위치는 역에서 도보로 10분 거리이고 택시 요금은 154크로나로 매우 편리합니다. 주요 브랜드 매장까지 도보로 5분, 거리 3개가 소요됩니다. 부티크 디자인 호텔, 매우 멋집니다. 실내 장식이 매우 세련되어 마음에 듭니다. 아침 식사는 훌륭합니다. 유일한 단점은 셀프서비스가 필요하고, 체크인을 하려면 미리 앱을 다운받아야 하고 휴대폰을 스와이프해 문을 열어야 한다는 점이다. 인터넷이 없다면 매우 안타까운 일이겠지만, 인터넷은 무료이고 연결이 가능한 경우에만 문을 열 수 있습니다. 커뮤니티 도어 카드와 같습니다. 따라서 낮에 체크인해야 하며, 도움을 줄 수 있는 직원이 아래층에 있습니다. 밤에 체크인하지 마세요. 그렇지 않으면 문제가 발생하면 누군가를 찾기가 매우 어려울 것입니다. 아침 1시에 도착했습니다. 그리고 그것은 악몽 같은 경험이었습니다. 보안 구조를 도와준 사람은 씨트립 고객 서비스 웨이웨이였습니다.

호텔 위치가 정말 좋습니다. 중앙역에서 나오자마자 매우 만족했습니다. 호텔 조식 뷔페도 기대 이상으로 매우 풍성했습니다. 주말에 체크인한 탓인지 다음날 아침 식사를 마치기 전에 커피를 사러 갔더니 음식이 치워져 있었습니다. , 그리고 그 자리는 다른 사람이 차지했습니다. 마지막 날, 공항까지 이른 기차를 타야 했고 아침도 먹지 못했습니다.

위치는 좋은데 숙소 자체가 꽤 낡았고 위생상태도 좋습니다. 그러나 문앞에서 택시가 무작위로 청구될 수 있도록 주의하십시오. 택시 기사가 사기를 당했습니다. 노르웨이에서는 Uber를 이용하여 택시를 타려고 노력하며 문제가 발생하면 플랫폼을 쉽게 찾을 수 있습니다.

The hotel is located at the Western end of the Karl Johnson street /belt, about 8 to 10 minutes from the Olso central train station. It is nearer to the Royal Palace and the Akershus Festning (fortress) and further away from the Oslo Opera house.
The restaurant only open for breakfast and do not serve dinner. Still, there are many restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance.
Check-in is efficient as with all Norway hotels. The breakfast is excellent, although the selections remain the same.
Overall, it is a good hotel to stay in Oslo.

없는것빼고는 다 있습니다. 방이 비어있다면 얼리 체크인도 가능하며 짐도 맡아줍니다. 방에는 냉장고가 없으나 로비에 공용 냉장고를 사용할 수 있습니다. 로비에는 또한 자판기와 전자레인지도 있습니다. 오슬로역까지 걸어서 5분이며 주요 관광지도 걸어갈수 있습니다. 비겔란공원에 가는 12번 트램도 호텔 바로 옆에 정류장이 있습니다. 재방문 의사 있습니다 가성비 호텔로 추천합니다.

주로 무료 주차장입니다. 도심에서 매우 멀리 떨어져 있습니다. 불과 5km 떨어져 있습니다. 차를 렌트하지 않으면 지하철만 생각할 수 있습니다. 아침 식사는 나쁘지 않습니다. 방은 비교적 단순합니다.

이 호텔에 가장 좋은 인상을 주셔서 감사합니다. 프론트 데스크, 레스토랑, 룸 서비스 ... 모두 감동적입니다. 모든 직원은 호텔 창립자의 친절과 성실을 말과 행동으로 구현하는 것 같습니다. 따라서 가장 편안한 호텔입니다. 위치는 훌륭하고 궁전, 항구, 극장, 콘서트 홀은 도보 거리에 있으며 모든 종류의 버스 정류장이 매우 가깝습니다. 옆집은 슈퍼마켓입니다. 프런트 데스크에서 택시를 부를 수 있습니다.

리리뷰어This is an exceptional hotel for quality and service. We were able to check in early to a spacious room with all the extras, hair dryer, mini bar, snacks, iron facilities and drinks tray. Great comfy beds and bathroom facilities.
The car park is underground accessible from the rear of the hotel and is secure with a lift to directly within the hotel
The breakfast is vast and great quality with the chefs regularly doing quality control of the food and dining staff efficiently clearing tables.
We ate in the restaurant and it was good quality. I must mention the young man who served us as his customer service was exceptional not to mention his cocktail mixing skills! Nothing was too much trouble.
The reception staff were really helpful in helping us with the public transport and although the hotel is located on the perimeter of the city both tram and bus stops were located within minutes of the hotel and we’re easy to navigate with the routers app.
All the staff we came into contact with were both helpful and professional and were all good ambassadors for the hotel group.
I would not hesitate in a heart beat to recommend this hotel, thank you for the service.

AAvy P.호텔은 편리한 위치에 있으며, 셀프 체크인이 가능하며, 운영이 간단하고 편리합니다. 호텔 문에서 오페라 하우스를 볼 수 있습니다. 필요한 모든 것이 포함된 아침 식사 옵션. 이번에 우리는 최상층 다락방에 묵었습니다. 채광창은 매우 귀엽지만 방은 조금 작지만 호텔 로비에는 넓은 좌석 공간이 있습니다(사진). 로비에서 잠시 일을 하고, 객실에는 베개를 추가할 수 있는 서비스가 있는데, 이는 덤이다. 물론 개선해야 할 점도 있습니다. 샤워실이 너무 작아서 물이 새어나와 바닥이 젖게 되는 점은 개선이 필요합니다.

BBillNot a good experience at Numa Hallen. NOT RECOMMENDED. Rooms are big, clean and quiet. However, the “hotel” is not supported by any staff.
The digital check in failed initially. We did not receive the check in email as advised. Maybe if you book directly with Numa, not a third party like Trip, this might work. Don’t know. We rang the web site and Trip advertised phone number to get a check in email. It is disconnected. This defect is recorded in previous reviews, Does anyone read these complaints?
Read the previous reviews and noted the WhatsAPP number to be found at door front. Was ready for this we thought. The WhatsAPP number only has a virtual attendant. So no verbal communication available only short text messages readable. Jumped through many hoops and eventually received our check in details on the kerb outside the hotel. Thought we would be sleeping on the street for a while.
Once inside we noted the big sign in kitchen about leaving a window open when cooking. Next morning all fire alarms in the hotel section went off. A closed window somewhere perhaps. Alarm couldn’t be shut off so we evacuated with our bags like many others. Guess it must happen often due to the prominence of the sign.
The experience wasn’t good and is a great example of technology making life more difficult. The quest to remove people from hospitality jobs diminishes the hospitality aspect. It also leaves no backup except for meaningless, valueless, unaccountable apologies.
The communications failures and fire alarm intrusion are significant infrastructure short comings.
Wouldn’t stay there again.

익익명 사용자The hotel is near convenience stores and many restaurants, and it's also close to museums and the opera house, making sightseeing very convenient. The hotel boasts a very modern and innovative design, and it is relatively new. The rooms are clean, safe, and quiet.
The hotel staff are very friendly, helpful, and kind. The hotel facilities are also excellent, including a 24-hour self-service coffee and tea bar and a 24/7 gym facility.
The only bad thing is that it is a 10-minute walk from the central train station.

SShauna McFaulFor our stay, we booked a studio apartment at The Sweet. The room was lovely and kitchenette was well-equipped. We were able to cook meals there over the days of Christmas when most restaurants and shops were closed. The location is a little outside of the center- nice and quiet but easy to access public transit.
My biggest issue with this hotel was that communication was very… odd. As the booking notes, I called the hotel in advance to schedule my check-in. When my call was answered, I told them who I was and that I was calling to schedule my check in (for a time when the booking said check in is available). I was told no one would be at reception at that time (3pm on Dec 23) and they would text me instructions for how to check myself in. Then she confirmed my phone number and asked for my email address, but when I started to give it, she said, “oh, that’s ok. We can’t use email anyway”. Odd. Before getting off the phone, I had her confirm that I would receive a text the next day with instructions to check in.
Our train arrived around 2pm in Oslo and we still hadn’t received a text, so we waited at the train station thinking perhaps they would send the text right at 3pm since that was the time I had requested. At 3, I still hadn’t received anything, so we called the hotel again. A different employee answered from the one I had spoken to the day before. I gave my name and explained that I was calling because I had scheduled check in the day before but hadn’t received the information to check in. The employee asked where I was and told me that there were people staffing reception to help us check in, which I thought was odd because the previous employee told me no one would be there. When we got to the hotel, we rang the bell and got into the building, but reception is apparently in the basement- there is only a very tiny sign that says this- so we missed it and I called them again. A man came up with our keys and got us set to go.
We got into our room and it was lovely! About 5 hours later, I got a call from Trip saying that the hotel is trying to contact me because they are wondering why I hadn’t checked in and they don’t have a way to get in touch with me. I was sitting in the hotel room when I got this call. I told the Trip representative that I was checked in and it was fine for her to give my phone and email to the hotel.
I know the communication elements have taken up a huge portion of my review and I know they are not the end of the world, but I want to share them because I believe it would be quite simple to avoid situations like this in the future and make the guest experience that much more pleasant at The Sweet.
We greatly enjoyed our stay at the hotel overall and thoroughly enjoyed exploring Oslo!

식사: 이 호텔은 아침과 저녁을 제공하며 품질이 꽤 좋습니다. 모두 셀프 서비스입니다. 저녁 식사에는 청량음료만 제공되며, 와인은 추가 요금을 내고 단품요리로 주문해야 합니다. 저녁 식사는 기본적으로 다양한 종류의 풀, 차가운 요리, 따뜻한 요리가 있는데 하나는 고기, 하나는 야채, 하나는 수프입니다. 숙박 첫날에는 과일이 제공되지 않을 수 있지만, 둘째 날에는 제공되지 않을 수 있습니다.

BbillyoojiThis is around 15-20 mins walk from the Oslo Central station. Not very centralized but convenient. Staff is very helpful when I had problem connecting to the wifi. Breakfast is amazing and there is a wide variety to choose from. One can have a heavy breakfast and skip lunch to save money.
Also, the hotel is very close to the supermarket called Kiwi, allowing you to buy fruits and snacks at an affordable price.
