I really don’t know how is possible for this hotel to have 4 stars. After looking at the room pictures on website, me and my husband booked a 3 star room in this 4 star hotel. The disappointment was big to see that the room had nothing in common with what we saw in the pictures. The room had an old carpet, the doors old and with splits, the smell was awful. Inside the room we only had the bed, one closet and one mini fridge. Nothing else. No table and no chairs or any other furniture. Even a 1 star room has a table and chairs. We had to keep our things on the floor. They say that the rooms are soundproof. Oh my God. Really? Because we were able to hear everything from our neighbors. We couldn’t keep the windows open because there were not insects nets. In the room we found only one bathrobe not two. The receptionist explained us that only the 4 star rooms have bathrobes, the 3 star rooms don’t have bathrobes at all and this is one of the differences between the 3 and 4 star rooms. I consider this disrespectful as one of us had the bathrobe and the other used only one towel. Even if we had the breakfast included, we didn’t want to eat there. After the big disappointment with the room we didn’t want more bad experiences. Our experience in this hotel was a bad one. Definitely we will never book a room there. I do not recommend this hotel. Big disappointment

A bid disappointment!!! The hotel advertises "wellness and spa" body and face treatments .Actually it doesn't have any facilities of this kind but they did not chance their advertising on *********** or their own site. Our complain and disappointment about false advertising was answered by propose we should find an other hotel.They did not offer any compensation,even a symbolic one .

Ottima struttura anche per famiglie. Camera amplia così anche il bagno. Personale cordiale. Ottimo ristorante. Colazione internazionale con una scelta non eccezionale. Ottima vista parco. Struttura consigliata. Importo per una camera tripla assolutamente conveniente.

Abbiamo prenotato una camera direttamente alla struttura patuendo il costo di 60 euro a notte per la doppia prezzo leggermente piü basso che prenotando con booking Ci hanno dato una camera al terzo piano L' ascensore era guasto io e la mia amica ci siamo dovute portare da sole le valige fino la camera L' hotel ē molto trascurato , sporco con un forte odore di sigaretta La camera x 4 giorni del nostro soggiorno non ē mai stata pulita La SPA chiusa x lavori La colazione misera Dopo tutti questi disagi facciamo il check out ci fanno pagare 75 euro a notte A questo punto nasce una discussione con la receptionist che chiama il proprietario che maleducatamente ci spiega che abbiamo usufruito di una camera 4 stelle mentre il prezzo di 60 euro era x una camera a 3 stelle anche se l' hotel non meriterebbe nemmeno una stella Abbiamo pagato in pieno il conto anche se avrebbero dovuto praticarci uno sconto visto che non nabbiamo goduto e l' ingresso alla SPA perchē gli esterni pagano 20 euro Non lasciatevi ingannare dalle foto xchē non rispecchiano la realtã Non torneremo mai piü
