The food taste feel not good for me.

Went with my girlfriend for a two night visit Staff were very friendly hotel was nice and clean.Food was very nice in a lovely restaurant would recommend it as a place to stay.Payment for parking was expensive.Location was good for visiting places in North Wales.

We stayed in the premier inn on Sunday night, my self my boyfriend and our two boys age 3&6. We were greeted by Natalie who was really helpful checking us in and friendly. Room was nice and clean and up to standard for our stay (one night) We then headed down the restaurant and was also waited on by Natalie, I find customer service key in a nice visit as well as cleanliness, I can honestly say Natalie was lovely from start to finish so helpful and great with my two tired children. Food was really good and also amazing value for money. The children's meal deals are fab and I ordered a medium rare steak and it was cooked to perfection and was amazing and so was the price. Thank you again and I would recommend this hotel to families.

We had an excellent experience. The front desk staff was quite helpful and kind. Our bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. The design of isolating the elevators from the room hallway is an excellent idea. That way the sleeping guests are not bothered by people coming in late or leaving early.

I’ve stayed here several times on my trips to Wrexham, and it’s a great value! Since I’m rarely in the room, it’s perfect for what I need. The location couldn’t be better—right across from the train station and just a quick 2-minute walk to The Turf and The Racecourse. If you’re a Wrexham fan wanting to be close to the action without breaking the bank, this is the spot for you!

The hotel is perfectly located. My room was clean and the bed was comfy. The WIFI, however, is non existent in the building. This was a major imposition for the entire visit. The Continental breakfast was very good and a great way to start a day of exploring the town.

Great Staff, great location. It suits us as we have family nearby and we use this as our base. Only negative points are having to pay for parking when you have already paid to stay in the hotel, £20 for 2 nights is pretty steep. The bathroom smelt damp and my son wouldn’t use the shower because of the mold on the tiles and silicone round the bath even when I explained it wasn’t dirty and it was fairly normal. The pillows were very hard but we got used to them. All in all the hotel was fab, amazing staff and the breakfast was brilliant value for money. Hotel is situated walking distance from all local hotspots.

We have just visited here for a Sunday carvery. We were not impressed with the meal at all . The plates were cold and the food was just warm. We had to leave most of it .We mentioned this the the restaurant manager who did not comment and walked away. Very poor service from him. We did notice on leaving that they had covered the food with lids and they appeared to be steaming. They may have forgotten to do this before we ate . But an apology and explanation would have been nice. We were thinking of booking for Xmas lunch . But will look elsewhere now

Great location near the station to Chester and Liverpool. Perfect for car owners looking to have work done at DP Performance. Very nice staff with excellent customer service and team spirit. I enjoyed my stay and the staff were very accommodating when I had to stay an extra night. This included moving things around so I could stay in the same room with last minute notice. Food in restaurant very vice! Very happy. Internet very hit and miss but I understand it's being fixed next week (second week in October 2024)

Came in just to visit a friend and met with a bit of hostility around guests having visitors visit after a certain time, so we spoke outside, which was fine. I went back in just to ask a query regarding why others weren't checked the way I was (discriminatory I believe), I was met with foul language, verbal aggression and aggressive hand gestures, to which when I tried to calm down the situation, he demanded that I left and I did so because of how threatening he was being. Male with grey short hair. It's unbelievable that you can't even have a calm conversation where you ask a question without being met with threatening behaviour. Disgusting, avoid at all costs.

Great location opposite Wrexham General Train Station. Comfortable bed. I paid for a WIFI upgrade which was a waste of time and money as it wasn’t working. Told staff and they kept resetting it but it didn’t work and said they would raise with the manger the following day which was of no use to me at all as I was checking out the following morning. Check in and front of house staff, one in particular was consistently rude and unhelpful, full of attitude and really shouldn’t be in the role or send her on a customer service course! I won’t be returning to this hotel and I have 3 more visits over the next 5 weeks - I’ve taken my business elsewhere where the service is far superior!

Stayed in early September, clean room friendly staff would definitely stay again and recommend to others

I had the best rest here during my whole trip in the UK. Was doing a detour to visit the Stok Cae Ras and the The Turf of “Welcome to Wrexham” fame. The location was near to the train station and the stadium so it was great as I didn’t need to do too much walking. Friendly staff, will definitely stay here again if I ever come back to Wrexham.

If going to a Wrexham match it is an ideal location. And to top it off the staff are brilliant. Helpful for all my questions
