'The location is perfect, right next to the train station and it's very easy to spot the entrance. The cleanliness is definitely a work in progress. The key areas were very clean, such as the bed, the wardrobe etc. However there was dust on small things like the towel holders, behind the cupboards etc. (The only reason I checked was because my allergies were acting up but only in the room). A few cobwebs in the room that you only really notice when you're just relaxing. The bathroom was clean but in the grouting there was mould in there, so it needs sorting. The beds are uncomfortable, they're really hard on your back and both me and my partner have left with sore backs after staying, I booked a double bed and it's two single beds pushed together which would be fine if the mattresses weren't so firm. The reception staff both over the weekend and weekdays were so lovely, very friendly and welcoming and i can't fault them whatsoever. The team that refreshes the room were also lovely, very accommodating and friendly, they topped everything up in the room fast without asking and were also great. The night porter unfortunately needs an attitude adjustment, his tone and the way he speaks to you just isn't okay. Having a lovely day and coming back to the night porter being rude wasn't pleasant. All in all a lovely stay with only a few minor complaints.'

'레이크 디스트릭트의 주말이기 때문에 호반 호텔은 기본적으로 만석이거나 가격이 매우 비쌉니다. 모두 호숫가에서 조금 떨어져 있지만 이 B&B는 추천할만한 가치가 있습니다. Windermere에서 약간의 거리가 있어야 하지만 자율주행차라면 차로 10분 거리에 있습니다. 호텔 아래에는 영국식 바가 있고 위층은 호텔 객실이지만 객실은 매우 조용하고 영향을 받지 않습니다. 객실은 영국 스타일로 디자인되어 있으며 깨끗하고 시설이 잘 갖추어져 있습니다. 유일한 단점은 꽃입니다. 뿌리는 수압이 약간 낮아요'

'좋은 호텔, 무료 주차장, 주유소, 슈퍼마켓, 호수 지역과 매우 가까움, 아침 식사는 매우 좋으며 영국식 아침 식사는 지금 만들어집니다.'

'Hotel overall was lovely, staff was lovely, rooms could do with a bit of updating and room was quiet damp of mould in certain places, sink took a little time to empty, shower was lovely, a throw away from the train station and about 15 min walk to Windermere lake'
