It is a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home.Its an old house with a lot of charm and character. Expect era correct doors and door handles, live wood beams and real stone walls all with modern touches like central air to bring it into the 21st century.This home hosts four bedrooms with 5 queen beds and one sleeper sofa - One basement bedroom, with the remainder of the bedrooms upstairs. One bathroom on the main floor, with the other two bathrooms upstairs. All three bathrooms are full baths to accommodate guests. Entry to Kitchen and dining area is on main floor, with stairs up and down for bedroom areas.Perfect for groups with plenty of room to gather inside and out, yet plenty of spaces to "get away" and have privacy.This home may be old but it has new windows, updated air conditioning, a modern farmhouse kitchen, modern plumbing and electric, and everything necessary to host a group comfortably!We are 45 minutes from Hershey park, and only 10 minutes from Sight and Sound, Dutch Wonderland, and Cherry Crest adventure farm. Welcome to our guest house, located in the heart of Lancaster County and central to all the major attractions It has to offer!Though we are located on a quiet country road we are only minutes from Route 30 and close to Sight and Sound Theatre, Strasburg Railroad, Dutch Wonderland, American Music Theatre, Rockvale and Tanger Outlets, The Village of Intercourse, Kitchen Kettle Village etc.The spaceWhether you are coming for a family vacation or a weekend getaway you’ll be sure to enjoy our cozy cottage with all the amenities to make your stay relaxing and comfortable!
