'The room was small, compared to the original booking that I had reserved. They cannot find my booking reservations so they had to put me in 1 of the rooms available. I booked for a Deluxe Suite, and they said they can’t locate my booking. So they had to transfer me to a smaller room, which is quite a downgrade to what I had paid. No compensations provided. Anyway, the room was still fine, but cleanliness is not at its best. They didnt really do much effort to clear signs of previous visitor. See photo below. Overall experience, average.'

'The hotel room is 18 m2 and quite comfortable. There is nothing in the bathroom except towels. There is not even paper in the toilet. There is no closet for clothes. The sink faucet in the room is broken. There is only bed and towels. There is no other special equipment. It is not different from cheap hotels.'

Additional free breakfast (very fine). The value for money is perfect. Once I come back to Ormoc, I would book this hotel again. No regrets, no complaints, very friendly and helpful staff.'
