HH Stefan BrachaThis is a wonderful long-term stay hotel.
Its greatest advantage over other hotels in the Mayo Clinic area is the friendliness and competence of the staff.
every single one of the staff that I’ve interacted with was superb. Most four-star hotels don’t have this level of service that I’ve experienced at StayBridge
the breakfast buffet is very good. The restaurant is outstanding. The staff at the reception desk is more competent and nicer than any hotel I can think of in Minnesota
It is across the entrance from Mayo St. Mary’s Hospital
Also there are several very good restaurants within two blocks in each direction
I’ve stayed in four other hotels in the three years that I receive care at Mayo Clinic and this one is fairly superior to the others.

리리뷰어The hotel was very nice. The location was convenient on the north side. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good and the breakfast area was nice and relaxing.
There was an odd blue flashing light from the heater/ac unit that had to be covered up in order so I could sleep.
We never used the other amenities.
Nice place, I would stay again.

리리뷰어First time staying there. Location was good for us. Easy route to visit family from the hotel. We did a 3 night stay. Didn’t deal with much service, but the desk attendants were very nice. Room was adequate and quiet.

리리뷰어I spent two wonderful nights here and was thoroughly impressed. The check-in was swift, and the staff were very friendly. My room was modern, spotlessly clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The location was ideal for exploring the city on foot. For a short trip, this hotel offered everything I needed—great value, comfort, and convenience. I would not hesitate to book again.

리리뷰어1층 로비는 아니고 2층 리셉션. ”프론트 도어”가 쉽게 나타나지 않습니다. 웹 사이트에 따라 주차가 가능하며 인접한 주차 램프와 별도의 요금이 부과됩니다. 넓고 많은 전기 콘센트, TV, 전화, 소파, 작지만 적절한 옷장이 잘 갖추어져 있습니다. 욕실, 멋지게 조명, 매우 기능적인 샤워 시설, 세면 도구 시설, 좋은 수건과 천. 주차장과 도시에서 멀리 떨어진 창문 전망.

JJer (JQLP)I’ve stayed here dozens of times. This stay we had no heat in our room. At checkout I told the front desk he should have maintenance check our room heater. I had a picture of the thermostat and showed him the air temp in the room was a chilly 62 degrees. He responded by saying they had turned off the boilers yesterday because it was warm outside. I told him that was ridiculous and wondered why they were not turned on again for the night. When I told him we woke in the middle of the night and we were cold, he simply stated we should have called the front desk and they would have brought us a space heater. I told him that’s ridiculous and 62-63 degrees is unacceptable. He offered no other solution, apology, or a credit of any sort. This is very disappointing as most of my other stays here were just fine.

리리뷰어Mayo Clinic에 간다면 Kahler Grand보다 더 좋은 곳은 없습니다! 지하철로 클리닉과 연결되어 있거나 길 건너편에 간단한 산책로가 있습니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 업데이트되었으며 매우 편안합니다. 주차도 편리하고 호텔과 연결되어 있습니다. 레스토랑은 호텔, 지하철 시스템 또는 짧은 도보 거리에 있습니다. 직원들은 항상 친절하고 도움이되고 친절합니다! 필요한 경우 Mayo 휠체어를 사용할 수 있습니다(클리닉 및 호텔 내 왕복). 수영장과 운동 공간도 있습니다.

리리뷰어It was a nice motel but the reason why I rated cleaning poorly was because I found hair in the towels. The hair was not mine and I didn’t touch the towels and some concerns about the ceiling pictures are shown in the pictures. Overall experience was good!

BBAILI호텔의 위치가 매우 좋고 의사를 만나는 것이 매우 편리합니다. 조식도 괜찮습니다. 체크아웃할 때 주차비 28달러를 계산했습니다. 우리는 어디 차에 와서 계산서를 가지고 프론트 데스크에 가서 설명했습니다. 프론트 데스크에서는 그것이 잘못되었다고 말했습니다. 그 자리에서 지워버렸습니다. 도시를 떠난 지 약 3시간 후, China Merchants Bank는 28달러를 공제했으며, China Merchants Bank에 전화하기를 참을성 없이, 비용이 존재하지 않는다는 것을 나타내면서 China Merchants Bank는 조정하기로 동의했습니다. 결과는 아직 기다리고 있습니다.
