"위치는 훌륭하고 직원들은 친절하고 도움이 많이 되었습니다. 스탠다드룸에는 가운이 제공되지 않지만 슬리퍼가 제공되며, 칫솔, 치실, 면도기 등 기본적인 세면도구는 요청 시 이용 가능합니다. 10월이었는데도 난방이 되지 않아 리셉션 직원이 에어컨을 켜주겠다고 했습니다. 저는 켜지 않았는데, 생각보다 괜찮았습니다. 하지만 샤워기에서 나오는 물이 미지근했습니다. 337호실 샤워기는 고장이 나서 물이 쏟아져 나와 온몸이 흠뻑 젖었습니다. 조식은 뷔페식이라 배고플 걱정은 없습니다. 전반적으로 호텔은 나쁘지 않지만, 6,000루블이 넘는 가격을 제 돈으로 지불한다면 다른 곳을 선택했을 것 같습니다."

"Stayed at the Lucky Hotel while traveling in Omsk, Russia, and gave me a good two days off Must focus on the hotel's kitchen. Stepping into the kitchen is like entering a food magic space. The cabinets are neatly arranged with a variety of high-quality kitchen utensils, sharp stainless steel knives, thick pans, and each one is flashing, making people unable to help but want to show their skills. I just met the Russians cooking, the refrigerator is rich and varied, fresh beef, attractive vegetables, and local dairy products. The Russians took the initiative to share the food with me, and I tasted it without politeness. The front desk service was also very intimate. At check-in, the staff smiled and communicated with me in less fluent English. They also carefully arranged a room in a great location for me according to my needs for a quiet environment. The room is away from the hustle and bustle of the street and public areas, the windows are closed, and the noise from the outside is instantly isolated, leaving a quiet atmosphere, so that I can sleep well. The hotel is clean and tidy as a whole, the decoration is simple and warm, this stay makes my trip to Omsk comfortable and comfortable, highly recommended!"

"The most polite and benign administrators, we 've caught 3 different staff and all three were ready to help with any question. The location is very convenient for those who arrive by train. 3 minutes from the station on foot. The station is not heard at all if the windows are closed. There were occasional neighbors. Breakfasts are modest enough, but generally delicious. Not enough vegetables/green/slime.butter add. The bed is comfortable, the only one - the pillow for me is solid, not comfortable. At the request, the heater was immediately provided to the room. It was warm for me, but the child was loose at night and frostled. Very good impression about the hotel!"
