Private: natural state property 500 m2, garden (not fenced) with trees. Garden furniture, barbecue. Available: boat (extra). 500 m long motor access (via unmade road). Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 10 km, restaurant 10 km, bar 10 km, bakery 10 km, bus stop 4.2 km, sandy beach 1 km, indoor swimming pool 10 km. Fishing permit is not neeeded, only allowed to use the boat motor that can be booked as an additional service. "Erikstorp 149", 4-room house 150 m2. Object suitable for 8 adults.
