'Room was excellent with a balcony. But our room was on the 4th floor with no elevator and service was also bad. Amenities which are listed were not provided like iron etc. And there was a bathtub in my room which was out of service. And also our intercom was not working so we directly called mr. Anand for requests and he gladly helped within five minutes so on an on even after few mishaps it was a decent stay'

'Hotel pachmarhi is in the middle of the city. All tourist point is near by and connectivity is with every place. There is a market near the hotel or there are restaurants to eat. The best part is that they are toys for kids. Seeing which children become happy. There is only one problem in the hotel, there is no parking and they provide car parking in government parking near to the hotel and you have to pay for it also. Overall hotel is good & it's good experience.'
