Alpha hôtel, un établissement non recomendable accueil exécrable, fort désagréable tout pour se faire Avoir.. Voler J’ai fait une réservation et on m’a refusé de me rendre la clef d’accès à la chambre. Donc obligé de faire une réservation sur un autre établissement

DO NOT BOOK! The owner is extremely rude, accommodating and inflexible. It might be the cheapest in town but honestly so worth spending a bit more and not having this nightmare of an experience with this place. Owner refused to take us in due to a delay in checking in, it was the middle of the night in a ghost town. On top, he was having a go at me on the phone saying how rude and impolite i am for disturbing him.

Counter staff, cleaners all friendly, helpful and respectful, rooms basic but comfortable spotless clean, Bed exceptionally comfortable, great nights sleep, easy check in,

On Monday the property did not offer luggage storage before 15 p.m. Afterwards the personel was friendly, but it was a bit strange that the desk was closed in the morning

So there are a lot of "horror-reviews" about this place and after staying for two nights I can somehow see where it comes from but I still think most of the criticism is WAY too harsh. I went there for the time of two Rammstein-shows and it was okay. The staff was very friendly and helpful, my room got cleaned every day after I left and the kind of "secret" parking which is a bit narrow, so not for beginners, was a nice safety factor. I did have a weird dark spot on my blanket but upon inspection I figured it was basically just a discoloured spot in the fabric itself - obviously doesn't look nice, but was definitely not a hygienical concern; just a case of "sheets that have been around a bit too long"; still everything got cleaned and washed every morning; I did see the cleaning staff in action every morning. I didn't expect to stay in a super extra luxury hotel, but a nice little accomodation in the city center to get to my shows and then have a few nice beers at the end before returning - and I got exactly that. The hotel IS kind of noisy, as the building itself seems to be rather old, so the walls are kind of thin, be prepared for that. But other than that, it really is by far not as bad as some drama queens on here describe it. I had a nice time in Oostende and the staff was super nice and helpful. Is it a family hotel? Probably not. Is it okay if you're staying alone or with a group of adults and are planing to have some fun in the city? Definitely.

Les chambres sont de taille correcte, l équipements juste le nécessaire. Mais par contre la literie est super confortable. Le lit et les coussins vous font juste un câlin quand vous vous couchez

20 euros pour un petit chien! Franchement exagéré. Chambres très mal insonorisées. La tele ne fonctionnait pas. Déco vraiment triste dans les chambres

Une chambre de 4x4 m salle douche comprise, pas nette au niveau porte salle de bain. En entrant, odeur d’urine de chat persistante même avec aération et spray aux HE. Vue sur escalier de secours et murs. Mauvaise insonorisation. Le tout à 350 euros pour 2 nuits!! Petit dej salé et sucré mais à 15 euros. D’autres chambres sont bien, pour 10/15 euros en plus mais on a eu la dernière. A l’étranger on a un 5 étoiles pour le prix.

Nous avons lu des commentaires négatifs et nous avons voulu, nous rendre sur place pour un avis personnel. Et bien nous avons été agréablement surpris par l'accueil de la personne qui nous a fait découvrir un belle hôtel de charme à ostende, la chambre était très bien, lit très confortable, écran immense, pas de bruit, déjeuner avec des produits de qualité, top. Top. Vraiment super nous y avons passé un très bon moment. Nous sommes ravis je recommande. Et très propre part
