마르칸 리조트 호텔(Marcan Resort Hotel)

Lovely hotel, stayed for 7 nights. Good entertainment. Solomon was a very nice man as well as Dalis. Dalis helped us with any questions we had, he was a great laugh and made you feel welcome. We tried many new Turkish foods which were really nice. Definitely a hotel to come back too!!☀️

We went out of season so everything was shutting up around us, if we had of known this we would of booked to go a different time of year, although mehmet which was the entertainment was a really nice chap that looked after us and made us laugh so much…. The hotel was lovely and clean but there wasn’t a great variety of food it was the same thing (again probably because it was out of season) there was a young lad that worked in the restaurant that worked tirelessly think his name was Isaac he looked after us and always greeted us with a smile!

Very good hotel. Good size swimming pool, the entertainment team mehmat and thomas are very good. Staff are friendly. Just a short walk from the shops and beach. Rooms are cleaned everyday with fresh towels and mopped floors. Great views. Free transfers to private beaches. Good family holiday!

The Marcan Resort was one of the friendliest hotels I have stayed in. From arrival, the team did their best to accommodate us, offering a choice of rooms. There was a good range of foods, the rooms and around the hotel was clean and plenty of sun loungers around the pool for everyone. We liked the location in proximity to the town - far enough away to be quiet but not far to walk. Special acknowledgment to Mehmet the entertainment manager.

Beautiful hotel, super clean, staff really lovely and helpful. Cleaners & maintenance are brilliant, I had an issue with my shower which was sorted and fixed within 20 mins!! Entertainment team keep everyone going with games & music. My son loved playing darts every morning and joining in with other pool games ⭐️

We all had a fab time. The staff were all amazing and friendly and would do anything for you. The rooms were cleaned everyday and bedding and towels every 2 days. The food and restaurant were brilliant and catered for our needs. The entertainment staff were brilliant and always wanted to get everyone involved in the activities. Onuk the barman was always happy and nothing was ever too much, this goes for all the staff at the resort.We went as a family holiday for our sons 21st birthday and we all loved it and would highly recommend and would definitely come again. Thank you to you all for making our week AMAZING!!!

Stayed at this hotel before in 2018 and 2021,had a good experience so was expecting the same,total different experience,staff nowhere near as good as previous years,lazy and didn't seem bothered or interested,very little English if any,manager was quite creepy,and was always eating food and flirting with the guest's,food in general was ok but on occasions there was undercooked chicken on multiple occasions,had a really bad tummy bug one of the day's,rooms were good as usual,pool and sides didn't seem as clean as previous years, entertainment was diabolical just karaoke every night,and bingo which you had to pay for,drinks were average most of the bottles out and all day in the sun such as Bailey's not good, entertainment guy was useless,and tried selling his knock off aftershaves displayed on the main pool bar,only thing that seemed to improve at this hotel was the WiFi, definitely won't be returning to this hotel,far better hotels in the area.

Food is just dire and wouldn’t call it food either. we have had many omlette d that have been undercooked🤮 breakfast is just shocking. we have eaten out breakfast/lunch/dinner most nights bar 2 because we just cannot stand the food. Got locked in my room this afternoon as the door broke so had to climb from the second floor down the ladder to actually get out. The pool area is very tired needs some TLC. Rooms are just your basic all inclusive; cleaners didn’t clean my room 1 day and have been numerous days where there have been no towels left. They don’t actually clean the room they just change/make the bed and put towels out. What shocked me is that there was no bin in any of the rooms so we had to use the bathroom bin. Reception ladies are lovely and very helpful however there is a male on reception who was very very rude when i first arrived, i asked for a second room key as there was 2 of us and he laughed in my face and said no. i hadn’t even been there 2 minutes. Unfortunately most of the staff don’t understand english. I would not stay at this hotel again and it’s sad because we have been visiting olu deniz for 10+ years now!

Mixed review really, the whole resort closes end of October so half term everything is winding down, however we knew that before we came. I did think it was wrong for sunbeds to be put away along with no entertainment while there were still paying guests at the hotel. Having said that the hotel was spotless, fabulous cleaning staff beds were comfy and everything about the room was great. Many of the staff had already left before the end of season but those who were left namely Solomon and Muzzy at the bar and Mehmet who sorted entertainment worked long hours and were always there for a chat and a smile. The staff in the spa were fantastic as were the people on reception and in the restaurant. Food was a bit samey but that happens with all incs so we were happy to eat out a few times. The other guests we met were all great fun and the kids loved it all in all we felt very looked after at the hotel.
