""디럭스"라는 이름이 붙은 객실에 머물렀더라도, 유감스럽게도 실제 경험은 디럭스와는 거리가 멀었습니다. - 에어컨 리모컨에 배터리가 없어서 TV 리모컨의 배터리를 가져와야 했습니다(리셉션에 이 사실을 알렸지만 다른 TV 리모컨을 받았습니다). - 샤워젤이 없고 샴푸만 있었습니다(물어보니까 샴푸를 더 주셨습니다). - 금고가 작동하지 않았고, 새벽 2시에 상상할 수 있는 가장 큰 소리를 내기 때문에 배터리가 다 떨어진 것으로 추측할 수밖에 없었습니다. - 객실과 욕실의 조명이 매우 어둡습니다. - 욕실은 약간 보수가 필요했습니다. - 아침 식사 옵션이 거의 없었습니다. - 물이 냄새가 났습니다. 호텔이 지열수를 사용하기로 의도적으로 선택했기 때문이라는 건 알지만, 유황 냄새가 모든 사람의 취향에 맞는 것은 아닙니다. - WiFi 연결이 좋지 않아서 출장을 온 사람이라면 그다지 좋지 않습니다."

"I stayed at Aris Hotel and Spa for five nights and absolutely loved everything about it. The hotel is new, beautifully designed, and equipped with modern facilities that make your stay exceptionally comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with anything you might need. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices to start the day right. The location is another big plus; set in a quiet, peaceful area, yet only a 10–11 minute walk to Oradea’s city center. I highly recommend Aris Hotel and Spa to anyone visiting Oradea. It’s the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality."

"Horrible place. Outdated, so out of date. The hotel really needs to be redesigned and renovated!!! 1. A receptionist who can't read a map provided by the hotel? Who doesn't know where the hotel is located? I was amazed. This was a first. 2. No air conditioning on the 3rd floor. The room felt suffocating, like a cage. 3. The toilet was so high up - horrible, 4th, the elevator - so slow, oh my god, so slow. 5. The hotel garage was so dangerous to get in/out of, I've never been in such a tight location. 6. I was told to be there at 6:00 PM for a massage. The masseur didn't even show up, so at 6:30 PM I was asked if I wanted someone else to massage me? Seriously??? Didn't you think about having her come in place of the first person who couldn't? 7. The mattress was completely worn out. Honestly one of the worst reviews I've ever given, but NO - 4 stars for this place, sorry. There is no way this hotel got 4 stars.."
