很漂亮的酒店

My tour group srated here for 2 nights, October 6&7, 2023. Thus is an amazing hotel. Staff go above and beyond to ensure tfeir guests needs are seen to. When we could not get a reservation for dinner at the hotel's restaurant, they called 6 different restaurants for us, and we eventually got reservations at the Schoonard - great choice. The onsite bar was well stocked with lots of choice. I'd last stayed here in October 2010 and was pleased to see the hotel still had the excelkent service i remembered. My only complaint is i found the tub a bit too high to step in and out of confortably. Would have preferred a walk in shower.

High bath and broken shower rail. 'Upgraded' only to find room an oven and then advised aircon in room broken. Back to old room. Advised at half empty restaurant that they had to check if we could be accomodated.8pm. Brusk sevice and outside seating closed presumably for conveience of staff. Restaurant 400m away on roundabout used next night great for food and servive in a stark comparison.

I stayed at this hotel for one night with a group of friends. It is a beautiful hotel in lovely surroundings, the staff were pleasant and the room was very comfortable, quiet and luxurious with quiet and efficient air conditioning. We all enjoyed the generous breakfast buffet. Unfortunately, my impression was soured by what happened after our stay. I found when checking the invoice that I had been charged twice for the rooms. Upon contacting the hotel, they first acknowledged their mistake but then completely ignored my e-mails, and I had to seek recompense via ***********, who refunded me. At the very least, I would have expected an apology from the hotel. It's a lovely hotel, but if you stay there, make sure you double check your invoice when checking out.

check in, friendly staff. Room was above expectations! The area was stunning. The small town has great shopping and seemingly well reviewed options for places to eat. The pool was my favorite of our entire trip.

Very smart hotel with great facilities. Staff were polite, efficient and friendly. Plenty to choose from for breakfast and restaurant food also very good. Ideally located for exploring the Arnhem battlefield. I would definitely stay again.

I’ve stayed here before and have known the hotel all my life. It’s in the most gorgeous surroundings but the building, rooms and outside could do with spruce up. Staff were v nice but breakfast needs some sort of system. (Also which hotel does not serve jam???) I won’t hesitate to recommend because of the area but it is no longer the place it once was.

This is a beautiful hotel to stay but sadly I had a bad encounter with a rude receptionist who called me a liar after asking for change for the car park. A male receptionist stepped in to resolve the situation without a problem. The female receptionist just kept smirking and rolling her eyes! Just rude. I asked to speak to the manager who basically sided with the receptionist. Waste of time speaking to her. I then paid €7.90 for a basket of fruit, I had to chase them up for the fruit and when it arrived it was pathetic! Just not worth the money. I will not be staying here again.

Our last stay here was four years ago. Our north wing room stay was compromised by leaking roofs and dated rooms. Upon entering this time the lobby looked great. The restaurant and breakfast buffet again superb. Hilton quality! But relegated again to the North, the Super 8 wing. Same leaks, minimal rooms ( no coffee maker , no safe, old tub. This is what people refer to saying the 4 star rating should be a 2 . Apparently the south wing is redone, but these rooms were not offered to us.
