"Lovely visit to Greenock for a couple days. Perfect B&B to visit nearby attractions (blue ridge mountains and Monticello this time). We stayed in the cottage and enjoyed our stay. Chanel is the perfect host for this B&B! She greeted us on arrival, had the kitchen stocked with lots of snacks and breakfast items and brought hot croissants in the morning. It’s very clean & perfect for a couple. Highly recommend!"

"My husband and I spent Valentines Day weekend at Mayhurst, and it was a lovely experience! We stayed in the Lincoln suite, which has its own living area and a reading nook, in addition to the bedroom. We enjoyed reading and talking by the fireplace. You could hear the classical music played in the entryway, which made it feel elegant and felt like we wouldn't be heard as easily. Breakfasts were delicious and served in the elegant dining area. Casey was very friendly and helpful. You can tell that they care very much about hospitality. There was still snow on the ground, so we didn't get to see as much of the property, but the house and grounds are beautiful. The architecture and decor were classic and beautiful. There are several nice restaurants nearby, and we visited Montpelier, the home of James Madison. I highly recommend staying at Mayhurst."
