Directeur d'Agences de Voyages depuis plus de 20 ans, il m'est très souvent demandé pour ma clientèle très exigeante des hôtels 5* proches Champs- Élysées dans le 8e arrondissement de Paris. Mon dernier choix a été le meilleur après avoir testé plus d'une dizaine d'établissements. Le Lancaster est à mon avis ce qui se fait de mieux aujourd'hui dans l'hôtellerie de luxe. Mobilier de qualité, exceptionnelle literie, chambres modernes, grandes, calmes et fonctionnelles, très bon room -service, produits de qualités, conciergerie, groom, patio intérieur, bar, cet établissement a entièrement trouvé grâce à mes yeux et sera sans aucun doute mon hôtel de référence, lors de mes déplacements les années à venir et je le recommanderais à mes clients. Félicitation au Lancaster.

The Service, Location and People all around was Outstanding! First, my wife chose the right hotel because it was (I believe) the perfect location to be in Paris. It is right on the Champs-Elysees in the middle of everything - Shopping, Food, Bus and the Metro to getaway and explore. Secondly, Atika - Melissa - Charles were wonderful Hosts in the Front Desk. Atika arranged the Train, ride to the train station, etc...for our trip to Belgium. It went perfectly. There was an attempt of a ”pickpocket” group of 8 little girls but pushing them away took care of that. Anton, waiter for breakfast, was wonderful. He packed us a snack for the train and he took care of us every morning. Housekeeping was thorough and neat. Very nice people! Door Men were gentlemen. Negatives: No bed is never like what you have at home. By the 4th day, our backs were hurting because we weren't used to the bed. However, the sheets were nice, soft and clean. The clothes dryer in the laundry room took more than 5 cycles to completely dry our laundry, but VERY THANKFUL it was complimentary. I strongly recommend the Fraser Suites Le Claridge Champs-Elysees!

We had a balcony over looking the champs elysees, beautiful room. Beautiful hotel. Breakfast i’d rate 7/10 Room 10/10 Staff 9/10 Service 9/10. Great stay made perfect by the room given by the hotel. Would not hesitate to stay here again when in Paris.

The room was small as expected , yet very well appointed. Amazing. Traveling with my daughter and stayed for 5 nights. Just have to say the concierge, Christopher Dubrulle, went out of his way to suggest places to eat, visit sites and he actually walked me to make an appointment for a wash and blow dry. And on that walk he suggested a place for lunch just down the block which was probably one of the best meals in Paris. So small, we could watch the chef cook. Hats off to Christopher, wish we had not made prior reservations and let him take over. So if you stay, and hope you will, Christopher will help. Front desk staff were great too! Ann

호텔의 위치는 매우 좋고 디자인 스타일도 매우 훌륭합니다. 유일한 것은 우리가 처음에 제공받은 스위트 룸이 마이너스 층에 있다는 것입니다. 창문이 있었지만 여전히 약간 습해서 이사했습니다. 다음날 1층으로 가보니 침대 바로 위에 채광창이 있어서 햇빛이 들어오자마자 침대에 불을 켜는데 무슨 생각인지 모르겠어요.

This was our second stay at Magda in the past year! We loved the location. Close to the Arc de Triumph where all trains can depart from. The staff were amazing. Felix was helpful with any questions or requests we had. I was looking for a grocery store and another staff member who had just finished her shift walked me over it it. That was so kind. Room’s immaculate. Close to McDonald’s where we had cappuccinos every morning and our granddaughter had her smoothie. Reasonable price considering all the benefits. Would return again!

아침 식사는 뷔페 레스토랑이 아니라 하나의 패키지로 돈을 추가하는 부분을 초과합니다. 엑스트라 베드는 가능하지만 킹 사이즈 침대는 실제로 매우 큽니다. 호텔은 에펠탑 바로 옆에 좋은 위치에 있지만 뷰 룸을 선택하지 않으면 스트리트 뷰를 볼 수 있습니다. 호텔 로비의 디자인과 컬렉션은 하이라이트이며 작은 정원을 놓치지 마세요. 매우 아름답습니다. 방의 관점에서, 솔직히 말해서, 서비스는 정말 좋습니다. 프론트 데스크에서 체크인 할 때 중국인 리셉션이 있었고 의사 소통이 원활했습니다. 전반적으로 꽤 좋습니다.

The Warwick Paris is well located, just off the Champs Elysee. That's about it for plus points. The hotel is straddled either side by some ”gentlemans” night clubs which, while quiet during the week, certainly seemed busy on Friday night. The lobby staff are ok. In some cases attentive, in other cases aloof. The lobby bar is a bit of a joke. There are maybe 6-8 tables but no-one there to serve. The rooms are typical Parisien - on the medium to small side and in need of some better air conditioning for the summer months. 5 days of constant a/c on low and high fan made zero temperature difference. For one person, a deluxe room is OK. If there are 2 persons you will run out of closet space and luggage space. Overall the hotel needs a refresh. We visited during the week of Paris Airshow & Mens Fashion week. The room price was well above what it was worth. We wont stay here again. Its not that it is so bad - its just not so good either

Literally, the worst hotel experience I ever had! Extremely rude receptionists and staff! No concierge! No assist whatsoever in anything! Poor breakfast! Poor options everywhere! Rooms are NOT soundproof! you can hear all residents' affairs through walls and you have 24/7 radio in your bathroom from Khaleji and Spanish music by other residents through the ventilation system! One elevator serves the entire hotel! you can only imagine! using the stairs is easier! No amenities! No bathrobes! just soap and shower gel are all that you get with €200 per night! They don't respond to their telephone, you have to go down the lobby, search for someone to help you! The access cards keep disconnecting every single time! you have to activate it by heading to the so-called lobby and dealing with super rude people to get back to your room every single day! SAVE YOUR MONEY! My company forced me to book this hotel! I would never ever come back here again!
