오르카 선라이프 리조트 호텔 - 울트라 후기

터키에서 묵었던 호텔 중 가장 비싸고 최악이었어요. 가능하다면 예약하지 마시길 바랍니다! 시설: 수영장과 워터슬라이드 시설은 괜찮고, 아이들은 여전히 ​​매우 좋아합니다. 하지만 저녁 7시면 모든 곳이 문을 닫기 때문에 밤에는 정말 지루해요! 그리고 저희는 3번 건물에 살았어요(사실, 걸어서 5층 정도 올라갔어요). 그래서 매일 그림 1번 건물에서부터 올라가야 했고, 엘리베이터가 고장나서 짐을 들고 내려와야 했는데, 참을 수가 없었어요! 서비스: 매우 나쁨! 첫째, 우리가 예약한 패밀리 스위트룸은 어린이를 위해 추가 요금을 내야 했는데, 이전에 묵었던 모든 호텔에서는 그 요금을 내지 않았습니다. 그들은 500위안 이상을 추가해서 1박에 3,900위안이 넘었습니다. 둘째, 웨이터가 서비스 태도가 전혀 없었습니다. 우리가 그곳에 갔을 때, 그들은 우리의 짐을 방까지 옮기는 것을 도와주지 않았습니다. 우리는 그곳까지 가는 방법을 몰라서, 스스로 그것을 들고 올라가야 했습니다(엘리베이터가 고장났기 때문입니다). 해변: 차가 없으면 혼자 해변에 갈 수 없습니다. 호텔에서는 매일 버스를 한 대씩 제공합니다. 음식: 햄버거 고기와 치즈만 있고 과일은 그럭저럭 먹을만하고 가격 대비 별로임

호텔은 조금 외진 곳에 있고 방도 정말 정말 작지만, 서비스 직원들은 매우 열정적입니다. 올인클루시브 호텔이기 때문에 하루 세끼 식사가 호텔에서 해결되고, 물놀이만 하면 아이들이 지루함을 느낄 리가 없습니다. 이곳에는 중국인이 거의 없고, 휴가를 위해 오는 유럽인과 미국인이 더 많습니다. 호텔 디자인은 매우 불합리합니다. 엘리베이터는 5층까지만 갈 수 있지만, 저희 객실은 6층에 있습니다. 샤워 배수구에 문제가 있어서 욕실 전체에 물이 새고 있었습니다.

완벽한 휴가였습니다. 저는 신혼여행 호텔로 오르카 월드를 선택했습니다. 다시 올 수 있는 곳이에요 ❤️

I really love this hotel hence why I was there twice this year. The staff are all wonderful and cannot do enough for the guests. To name a few of the staff that I found amazing, Ihsan, Musa, Aysegul, Osiye, Rüya all made this holiday an unforgettable one. Thanks Orka Sunlife for a beautiful time. We will be back for more next year x

Had a lovely time. Food is great and there are many pools so there is lots of room. Entertainment team are amazing and put on a different show every night. They do lots of activities in the day as well for all ages. Would recommend to all and will definitely be returning!

First came yesterday and the room was not great for 2 adults and a child. However when I called reception this was quickly fixed and we were moved in the morning to a stunning sea view room. Entertainment team are great with the kids and the food is at high variety.

When first arrived room was very small but got upgraded no problem however it is a steep walk up to the rooms at the top there is a lift. Entertainment team great with the kids!! Food is at high variety. Shops in hotel are great and staff are really friwndly

Overall the experience here is very good. We stayed in the deluxe rooms with the hot tub on the balcony. We were very satisfied with the cleanliness of the room and the facilities here. There is other rooms on the site but have heard bad things and people complaining at reception. The location has beautiful views from the room we stayed in. and there is a taxi service if you wish to venture off sight. You can also walk but would have to walk far to get anywhere. One thing that makes this hotel stand out is the entertainment team. They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and bring a lovely atmosphere. The bar abd waiting staff are also very attentive and freindly. Unfortunalty the staff working on the front desk aren't really helpful and they seem to fob you off half of the time if you have issues. Can't fault the food or the facilities here apart from the WiFi situation. I have read reviews from 2024 about people complaining and I see why. They seem to turn the Internet access off at meal times during the day and evening leaving you stuck if you don't pay for roaming. This is appalling to say the least, especially for a 5 star resort. Lastly if you need to draw out cash you have to leave the hotel and go in to town. Surely most hotels have an on site ATM this day and age. Overall the Hotel is Very nice but certain aspects need adressing and this place would be perfect, if these issues were to be rectified I would definetly return

If I could give this place 3.5 stars I would but it was the little things like the staff and some other extras that it’s 4 out of 5. First off let me say this is not a 5 star resort and it shouldn’t advertise as such if I’m honest. 3 and half star I would agree with. I want to get the negatives out the way with firsthand, the stairs are a killer, we had a Villa at the very top of the resort and there is a small slow lift that is so Temperamental it can break down at any given moment. Hard work when there is 5 of you and two children one 6 and the other nearly two getting up and down a steep hill of steps with 164 steps. The WiFi is terrible at the resort but you can hire a 4G portable dongle online which worked out well for us. Service in buffet can be hit and miss at times depending on staff, the Indian ala cart was terrible. Bit gutted they didn’t have an authentic Turkish restaurant on sight. To the good points, staff over all are brilliant, on arrival they took our cases off us showed us to the Villa and we found out we had a private bar and swimming pool. Bar was staffed from 10am till 6pm and was a nice touch to have being up so high in the complex really made a difference. The accommodation itself was good, needs some work doing to it but had aircon, washing machine and a full kitchen too. Fantastic views and really did make the massive hike worth it really. The staff in general really did try and go out their way to help you loads especially one of the staff who helped us check in, his name began with a D, wears glasses and was excellent with his customer service. Also the bar staff are really good, entertainment team was great and my children loved their interaction with them, the staff really make this resort tick. Food is ok, I’m not fussy but found when we first arrived it was hit and miss but got better during the week. Not 5 star food but there is something for everyone. Pools are cold water pools which we knew about before going fine once you are in them, weather was hot so great to cool down in. We enjoyed our stay at the resort and had a good holiday. It was my first time to Turkey, I would return to Turkey but I think I would go to another hotel as I don’t like going back to places I’ve been before.

Food is nicest all inclusive I’ve had, rooms are cleaned daily and look fresh the staff are friendly and helpful, the entertainment team kept activities going throughout the day and night, water sports aerobics quiz night etc, would recommend.

Great staff great entertainment definitely recommend families would have a lovely time really great for the kids Buffet food was lovely hotel room was clean tidy every day Location was beautiful built into the mountains, sea view from balcony was stunning!!

Amazing view of mountains buffet had great options for each meal of the day. The deserts were by far the best food and was included in the all inclusive. Definitely would come again facilities were amazing. Lots of activities and things to do locally.
