. 직원의 좋은 서비스. 유럽식 아침 식사는 선택의 폭이 매우 좋습니다.

Decided to book a last minute trip to Paris & my partner had booked this hotel as part of a package. Upon searching the hotel, I was very skeptical how this hotel would be and had very low standards of arriving due to all the reviews I’d read. The room & hotel were clean and tidy, staff are lovely and nothing was a hassle for them, breakfast was brought out quickly and re-filled if finished! Only downfall being how tiny the bathroom is, quite a struggle getting round about everything in the bathroom as it’s all packed in so tightly & the mattress was a bit uncomfortable, but that bit wasn’t too much of a bother to me as the pillows made up for it! Two stars knocked off primarily for the size of bathroom and mattress but can’t grumble too much due to the price paid! Still very happy and satisfied with our stay.

Loved my stay at Jo&Joe, really great amenities, super clean and the bathrooms impressed me the most! Was in a prime location as well so close to the station and I felt quite safe in the area, which is super important especially being a girl travelling by myself. Such a great vibe, all the staff were so helpful and nice and spoke so many languages so there was never any language barriers for me! Special shout out to Onella (sorry if I got your name wrong), she was so helpful, nice and sweet, and an absolute legend! She really looked after me so please thank her for me 🫶🏼🫶🏼

I don't expect luxury from a hostel, but I do expect cleanliness. On the surface the hostel appears clean. Most importantly, the bed sheets and mattress are clean. However, look beyond that and you'll see it's filthy and obviously never given a deep clean. Down the side of the lower bunk there is what must be months and months of rotten food, old socks, dirt and dust that has been allowed to collect. No wonder the room smells so musty and stuffy. My bunk had blood streaks from a squashed bug (and live mosquitoes flying about), as well as sticky finger prints all over the bed panels and window. Furthermore, the noise level is crazy. I understand on a Friday people want to party so the bar was blasting out music and the 1st floor rooms are not sound proof - I actually didn't mind that. What annoyed me was the fact that they were blasting music through the speakers in the 1st floor toilet/shower rooms. WHY?! This made the room and hallways even noisier. Its only saving grace is the location (and free wi-fi). It can feel a bit dodgy walking through there alone as a single woman at night, but so can any big city... The hostel is close to some great bars, restaurants, and tourist attractions (Père Lachaise Cemetery, for example). I'd recommend hiring a bike to get around - there's quite a few Vélib' bike stations a short walk away.

객실 크기는 1 베드룸 스위트를 기대하는만큼 관대하지는 않지만 4 인 가족에게 적합했습니다. AC가 실제로 작동하지 않았으며 세탁기가 잘못되었습니다. 컨시어지에보고했지만 다음날도 고쳐지지 않았습니다. 운 좋게도 호텔에서 약 300m 떨어진 셀프 서비스 세탁소가 있습니다. 위치는 훌륭하고 중심적이며 스쿠터와 자전거에 쉽게 접근 할 수 있습니다. 파리를 돌아 다니는 가장 좋은 방법이라고 생각합니다.
